I like the Hotel

I booked for 2 nights Friday and Saturday and, I paid the half on Thursday my booking was canceled, and no refund, I booked again, the room I found,506 the bed is noisy and I was not comfortable, 3rd thing as it was raining the rain get inside the window while the window was closed and the curtain was damp

The only thing I liked about the place was the view.

The lifts were not working from Saturday night and we had to use the stairs, the toilet had a bad urine smell when we checked in, the windows were dirty and people were shouting and singing in the passages at night. we reported it but it still continued.

Location The room was spacious and neat The staff was friendly at the Reception.

The booking was for 3 people but there was one bottle of water when we checked in. I could not connect to Wifi I used a cup on Saturday morning for tea and when I came back in the evening it was still there dirty. The lifts were not working on Sunday morning.

The ironing room, perfect and very convenient

No balcony . Elevators stopped working, which was an inconvenience with luggage

The floor we were placed on had a bad smell on the passage. The room had a carpet which is not good for health condition, like sinus.

The location was great and the two coloured guys at reception were very helpful.

The kettle had rust and the ceiling in the bathroom seems to be deteriorating. The safe was not working and the room had aircon but no remote so we couldn’t use it even though we asked for the remote. The breakfast buffet was extremely expensive and they offered 2 fruit choices (cantaloupe and apple) no effort at all! The furniture in the hotel was completely outdated and needed replacement especially the curtains that was very frayed. The paint was peeling and patched up in the hall ways. For a hotel that is priced as premium they need to pull their socks up

The place is not well looked after. 1. Doors are making squeaky noise every time when you open or close. 2. Shower head missing shower rose 3. Bathroom sink taking too long to drain. 4. Broken plug socket switch, exposed live electrical contacts. 5. Broken bathroom light switch. Couldn't turn off the lights at night. The place is poorly managed.

The was a trash underneath my bed, booked for 3 people yet we were only given 2 towels with no extras. I requested more towels as we were in need but they never bothered to bring any. I am very disappointed

We couldn't sleep cockroaches were all over as if the building was abandoned for a very long time, I didn't feel the value for money at all. As a result I will never go there again with my family it was a bad experience.

I like the fact that it's closer to the sea.

They don't have a phone, no blankets 😕 the shower has shower cap and has a blockage and also the TV was not working. The person who was doing a house keeping, she knocked around 9am demanding a bathroom towels and shouted us 😒 she was very rude 😒

The hotel was beautiful from the outside up to the reception, when I got into my room there was no door handle from the outside it’s broken and was left with wires open, it’s untidy the inside the throw in the bed was filthy dirty. The view is so beautiful it’s to die for. Pleas try and keep the rooms and floor carpet as clean as possible. Thank you

Water in the sink took longer to go. Coffee was not enough we were 3 guests but only 2 sachets and sugar just two sachets. No liquid milk

The stuff cleaners are very very rude, they knock once and enter and tells you that they want to clean, they don’t even greet, very bad manners. The security guards at night they stay indoors and watch soccer on their phones while you are stack outside the gate hoping someone will see you and open for you. The hotel is beautiful but also renovations are necessary more especially the room front doors they’re old and they make horrible noise when opening and closing

The rules which were not cleared indicated ,when you taking the towel to the swim ,no you cant do that you go to the reception deposit a towel,kids wanted to swim the morning ,no until break period has ended,all those rules you are being communicated while you are ready to go and swim not prior or when checking in. When were checking out the cleaner came to our room while we're moving our items to go and check out ,with no greeting she just came in and started working mind you we still checking cupboards and bathrooms ensuring that we are not leaving anything behind

I like the beach view, the bathroom, the bed i mean almost everything.

There was no fridge , WiFi didn't connect properly in our room. Reception staff weren't so friendly.

Door lock reader was not covered. It was bare. We booked for 3 adults. But there were 2 glasses, 1 bottle of water, 1shower cap 2 sachets of coffee and sugar

We stayed for one night as a stop over. The view was beautiful from sea facing rooms. Staff was helpful with complaints.

The room had a bad smell that lingered. No bar fridge. Floors were not cleaned/vacuumed. Very noisy area. Toilet had a leak in one of the rooms. Instead of moving rooms, we were told to "bang" it.
