The bathroom had tiles that were broken , had one chair but booked for 2 people with no table for eating and the sheet weren’t changed , they had some dirty marks like 3/4 booking used same linen

The Deluxe room was almost comfortable because it has reasonable space. Comfortable bed and pillows Conveniently located.

The room looked and felt like work in progress. No bathroom vanity/ cabinets..you literally have to put your stuff on the floor or store them by the bedside. The carpet on the passages could be cleaner. The noise was the worst..You can hear showers running from other rooms and it is so loud that if you are a light sleeper you will not make it. There's one small bar fridge in the passage ( communal)which wasn't bad for a one nighter.

No kitchen area, No plates, you are only given one cup with no spoons, We received 1 tea bag, The WiFi is horrible, The tv is not smart and offers limited channels, Different staff at the entrance with no clear indication they work there, No alcohol allowed. The microwave, iron and fridge are outside , you share them with other tenants.

The room is spacious. There was bottled water and tea supplies which was a nice touch. The bed is quite big and comfortable. The shower water was really hot and everything is really clean and sanitary.

The entertainment is not very good- the Wi-Fi only worked by the reception and the tv didn’t have any YouTube or Netflix and the channels aren’t very nice. I think a heater/extra blankets and microwave would be a nice addition.

Unavailability of electricity and i was not made aware of that fact before i pay and i did not receive a refund from the owner.i had to look for another accomodation at night. I was very dissappointed.

The not so spacious bathroom and the blinds were not fully closing in the bathroom. The AC stopped working at some point.

Lack of communication, unreachable number and no response to messages. I booked them in February while I was supposed to travel March 19th,but ever since the day I booked them I have been messaging them with no response whatsoever. I have tried calling the number listed several times but it was unreachable. Even messaged and called them before traveling but there was still no response and number was never reachable. In the end I had to make a last minute booking elsewhere after spending more than 4 hours at the airport since the place I was supposed to have booked was not reachable. I'm not sure if the number listed here is correct, and if it is, then why is it not reachable and why don't they respond to messages sent via booking.com?

The A.C was not infront of the bed you cannot feel it at all it was in the corner from the bathroom , witch i find that there wasn’t thought well of placement regarding the A.C The plug for the kettle was to far so i had to boil my water next to the bed

There was no stay at millennium hotel. There was no answer when I reach there. There was no answer when i was calling the number i took at the gate. The number you gave on booking was going straight to voice mail saying its not available. It angers me when I think about how my life has been putted at risk. The things I suffered there. The guy who eventually helped me that I was using his transport took the advantage. I payed more money because he said he'll take me to another place. Which was horrible and could not sleep in that place because of the condition. And I payed another money so they can keep me there. I hate Millennium hotel. I am also disappointed on you Book.com that you give us service with such people. You have gambled with my life. You can phone your client and ask about what happened about my booking and my stay

The hotel does not provide meals. The location is superb, a bit more central. Very close to many other sites & facilities. I really enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend it to others.

Room was big enough for us with our daughter she had her own bed and was clean.

The location is very scary and the outside look of the building not giving interest we doubted very much before walking in as the area also dodge. We had to cancel our next days of stay and book far from Wits as the area was not giving. We were disappointed

They must save at least snack breakfast like scrambled eggs / russian / coffee/ bread and milk

no need to spray some perfume / or sprays some of us are allergic , keep rooms tidy and windows to be open to keep fresh air coming ..

I liked everything about the room, it looked nice and clean.

The fact that we were not free as we were not allowed to make noise and alcohol wasn’t allowed.
