I had requested a hair dryer, but unfortunately, it was never provided. Also, while checking out, I asked for assistance with my luggage, but no one came to help. I hope the hotel can improve its responsiveness to guest requests.

We booked family suit, the bed covers are stained and not clean, AC was leaking and corroded l, accessories were of cheap quality, temple is far away from hotel, need an auto-rickshaw. Overall less value for money paid. Not at all safe to go with kids because the balcony doors doesn't have locks.

Rooms were clean and big in size. Reception & Restaurant staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Parking spaces are a bit small for a big size SUV.

Poorly designed restaurant in the 1st floor. Barely any space to move around, no space to stand in front of the buffet. Slow room service. Playing cheap by switching of aircon in the reception area, shofting laundry and supplies through main reception area instead of service area. Super expensive at 6K for a suite.

Charging point they have both square and round points. Living room is spacious.

Bathroom is not clean. In the description there they mentioned they have sofa bed in the living room but there was only a small sofa and when enquired about it the staff was rude. The blanket they gave was torn also.

The breakfast is limited and fine for the day but would have preferred a better spread for the cost paid towards the rooms. The dinner and lunch options are limited as well since South Indian options are limited as well. So overall food is average but the rest were ok.

Food, rooms were fine but it looked like it was an old building renovated but still there are areas where renovation has been ignored. The lifts smell like it is hardly used. We had to go out for dinner since the options were not enough and the breakfast options were less which did not justify the price paid.

The location was very near to the railway station and guruvayoor temple, The room was very spacious and well maintained.

We stayed there 6 months ago and have just stayed there again now. It seems they no longer care about the quality of service. The linens, engineering support, housekeeping, and F&B services were poorly maintained and disappointing. Some employees, like F&B Supervisor, Krishna (HK Supervisor) and Shailesh (HK), are trying their best. However, a few other employees seem to be working only for the sake of it and do not appear to have any genuine concern or commitment toward the hotel. Please replace the Laundry company.

Everything from room to service and not to mention the horrible breakfast. Firstly, they didn’t have enough food to serve in the breakfast buffet which led to chaotic start. Rooms were smelly and filthy with weird air conditioners noise which made me stay awake through the night. Staff were totally clueless and rude. Avoid this scam place at any cost.

I did not opt for breakfast option , but had dinner at the restaurant reasonably priced and taste was good.

Rooms are not hygienic and I don’t know why they are not maintaining such a beautiful property. I stayed there a year back and Even 2 year back . That time it was kept clean and hygiene.

Everything was perfect

Just very close to Railway station, next to Parthasarathy Temple. Breakfast was good and staff members were supportive and cooperative. Rooms are comfortable and amenities in good condition.

There was a foul smell in one of the toilets but they addressed immediately and solved.

The Breakfast was good and tasty. We did not opt for the complimentary breakfast. nor any room service of food from the refreshment room. Hence cannot mention much about the quality 0f the room service. However a bad experience we have had is that "there is a lack of manpower with the hotel for providing any type of room service to customers as and when the later require it". It could be that the Hotel is not very old and stilll in a learning mode. The management must have more service personal at least two more to give room services to customers or else like us, many customers may have to wait inordinately long hours to get even a bottle of drinking water. We also did not find anyone coming to clean our room even when we had stayed for two days and no clearing personel was fund in the premises during our 48 hours stay.

Barring the drawback as stated in 3 above, we liked the hotel very much. The hotel must ensure that timely room service to customers any time during their stay in the hotel is provided. However the rooms the and all other funitures, etc were found exceptional.

Damp smell in rooms- changed two rooms- one room was smelly and had a very tiny bathroom, the other one had seepage . Third one did not have towels/ tea stirrer , extra bed came after 3 reminders- breakfast time the tables were dirty just one person to handle so many, food was over and not refilled, check out time no one helped with luggage.the cleaning team was gossiping out in foyers.we had to wait for 45 minutes to finally get a room and overall felt unpleasant.

The location is in close proximity to the temple.

There is a black mold near the window. The owner should inspect rooms and keep it clean and hygeine safe

We reached there by around 12.30 am. It took only five minutes for the check in process to be completed. the property is very near to The Parthasarathy Tample and walkable distance from railway station and to the Sri Krishna Temple. Very Good break fast, good rooms, polite staff ...

Food was not good, in fact I had an upset stomach! Location too close to the railway station with poor roads leading to it

Got room upgraded to deluxe which sounded great. Quick and professional approach at the reception, staff are courteous and friendly .Room is spacious but not very clean , looked like it had been recently renovated , the linen looked like not changed after previous guests, stained pillow cases, requested for it to be changed and was done promptly. They had charged me twice for the room and debited twice from my account . I had to contact the receptionist several times to rectify and get a confirmation from the hotel about the double payment.I’m still waiting for refund . Moreover I noticed on check out that they provide welcome drink to guests on arrival, but we were not given any on our arrival. I will not be going back to this hotel any more.
