Das Personal war super freundlich und hatte immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Leuke kleinschalige accommodatie met vriendelijk personeel en op een toplocatie.

Een klein minpuntje was het zwembadwater: onze zwemkleding kleurde na het zwemmen behoorlijk groen, dus daar leek de waterbalans niet helemaal op orde.

La amabilidad de Marta, su ayuda, explicaciones y hacerte sentir en familia. La piscina, el espacio en general y los deliciosos desayunos. Limpio, espacioso, bien decorado.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist fußläufig alles in Kuta gut zu erreichen. Der Pool lädt zum Baden ein.

Heel vriendelijke personeel, fijne eigenaresse en top service. Hotel was verder ook dik in orde!

Het blijft wel centraal Kuta dus wel wat lawaai snachts. Maar dat weet je als je daar iets boekt.

Das Personal war auffällig freundlich. Sie haben einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Mein Sohn hatte Geburtstag und hat sogar einen kleinen Geburtstagskuchen mit Kerzen bekommen. Einfach toll. Die Lage war genial und man konnte gut schlafen. Insgesamt ist es im Vergleich etwas teuer für die kleine Anlage.

Der Geruch im Bad, allerdings war ein automatisches Raumspray vorhanden.

Ruime huisjes. Het zwembad was fijn helaas waren er bij ons filterproblemen waardoor onze zwemkleding wat gelig werd. Dit is opgelost tijdens ons verblijf. Het was fijn dat je een scooter kon huren bij de accomodatie.

Het geluid van het uitgaansleven was goed te horen. We zijn op veel plekken op Bali en lombok geweest en deze accomodatie vonden we qua prijs kwaliteit iets tegenvallen.

-simple vitrage qui rend la chambre très bruyante la nuit de par sa position centrale (musique très forte d’un restaurant à côté jusque 1h du matin, mosquée, chiens qui aboient, coq…) -plusieurs coupures d’eau au cours de notre séjour -odeur d’égouts dans la salle de bain -le personnel n’est pas très réactif (notamment lors des coupures d’eau qui nous empêchait de prendre notre douche alors que nous devions check out pour nous rendre à l’aéroport)

El espacio es el oasis de paz cerquísima del caos de la calle principal. Apetece estar aquí. Las habitaciones son grandes y están limpias, el hotel tiene detalles bonitos y el desayuno está delicious. Sin embargo, diría que lo mejor de todo es el staff, que es majísimo, dispuesto, facilitador y atento.

Es ist eine herziges Boutique Unterkunft. Es gibt wenig Zimmer aber genau das macht es speziell. Wir haben uns immer wohl gefühlt und die Anlage war stets sauber. Wir haben oft etwas Zeit hier verbracht um zu entspannen und etwas zu trinken an der Bar. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist auch exzellen. Nahe ab der Hauptstrasse aber weit genug um den Lärm nicht übermässig mitzubekommen. Wir würden in Kuta, Lombok definitiv hier wieder kommen.

Hier kann ich nichts erwähnen, wir waren mit allem zufrieden.

La ubicación es excepcional. Estás en el centro centro, donde se encuentran todos los bares y tiendas, pero no hay ruido ya que está en una calle paralela.

Fantastic location, really quiet and relaxing spot not far from all the restaurants and bars. Staff were really friendly and helpful, they helped organise taxis for us to different beaches and a fantastic day trip to the secret islands for our group of 6. The breakfast options were great too and plentiful. There is a free water refill, which is really useful. The rooms were very spacious and aswell as the bathroom. Would definately return and recommend.

Hele fijne kleinschalige locatie, dichtbij de straat met alle restaurants, maar toch rustig gelegen. Goed ontbijt, vriendelijke mensen, Marta heeft ons erg goed geholpen met alles.

Super lokacija, čisto blizu glavne ulice z restavracijami in spa-ji, zelo prijazno osebje. Kar nama je bilo všeč, je tudi, da je to manjši resort, le nekaj vil in sob. Zelo lep vrt. V resnici je še bolj prijetno kot zgleda na slikah. Zelo sem bila zafovoljna z izbiro namestitve

Très bien placé, au calme à seulement 1min de la rue principale. Chambres jolies confortables, propre, service excellent, lit confortable, rien à redire, je conseille vraiment cet hotel !

Un séjour absolument parfait aux Marta's Windows. Marta est une hôte d'une qualité rare, incroyablement dévouée et flexible. En outre, Marta a résolu avec brio et gentillesse une erreur de réservation de notre part et nous a organisé des excursions inoubliables. L'équipe sur place est tout aussi exceptionnelle, faisant preuve d'une attention de tous les instants. Nous avons partagé des moments mémorables en famille dans une ambiance chaleureuse, tout cela grâce à Marta, qui est une personne au grand cœur. Cette adresse est une véritable pépite.

