Le camere della struttura erano molto belle. Ne abbiamo provate due perché abbiamo prolungato all’ultimo il nostro soggiorno. Sia quelle a bordo piscina in legno che i monolocali con giardino erano splendide e pulite. Il ristorante e la colazione erano buoni. Ottima la possibilità di prenotare surf/scooter ed escursioni alla reception.

L’emplacement était idéal, et très calme. La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. La piscine était top et le petit déj aussi, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, et l’équipe était top !

The bungalow are nice so is the pool.

Not soundproof, we hear the music up until 3am. The shower had no pressure or hot water and the AC was leaking water everywhere. Overall it was ok for a night no more.

Wirklich zu empfehlen! Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, ist wunderschön angelegt, sauber und alle sind sehr freundlich. Sie haben uns auch bei der Organisation eines privaten Fahrers geholfen und uns Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Hauptstraße von Kuta, in der sich viele Restaurant und Läden befinden, ist in wenigen Minuten per Fuß erreichbar.

This was one of our favourite places to stay on our trip. We had one of the upper bungalows and it was super spacious and had great AC. There were lots of thoughtful little touches. The restaurant food was really nice and reasonably priced and there were good breakfast options, with proper sourdough bread. The scooter rental prices were competitive. It is close to walk to the main road of Kuta, but the location itself is quiet.

Sometimes the shower pressure wasn't great in the mornings, but would be fine in the afternoon.

La propreté des chambres et de l’environnement. Nous sommes très proches du centre ville tout en ne subissant pas les nuisances sonores. Très bon petit déjeuner. Nous conseillons ce logement pour qques nuits à Kuta.

Todo perfecto. Solo estuvimos una noche y nos dio pena irnos. Teníamos un vuelo muy temprano y nos dejaron el desayuno preparado en nuestra nevera de la habitación. La habitación grande y limpia y el baño genial, buena ducha. La piscina pequeña pero suficiente.

Struttura in ottima posizione, vicino al centro. Lo staff é super accogliente e gentile e le camere sono molto ampie e arredate con stile. Il bungalow fronte piscina é veramente molto bello. Pulizia della camera quotidiana e refil gratuito tutti i giorni dell’acqua. Ci ritornerei sicuramente e lo consiglio. Colazioni buonissime.

Unico accorgimento: manca uno specchio a figura intera e secondo me é necessario. E ogni tanto si sente un po di puzza di fogna nel bagno, ma credo sia la zona. Scelta per il pranzo al ristorante un po limitata.

Walkable to beach, but a bit of a distance.

Prachtig verblijf. Net ver genoeg van de drukke weg om geen geluidshinder van de doorgaande weg te hebben. Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt en alles is schoon en goed onderhouden. Aanrader.

Aantal ligbedden aan het zwembad, wat niet heel groot is, is beperkt.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi i locali del posto e la spiaggia. Ottima la camera e l'intera struttura. Ottima scelta per la colazione e possibilità di fare pranzo e cena Personale gentilissimo, reception gentile e disponibile.

Non è possibile gettare nel wc la carta igienica, cosa comune a diverse strutture a causa della rete fognaria del luogo. La cosa mette un pò a disagio rispetto alle nostre abitudine.

Quiet, clean rooms with a fantastic pool with a great restaurant. Staff were all really good friendly from the food to helping you with anything you needed. Very sort walk into town for food or a drink but far enough away you heard no noise. Definitely stay again when im back.

We hadden de villa met twee slaapkamers. Was geweldig. Mooi ruim opgezet en een groot zwembad erbij. Mooie slaapkamers en een ruime open keuken met woonkamer en eetgedeelte. tuin was ook ruim opgezet met buitendouche. Twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers (deels buiten).

Schöne Hotelanlage mit einigen Zimmern in zentraler, ruhiger Lage von Kuta - Fotos entsprechen dem aktuellen Zustand. Gutes Frühstück, gute Bar. Insgesamt ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten in Kuta und Umgebung mit gutem Service.

In den Zimmern im Obergeschoss sind im Bad sehr große Fenster. In unserem Zimmer fehlte das Mückengitter, weshalb wir vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellte Antimücken Geräte für die Steckdose benutzt haben.

Chilled vibe, friendly and informative staff at check in and throughout the small complex. A good location just set back a little bit from main road, away from the hustle and bustle. Hire of bikes & scooters can be arranged at the lobby and guest parking available too.

Villa Kies Ottima posizione, si riposa bene, stanze grandi e pulite, personale gentile. Secondo me hanno solo bisogno di uno stage di organizzazione perchè, pur risolvendo i piccolissimi problemi avuti, non è piacevole arrivare in un posto e ritrattare alcune cose. Eravamo in 3, prenotato e pagato in anticipo per 3, all’arrivo ci è stato detto che la colazione era solo per 2, poi ovviamente l’hanno fornita a tutti con l’opzione di scegliere solo una cosa da bere e una da mangiare, però c’è stato un momento di imbarazzo. Arrivati in camera abbiamo trovato un enorme letto in cui poter dormire tutti e 3, abbiamo chiesto di separarli e il giorno dopo lo hanno fatto. Così come il kit di biancheria da bagno era stato previsto per due. In ogni caso posto consigliato, ci ritornerei volentieri.

