Sucio. Notaría sábanas en condiciones; de hecho sooo había una sabana (la abajo para taparse había un cobertor de adorno, o una manta directamente. El servicio sin jabón, las toallas sucias. Mal sitio

Excelente la hubiccacion , la habitación y desayuno en la terraza, el personal super amable

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L’hôtel est très propre et magnifique, et l’accueil du personnel est vraiment exceptionnel. L’emplacement est parfait: situé dans la médina mais juste devant la route, donc l’accès en voiture et en taxi est très facile. En plus, tout est proche à pied. Merci encore pour tout, nous recommandons à 100%

Lo staff con la gentilezza e l'accoglienza che va oltre i doveri di oste. La struttura molto particolare e ritirata rispetto alla via centrale, ma comunque prossima al centro.

Il parcheggio, cosa che affligge molte strutture in Marocco purtroppo

The owner and the staff at night are very kind and helpful. Since the fan didn't work anymore, they have brought a new one during the night :)

BUT Can't say the same thing to the morning staff: the boy at the desk doesn't speak good English and not a single world of french or Spanish, also he didn't help me when I asked to find a taxi. For the breakfast: the lady made fresh orange juice for herself and not for me! To me she just poured one from a bottle, but for herself she took fresh oranges and made fresh juice...I had to make the juice myself for me. Also, I asked for no butter or milk in every language (English, french, Spanish, even Darija LA ZEBDA) and they brought me only things made with butter, with a plate full of butter........

Both the breakfasts and dinners were great and substantial. Surrounding the property, there was a variety of trees, shrubs, and plants that made the place feel like a little osais. The spacious cabin with its rooftop terrace that we chose was perfect and a bit secluded. The staff were very accommodating to our needs for transportation and food.

Excellent location with easy access to the Medina and other attractions. Staff were informative and very helpful. Good place for our bicycles.

Les lits ne sont vraiment pas confortables et nous avions réservé 2 logements pour 8 personnes. 1 adulte a dû dormir dans le canapé qui n’est pas un lit

We komen hier voor de 2 de keer super hotel in het centrum stap buiten en het is gelijk levendig. Super ontbijt. Raad iedereen dit hotel aan.

Nice typical Riad just a few steps outside the Medina. We had a room on the third floor with 2 beds and bathroom. Generous breakfast on the terrace. Easy communication via WhatsApp with the staff. Parking on the street (sign no parking but everyone does) or close by. Exchange money 50 metres away (when open).

Shower was just in front of the toilet without tent/door.

Der Hoteleingang wirkt sehr einladend, von aussen sieht alles hübsch aus. Wir hatten spontan eine Stunde vor Ankunft gebucht. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Hotel ist in Gehdistanz zur Medina. Nachts war es ruhig. Ein einfaches marrokanisches Frühstück wurde auf der Dachterasse serviert. Die Zimmertüren und andere Gegenstände sind in typischen Mustern bemalt.

Wir haben ein einfaches Doppelzimmer gebucht mit getrennten Betten. (1. OG) Es war sehr klein. Die Fenster gingen jeweils zu Luftschächten ohne Aussicht. Die Betten schmal mit Leintuch und Wolldecke. Handtuch bekamen wir nur eines. Die befestigte Kopfdusche Dusche hatte keinen Vorhang, das WC Papier mussten wir zum Duschen aus dem Bad nehmen, da alles nass wurde. Der Schrank im kleinen Abstellraum war nicht funktional, ein kleines Sofa diente nur als Ablage. Das WiFi war sehr langsam und nicht durchgehend vorhanden. Parkplatz an der Strasse, und wie an vielen Orten wird von selbsternannten Wächtern eine Gebühr erwartet (3 Euro).

Le personnel est très agréable et très gentil, l'emplacement est parfait.

Nous avons réservé l'appartement qui est très humide avec de la moisissure sur les murs, et des canapés lits pas vraiment propres. Malgré une superbe entrée et une jolie petite cour très prometteuse, la propreté ensuite est un peu limite. C'est dommage.

La chambre n'était pas assez propre il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre et les couvertures , la douche ne fonctionnait pas proprement pas de gel douche ou sèche cheveux dans la chambre

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem, das Personal freundlich, die Dachterrasse ist schön und das marokkanische Frühstück lecker und ausgiebig, die Lage ist top.