A szállás nagyon ötletes bungallókból áll, ahol nagyon nagy kényelmes ágy található a szobákban. A fürdőszoba mérete megfelelő, kényelmes. Az udvar jól felszerelt és megfelelő a pihenéshez, kikapcsolódáshoz.

Nem igazán volt ilyen. Talán kicsit hangosak a szomszédban a kakasok :), de ez ugye nem a szállás hibája, viszont minden szobában van füldugó :)

Todo genial, personal, habitación, ubicación y desayuno. Marta además nos ayudó facilitándonos un conductor de inmediato cuando nos había fallado el nuestro.

Very clean, good breakfast. Stilish butique hotel. They clean rooms daily and leave small sweets, very nice gesture. Great pool. All really well maintained.

For sensitive people - you can hear noise from Kuta parties during night. For us was ok, I wrote this as some people require complete peace at night.

Fantastisk liten oase, så sentralt og koselig! En i reisefølget hadde en kneskade, og Marta hjalp til med helsehjelp, transport og oppsøkte oss hver morgen for å spørre om det var noe hun kunne hjelpe oss med. Nydelig frokost med hjemmebakt brød og ferskpresset juice! Nydelige senger, med praktiske detaljer i hyttene. Badet ga oss en luksuriøs følelse! Vi kommer definitiv tilbake!

Mooie villa met open woonkamer beneden( boven slapen en badkamer). Alles goed onderhouden en Marta regelt alles wat je nodig hebt ( vervoer , uitstapjes etc). Heerlijk zwembad en vriendelijk personeel. Ligt net achter de hoofdstraat uit de drukte. Ontbijt veel keuze en erg lekker zelf gebakken brood. Veel aandacht voor de kleine dingen( snack op kamer, gevulde minibar, drankje bij aankomst etc)

Sommige avonden was er tot laat muziek in de omgeving( maar dat hoort er ook bij als je in het centrum van kuta verblijft)

A Wonderful Stay Thanks to an Amazing Host! Martha is an absolutely wonderful host — warm, welcoming, and genuinely open-hearted. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The accommodation itself is perfectly located, and the service throughout our stay was simply outstanding. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and every single member of the staff was friendly and attentive. The pool was a refreshing treat, especially in the heat, and the kids loved the sandpit — a lovely little touch that kept them entertained for hours. If we ever return to Lombok, we will without a doubt be staying here again. Highly recommended!

Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nur dürftig, beim Check out weil es sehr früh war musste das Personal extra geweckt werden das wir bezahlen konnten, hätte ich das gewusst hätte ich das am Abend erledigt.

Ambiance sympa et familiale , chambre spacieuse. Très bon petit déjeuner avec plusieurs choix Marta la propriétaire est présente tous les jours et très serviable et partage beaucoup. On est près de la rue principale et ses restos sans les inconvénients.

Alojamento perfeito! Receção incrível com welcome drink, ficamos num quarto de baixo com ótimas comodidades, limpo, confortável e com vários acessórios de oferta. Pequeno almoço incrível. Marta e a sua equipa sempre disponíveis e simpáticos. A localização é perfeita, 2 minutos em paralelo com a rua principal onde tem vários restaurantes (os mais baratos são no fim da rua) mas com o silêncio necessário para uma boa noite de sono. Piscina top! O preço já é maior dado as médias do país mas também se paga conforto. Foi uma opção nossa.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und wurde täglich ordentlich gereinigt, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Mitarbeitenden waren freundlich und bemüht.

Aus unserer Sicht stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Wir haben bereits viele Unterkünfte in Indonesien besucht und fanden diese Unterkunft im Vergleich zum Preis eher enttäuschend. Der Pool wirkte gelblich verfärbt und die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht zuverlässig. Zudem fanden wir das Verhalten der Gastgeberin unangenehm: Sie sprach mehrfach negativ über ihre Mitarbeitenden und machte eine Bemerkung, die wir als unangebracht empfanden.

I felt very good at Martas place, even extended the stay. The bungalows were very quiet at night, what i like. 5min walking from the center. They got me a scooter for a good price and the staff was super nice! Terima kasih:)

The property itself is beautifully decorated and designed with a chic, modern boho feel. I stayed in a bungalow which overlooks the sparkling pool. The room was massive, featuring high ceilings, a very comfy bed with a mosquito net, crisp linens, fresh towels, a great bathroom, a fridge, and powerful air conditioning. It was minimalist but very nice, equipped with a kettle and a great place to hang clothes. I absolutely loved having my own private downstairs lounge and dining area in the bungalow, as well as a veranda with chairs looking out at the lush greenery and the pool.The staff were amazing, and Marta couldn't do enough for you! They easily arranged a scooter, a harbor transfer, and anything else I wanted. The included breakfast was also absolutely yummy, the eggs on my Nasi Goreng were perfectly runny and not fried too hard, which was so nice, along with great fruit juice and tea. The overall location is absolutely fabulous, close to everything. We will be back for sure!