Chiarire meglio gli aspetti di cui sopra su Booking e forse su altri motori di ricerca Hotel, in modo che l'ospite non abbia l'imbarazzo di affrontare piccoli dubbi. Per il resto tutto bene. ci ritornerò.

Alles was perfect! Het personeel was iedere dag ontzettend vriendelijk en stond altijd voor ons klaar als we iets nodig hadden of geregeld wilden hebben. Het ontbijt was elke ochtend heerlijk en ook de cocktails en snacks waren van uitstekende kwaliteit. De accommodatie was zeer schoon, werd uitstekend onderhouden en straalde rust en kwaliteit uit. Dankzij de gastvrijheid en de goede service hebben wij enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Een absolute aanrader!

La nostra camera era molto bella e pulita, la struttura in generale è molto ben curata, compreso il giardino e la piscina. Il personale è estremamente disponibile a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

We really enjoyed our time here at Kies Villas. The property is beautifully maintained with a tranquil pool to enjoy, a real little oasis. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, chatting with our toddler and going above and beyond to help. The property offered a delicious al la carte breakfast (roughly 7 different menu items), with a coffee, tea or juice as well. We were able to spend time at the property both before and after check out time, which was incredibly helpful for travel days. Just a short walk to the main street with some delicious local food to be found close by.

We stayed in a one-bedroom bungalow (a top room) and the music/bass from surrounding beach bars and clubs was very loud. When mentioned to staff, they were incredibly accommodating and quick to move us to a new room. A huge tick for their understanding and hospitality.

L’hôtel est un véritable oasis de détente au cœur du centre ville très animé de Kuta. La chambre était incroyablement grande et parfaitement équipée. Le design de l’hôtel est magnifiquement pensé avec la piscine et la végétation qui permettent de se détendre parfaitement . La piscine est de taille idéale pour les enfants comme les adultes. Le petit déjeuner était très agréable avec un choix d’options variées. L’hôtel est géré de manière à traiter chaque client précieusement , il y a un service clientèle très très compétent . Par chance , la clientèle que l’on a croisé était aussi très respectueuse de l’endroit et tout l’ensemble formait un cadre idéal pour se reposer de l’agitation de Kuta.

Very welcoming staff, delicious food and breakfast. Easy location to walking street. We stayed in the larger family room and it was stunning with our own pool. Highly recommend.

Kuta has really nice restaurants and surf shops.. The beach is disappointing but a 30min drive over to another beach is easy and the staff help with transfers. Bedrooms were a bit dark.

Really nice, clean, room, spacious and with a nice balcony. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Lovely pool area. Friendly and helpful staff, organized with getting us drivers when needed.

Breakfast was ok but a bit slow. Location is walking distance to the town center but down a not so great road.

The villa was spectacular and the facilities all great, good fridge and utensils. Excellent pool and great staff.

God frokost og fin beliggenhet i gangavstand til det du trenger. Den lå også i en rolig sidegate så vi var ikke forstyrret av trafikk. Betjeningen var særdeles hyggelige og serviceinnstilte.

Bassenget til vår villa bar preg av manglende vedlikehold. Uteområdet til vår villa var vanskelig å bruke, da en strømtransformator stod like ved og hadde kraftig elektrisk humming døgnet rundt. Det foregikk også generelt byggingsarbeid på hotellet hele dagene og det ga aldri helt følelsen av full avslapping.

En el baño faltaba un colgador de toallas. Además la puerta del baño no cerraba correctamente por lo que entraban mosquitos.

La ubicación es buena ya que estas a unas cuadras de la calle principal donde hay muchos lugares de comida. A 15min en moto de la playa hermosa y tranquila

Our delux bungalow was modern and spacious. Super comfy bed and pillows. Lovely and clean. The breakfast was tasty. You can have your laundry done there. You were given free tea, coffee, sugar and water.we hired scooters from there very cheaply. The staff were always happy and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, they arranged our onward travel for us completely hassle free. You’re close enough to walk to the main street where all the bars and restaurants are but tucked away enough that you hear no noise. I would highly recommend staying .

Der Service war wirklich toll. Es gibt einen Wäscheservice vor Ort. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Anlage und Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Die Moschee ist nicht zu laut und die Lage ist wirklich gut. Nicht direkt im Geschehen, aber super nah dran.

Nice, spacious and comfortable accomodation. Clean rooms and pool area. Breakfast is great, they have delicious home made sourdough bread. One morning we had to get breakfast very early, so they prepared it the night before and we could store it in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Located in a quiet street, 2 minute walk from the main street with many nice restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they helped us with our next booking in Jakarta and arranged comfortable transport to the airport. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Es war sehr geräumig und der Pool war schön. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns äh wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war gut!

Wat een fijne plek zeg! Op loopafstand van de gezellige drukte maar rond de huisjes is het lekker rustig. Huisje is groot en schoon. Het klopt gewoon. Mooie inrichting.

Voor de mooie stranden heb je eigenlijk wel een scooter nodig. Hadden ze ook te huur.
