Yes overall I liked the property ..this is so far one of the cleanliest hotel o stayed so far In Guruvayur

The bed linen and toilet towels felt as though they had been washed together with the rugs. Although the towels were white, they appeared visibly stained and brownish, even though they seemed to have been washed. I also experienced itching after using the bed. On the positive side, the reception area, room, and walkways were clean and well maintained.

The Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was exceptional with varieties of options.

The shuttle service was not that impressing had to wait long after the temple Darshanam.

The experience was very good. The property was so clean. The people who helped us were really kind especially nandana.

Bath towels were so dirty, white towels were gray. You don’t even feel to touch it by hand.

The location of the hotel is reasonable to Guruvayoor temple albeit some portions of the walk to the temple might not be suitable for everyone. Hopefully some improvements occur in the last stretch (closer to the hotel) which makes the walks to the temple good. The hotel itself including the room & vegetarian food options was good. It is reasonable for the price charged for the rooms.

Location was bit tricky. We need to take taxi to get into the temple. Walking can be bit tedious. Good thing is they provide free taxi service but you cannot guarante they are available all the time.

Overall I noticed the hotel was trying to save money by turning off at common areas and it wasn’t expected in a star rated hotel

Cleanliness and politeness of staff.

Room rent too high and not allowed to stay 24 hours. Check out fixed at 1.00 p.m. is not justified. Those who check in at 10 p.m also has to check out at 1 pm next day, after paying full day rent. It is unjustified. Restaurant food is too costly.

Good place close to temple hospitable staff

Hotel charged me full day Tariff for 3 hrs early check inn. I have been requesting from 30 days after booking didn't confirm just a day before check in they called and asked to pay full day Tariff. I had to check in on 21st at 8.00 AM b. Hotel staff called on 20th and asked me to pay in advance for 20th check in as they were not willing to give early check in on 21st. I had to pay

Property is located at the entrance of the Guruvayoor main road, but entering & exiting road is very narrow and cumbersome. It has covered and secured car parking, you can park it and use their free shuttle service to the temple.

Breakfast charges are high for limited menu, there is no À la carte option.

The room was spacious and clean. The Location wise the bridge is not very close to the temple. If you have kids and old members walking will be difficult. There is an auto stand close by.

The communication gap between the Front office staff, they expect the customer to communicate the special request and very conveniently blame the early check in time, crowd, peak season etc for any miss from Front office. We had made special request for two hours delayed checkout since we were travelling with a 1.3-year-old baby. Initially they agreed and later they told one hour is ok. Later when i went to reconfirm with the staff again, they denied and made us check out immediately. There is no consideration for customer, they just play blame games. Breakfast is very very hyped, it is quite normal spread and during the vacation, the hotel charges are exorbitantly high which is not worth for this hotel when you have other good options;

Clean Modern property with professional service levels . First time in Gokulum park after being to Guruvayur for last 20 years , so clearly differentiating in quality of rooms and service with respect to benchmarks we have with other properties

Location is a challenge , however managed through hotel arranged transport to temple area . Walking to temple is not an ideal option