Leider auch Nachts ziemlich laut durch andere Hotelbewohner, nicht durch Straßenlärm etc. Am Morgen wurden wir von Stühlen die auf der Terrasse gerückt wurden geweckt, weil unser Zimmer auf der Etage direkt darunter war.

- salle de bain sale alors que la femme de ménage venait de finir, cheveux dans la douche et toilette sale 😱 - couverture dans l'armoire paraît propre, mais n'est pas changé entre les clients, - les draps propre mais tâchés et déchirés... - télécommande cassée - terrasse où l'on voit les draps et vêtements des clients entrain de sécher... Ce n'est pas terrible 😞

Mühsames Parken vor dem Hotel

Decorative, entrance walkway, friendly, helpful and generous staff, especially Aymen and Amin. Both of these young men were helpful in securing transportation for our next accommodation and making a phone call ahead. There was a focus on making sure that we were happy. Overall decor great. Despite being cool temperatures, it was wonderful to have the choice of sitting in a covered or exposed area for breakfast on the rooftop. Having a heater in the room was wonderful. Despite being close to the Medina, it was quiet.

I liked everything but my traveling partner would have preferred a different shower set up and an interior lounging area.

La decoración y estética era muy bonita, el desayuno muy completo y bueno. La atención del personal estupenda

La suciedad: Había pelos en la ducha, estaba bastante sucio el apartamento. Pasamos frío, había mucha humedad en el ambiente

El hotel está bien. Justo fuera de la medina. Limpio y tiene una terraza muy linda.

Por el mismo precio me quedé el día anterior en un Riad mucho mejor. Este hotel tiene algunos detalles que le faltan, en las camas te ponen una sábana de algodón de verano o un cobertor pesado de invierno, la luz de la habitación fallaba.

The hotel was stunning. Every door, wall etc was beautiful painted and a gorgeous entry way. The staff were so accommodating, when we said we couldn't make breakfast as we were leaving early, they started early just for us. An excellent location, 20min walk from bus and taxi station but 5mins from the start of the beautiful blue streets.

There was a loud annoying buzzing all night from the power box. The room a kind of cold a blanket can't fix and the water heater wasn't plugged in so it took us a day to work out how to get hot water. We didn't sleep particularly well either night.

Short stays but not satisfied level of accommodation.

Facilities for staying ,rooms small and heating facilities not available which would be hard for people to stay in such weather on hills.

They gave us an upgrade to a suite of two bed rooms and a big central room. The bed room we used was big and had a good heater in it. Was very cold in the area at night at that time so heater needed. Had basic cooking facilities. Very good staff. Location was good and taxi could find the hotel easily. In a nice area of older buildings. Hot water OK. Security fine. Breakfest fine.

Could have used more heaters as very cold at that time.

في قلب المدينه الزرقاء قريب من كل شي نظيف العاملين ودودين متعاونين خاصه الاخ سعيد جدا لطيف ومتعاون ومرحب ويساعد كثيرا مكان الفندق على شارع رئيسي قريب من الخدمات ومسجد وراء الفندق الافطار كان جيد في سطح الفندق مع الاطلاله الجميله الاثاث كان تفيه لمسه تراثيه شكرا لكم

الشفاط في الحمام غير متوفر وممكن لا يصلح الفندق لكبار السن لانه كل الغرف تحتاج لسلالم الا الشقه الارضيه ً

The sheet had holes in it. The pillows were lumpy and the toilet was in the shower so your feet were cold and wet.

Good host and staff. Host responded to messages very fast. He speaks and writes fluently in English. This small hotel is accessobld by vehicles and only a couple of blocks from the gates for the medina. Dont stay inside the medina unless you enjoy walking up and down the hill with your luggage to get to your accommodation. The room, bathroom and public areas are clean. Only Euro 1 by taxi from the long distance bus terminal.

Appena fuori la porta della medina in pochissimo tempo raggiungibile. Struttura curata e personale gentile. La colazione viene offerta in terrazza ed è nella media delle colazioni offerte in altri Ryad. Nessun sapone di cortesia offerto, nessun problema ma solo per arrivare preparati a farsi la doccia, specie se come noi ci siamo fatte la ripida salita dalla fermata degli autobus 😜 ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo . Noi avevamo prenotato per tre e ci hanno dato due stanze una singola e una doppia, con bagno , una specie di miniappartamento senza cucina

In particolare niente, in Marocco non cerco la perfezione.