Stunning property and lovely staff, but opt for the deluxe rooms over the bungalows, if you’re sensitive to noise!" The property itself is absolutely stunning, but the noise was a big issue for me. Between the nearby mosque calls, the loud scooters and traffic from the main street, and the local parties, it gets quite loud. On top of that, the bungalow walls are paper-thin. You can hear absolutely everything from the neighboring rooms as if you are right in there with them.With that said, the hospitality was incredible. Marta was so accommodating and helpful! It is definitely not the property's fault, they even provide you with earplugs and truly try their absolute best, but you simply cannot stop the outside noise.If you are sensitive to noise, I highly suggest booking the deluxe rooms instead of a bungalow. But other than that, the place is beautiful and the team is wonderful. I will come back again for sure, but I will definitely book their deluxe rooms next time for a quieter stay!

Spacious room, and very nice bathroom. I slept like a baby during my stay. Very comfy bed. Lovely breakfast! Marta is always helping! Very nice staff.

In the bungalows it was very noisy at night. A lot of sound comes through the room which isn’t the properties fault and they provide ear plugs but I would stay further from the Main Street or in one of the other rooms with solid ceilings to decrease noise at night

Hotel inmejorable, atención y servicios perfectos. La dueña Marta super simpatica y pendiente que no te falte de nada, además de ayudar en todo lo que necesites. Tienen servicio de motos en el propio hotel a un muy buen precio. Habitacion limpia y con muchisimos detalles. Volveremos sin duda.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. Everything was impeccably clean, and the cabin was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hotel staff were lovely at all times—always attentive and willing to help. Breakfast was excellent, with variety, good quality, and a very pleasant atmosphere to start the day. I especially want to highlight Marta, the owner, who offers a very personalized service. She takes the time to get to know you and, based on your tastes and preferences, recommends tourist spots, restaurants, and excursions that are truly worthwhile. Her dedication makes a big difference and makes the experience even more special. Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue excelente. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, y la cabaña era amplia, cómoda y muy bien cuidada. El personal del hotel fue encantador en todo momento, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Brilliant stay at Marta's Windows - Marta and her team are so welcoming and helpful! The location is ideal for walking into heart of Kuta and is so lovely to stay in (clean, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere while feeling like an oasis). I would recommend this to anyone staying in Kuta Lombok

Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns immer wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab eine gute Auswahl. Wir konnten die Besitzerin persönlich kennenlernen, man merkte sofort, dass ihr die Gäste wichtig waren. Die Unterkunft war zudem sauber und ordentlich. Besonders positiv war die Kommunikation. Wir konnten spontan noch eine Nacht verlängern und einen Transport für den nächsten Tag organisieren. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen.

Vielleicht dass es nachts ein wenig laut war, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Dafür gab es Ohrenstöpsel :)

Excellent séjour à Martas Windows ! Établissement très propre, confortable et parfaitement entretenu. L’accueil est chaleureux, et surtout un immense merci à Martas et à toute son équipe : toujours disponibles, attentifs et de très bons conseils pour organiser les activités et profiter au mieux du séjour. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité immédiate du centre, des écoles de surf et de nombreux restaurants, tout se fait facilement à pied. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Excellent location for exploring Kuta, although our stay was only one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially Marta. They organised taxis for us and located a lost pair of sunglasses! All very helpful. We spent the afternoon at Selong Belanak beach which was beautiful and highly recommend.

Our stay was absolutely perfect — 10/10 in every way! Marta is truly an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome and at home. She is incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely cares about her guests having the best possible experience. She went above and beyond to help us, always available with a smile and the best recommendations for places to visit, eat, and explore in the area — advice that made our trip even more special. Her staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. You can really tell that a lot of thought and care has gone into every detail. What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality — nothing was ever too much trouble. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and passionate about hosting. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone, and we would love to come back in the future. Large room with lots of hanging space for clothes and a big bench to put stuff on. Bed was comfortable and pillows too. Aircon worked well. The bathroom also large with good shower pressure. Loved the balcony off the bedroom with a pretty view overlooking palm and banans trees There is a downstairs open private sitting area with a couch, table and chairs. Great hang spot looking at the pool. Pool is clean and big enough. The owner Marta greeted us everyday and was so helpful and friendly with any questions we had.

