The stuff was very nice and friendly, showed me the facility and the rooms I wanted to see.

The supervisor lady kept nudging/reminding us of the tip that we had promised to the porter and she had suggested that we transfer into her account for them to share. QUITE DISTASTEFUL AND AWKWARD. Ultimately we willingly gave the security guard)who had assisted us with luggage) the tip for him to share with the porter!

The room and bed was big enough

The bed had the summer sheets without the electric blanket so it was cold

The bathroom was tiny and badly configured and we weren't even given two bath towels, despite having booked for 2 adults.

They put pork, beef and cheese in one place and there's cross contamination of food and some of us have issues with that kind of arrangement due to religious reasons. Pork must be separated from other food

The hotel had multiple issues, the air conditioning was malfunctioning a couple of times, the bed inner was dirty with stains since first night, the balcony was so dirty you could tell it has not been cleaned in a while with a bad smell the moment you step into it, the back gate was not operational and we had to call the admin every time we come into the property to let us in. They do not have swimming pool, you can’t swim or anything in that pool yet they say they have swimming pool, the bar they have there have no stock, overall it was more like a self catering room than a hotel

The hotel is beautiful that I can't take it way from it

The fact that when I book it says breakfast included just to make up and told breakfast is not included that was disappointing. Who book a room without breakfast?

Rooms are big and luxurious. I like that I was given one with a balcony. I had lunch upon arrival, and the food was amazing 🤩

Plugs dont work, the kettle in the room doesn’t work-i couldn’t my night cup of hot water before bed🤯The shower needs to be renovated or remove the tub atleast

Location, size.of room and balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Moses. He helped with changing our booking as we couldn't leave Cape Town due to bad weather.

The hotel is a bit dated and the carpets don't look good anymore.

Huge bathroom and a nice big bed.

I was staying on the ground floor, the door opening on a balcony could not lock. The lady at reception was pretty rude and upset because I asked for another room refusing the sleep in a room where the door cannot lock. All the time it look like she was doing me a massive favour to accommodate me in another room.

Unfriendly and inexperienced staff, our requests before check in were not arranged despite management approval, dinner was an expensive buffet only, the hotel needs upkeep. There are much better hotels in Bloemfontein at a cheaper price as well in my opinion.

The shower is small and confined. A rubber mat is necessary to avoid slipping in the bath.

It is spacious especially bathroom. They offer a shower and a bath and a balcony. You get true value for money

They hot water finishes quickly

Poor communication by the staff. I forgot an item at the hotel. The hotel staff did not take initiative to communicate that they had found it in the room. It’s a case of, let’s see if he’ll ask for it. Each time I asked about it, they promise to call back and never do.

It does not feel like a 5 star hotel. If it was a 3 star I wouldve given it a 9/10

TV and Aircon did not work properly. One light in the room was flickering and had to be removed. Shower and bath combination uncomfortable

The Breakfast was well prepared and very delicious. The staff that waited on us were also very welcoming and helpful every morning. Stayed for a couple of days and the place was always clean and comfortable.

We were moved to the splendid hotel so nothing to like

Dirty. Carpets were soiled. There were no towels. Paid for anta boga and got rubbish
