What is like the most breakfast was perfect .room a clean and reception staff are good

The room was spacious with a balcony and view. the food was great and the staff was friendly.

The check in process was very easy and quick... The rooms were very net and clean.. the bed was comfortable n the sheets were clean. The breakfast process was also flowing..

My kids were very disappointed about the pool....but we understand....

Bad attitude with housekeeping staff all of them in the 2nd floor the wing of 218 when you greet in the passage they are moody.. Noise by the neigbours with kids playing in the corridor it was too much and borring.

Wooow breakfast was amazing as usual... cherry on top is the staff professionalism in that breakfast area... there was little yoghurt left n I was ok with few spoons I got n the young gentlemen said.." Mam let me refill this bowl so you can have enough" I was like it's fine n he took the bowl to the back to be refill as was due to be filled anyway... whilst minding my business enjoying my breakfast there he located me n brought me a bowl full of yoghurt... that was priceless I tell you...going extra mile... it's pity I didn't get his name but was your tiny gentleman.. Owu give than man a Bell's for me...He made my experience to exceed my expectations... might seem as something small but it meant a lot to me... Tks a lot...

Housekeeping Dept I felt little attitude 😕 Since swimming pool wasn't working we went to the beach...we came back with loads of sand n we called housekeeping to assist in sweeping out the excess sand in the bathroom... the lady just dropped the broom 🧹 n walk away without dustpan or asking if we need anything or assistance... for me that wasn't on shame 🤗...I swept n keep the sand in the corner of the bathroom coz no dustpan was offered 😕... From the answering of the phone willingness to assist wasn't there... They need to be like reception staff n kitchen staff plz assemblief tog...

It’s an old property that has serious potential to be better. An upgrade can put the property in a different market.

There are maybe three things that I liked the most about the hotel: 1. The location around the beachfront is great. Value for money 2. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. 3. The check-in was seamless 4. I think the breakfast was good as well. I am a foodie person

They could have done better with the gym facility. But then again its a hotel not a residence.

It was a breakfast buffet with everything you could want for breakfast. There was foods ranging from breads and muffins to yooghurt and muesli, bacon, eggs, sausages, baby potatoes, to fruit salads. The selection was endless. Drinks included apple and orange juices as well as coffee, tea, etc. It was great to have the different selections.

There wasn't anything I disliked about my stay at Garden Court East London.

Clean bedding and location

Upgrades are much needed for the prices charged. For me definitely not good value for money 😕. Bathrooms were not professionally done and very limited amenities.

I liked service for checking in. I liked the room . It's spacious with a good bathroom for adults. Comfortable bed. Quietness at night and also its view.

Limited resources such as bath soap, only one piece for two. We had to use it in the evening and morning. Also sugar, because we are two, we had to ask for more. We are not satisfied about the variety of protein in the breakfast. Selection is limited as compared to our experiences.

Breakfast was very underwhelming. No mushrooms available as always. Warm breakfast selection is very limited.

Room had a bad smell when I walked it. My child found a container of Vicks under our bed to show that the cleaning was rushed. I did not appreciate the one roll of toilet paper as I was traveling with kids. We’ve always had one extra roll in the room. The issue of no water was completely unacceptable after paying so much money at the facility and the fact that we were given one bowl of water for the four of us was bazar

The location and the views were spectacular. The cleanliness and breakfast were beyond expectations. It was a nice, quiet stay, which I really enjoyed, and I would repeat it again.

I did not like the bathtub with a shower head on top, and also, the channels on the TV are outdated and old. It's a good thing I was there for the quitness otherwise my kids would have been frustrated.

Improvement on food and times for breakfast especially when people require so and the food was not available on Sunday people had to stuck on the line waiting to serve Themselves but no availability of food

There was no shower curtain on my arrival. Just noticed it when showering and water spreading all over. The safe lock was out of order. Took longe to fix these things

The hotel staff was not friendly and the restaurant staff were very unpleasant.

Our stay was truly wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality from every member of the staff—their genuine care and willingness to go the extra mile left us deeply impressed. On the night before my wife’s birthday, I asked management to help me arrange a surprise. The next morning at breakfast, the staff brought out a beautifully decorated cake and sang “Happy Birthday” to her. It was such a heartfelt gesture, and a moment we will cherish forever. Thank you, Garden Court, for making our experience unforgettable. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The fact that it's a walking distance from the beach and you get to feel the sea breeze while in your room.

Just disappointed in the food which is the supper, everything was bland in terms of taste and spicy.

Nice place, rooms are nice need a little bit of TLC though but overall they are fine.

There was limited soap in the rooms for my children to be bale to wash Rooms far from each other

Aircon didn't work There a foul smell in the room..we were forced to keep balcony door open for fresh air and dissipate the foul smell. Checking in is super slow. It's terribly slow..