Little oasis in the middle of a very busy Kuta. Our room was lovely and the gardens and the swimming pool were very nice. Really enjoyed breakfast too.

La experiencia en el alojamiento de Marta, ha sido excepcional. Sólo tengo palabras de agradeciniento hacia Marta y su equipo. El desayuno está buenísimo (pancake de banana), la piscina es un plus, las habitaciones son grandes, la cama es muy cómoda y todo está tan limpio que podrías comer en el suelo. Las fotos son un fiel reflejo de la realidad que vas a encontrar. Marta se encargó de gestionarme las diferentes actividades que realicé y da recomendaciones a todos los huéspedes en función de sus peticiones y/o necesidades. Está muy cerca de la calle principal y es un lugar perfecto para descansar y desconectar. El personal es muy amable!. Si estás buscando alojamiento en Kuta, no lo dudes... no te defraudará! Es un pequeño oasis de paz y tranquilidad.

Tenerme que ir!

Disfrutamos mucho de la estancia. La ubicación muy buena, el sitio es precioso y se nota el mimo que Marta le pone a todo, se está súper a gusto. Marta nos ayudó un montón con todo: nos organizó la recogida en el aeropuerto, la moto nada más llegar y una excursión para hacer snorkel que nos encantó. La verdad que hizo todo muy fácil. El desayuno estaba muy bien y el trato tanto de ella como del staff fue de 10. Repetiríamos sin duda!!

Todo. El trato con los trabajadores. La habitación, la piscina. Muy buena ubicación. Está todo pensado para disfrutar de la estancia y pasar unos días increíbles por Kuta. Te traen el desayuno (muy bueno) a tu terraza. Alquilan motos. Marta siempre está disponible para ayudarte ya sea mientras te alojes o mientras estés de ruta por Lombok. Hotelazo y gran anfitriona! Mejor calidad / precio imposible.

Si hay que poner algo aquí, está a escasos metros de la calle principal, pero para llegar hay que ir por un camino no asfaltado (como todo Kuta Lombok). Si llueve hay charcos y barro, acabas guarrísimo, pero esto no es culpa del alojamiento.

Like many others have said, the best thing about Martas Windows, is Marta herself. She's present each morning for advice and suggestions for your day. We stayed in one of the bungalows. Our room was spacious, I love the shower in the outdoor. Good Aircon. A nice seating area for breakfast and relaxing under the bungalow. Small pool is nice to relax in. We also hired a moped from Martas competitive rates.

Nettes Personal. Besonders freundliche Gastgeberin - Marta hilft wirklich bei allem. Gutes Frühstück und sehr ruhig gelegen.

J’ai beaucoup aimé la chambre grande et spacieuse.

La douche qui n’est pas entièrement couverte par le toi. Lors de fortes pluies on prenait la douche avec l’eau de pluie et la paille du toit tombait à l’intérieur.

Ho soggiornato 2 notti, Bungalow Deluxe con Vista Piscina. Camera davvero molto bella, grande, molto pulita, con varie amenities tra cui ciabattine molto carine da camera e piccole toiletries in bagno. La parte sottostante il bungalow ha una bella terrazza relax con divano, poltrona a dondolo sospesa e il tavolino dove fare colazione al mattino. Buona la colazione dalle 7 alle 12. L’intera struttura è piccola (credo siamo solo 8 camere in totale) ma molto curata. Ottima posizione vicino alla via principale dove si trovano tutti i negozi e ristoranti. Personale gentile e disponibile, soprattutto Marta la proprietaria. Sismo capitati nel periodo del Ramadan quindi le moschee intorno avevano un volume esagerato durante le preghiere, soprattutto di notte e all’alba. Ma la proprietaria, ci aveva mandato un avviso subito dopo la prenotazione ricordandoci che durante questo periodo il rumore poteva essere di disturbo e se volevamo avevamo la possibilità di cancellare la prenotazione senza costi aggiuntivi.

Das Personal war unglaublich nett & hilfsbereit. Marta ist selbst jeden Tag vor Ort & hat sich für die Gäste Zeit genommen. Sie konnte einem für jegliche Aktivitäten Tipps geben & Empfehlungen aussprechen. Selbst über Lombok hinaus für die ganze Indonesien Reise. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker & ausreichend. Es wurde jeden Tag eine Obstplatte in der früh mit serviert. Die Lage war optimal. Man konnte das Zentrum in unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Roller Verleih sowie Wäsche Service wurde ebenfalls direkt in der Unterkunft mit angeboten.
