Staff did not speak any english. When i called multiple times for a shaving kit, i received sewing kit instead and it took a very long time for them to figure out my needs.

In both cases, the girls were very sexually abusive, demanding more money in cash. If I hadn't given it to them, they would have stopped the massages. They opened my wallet and took €150. A terrible experience. I'm asking for my money back for both massages.

Ar condcionado nao FUNCIONOU. Pedi mil vezes para arrumarem e por ser central nao fizerm nada. Tinha dia que o quarto ficava a 27-28oC. No ukltijmo dia funcionou o ar (apos 6 dias...)

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025Grosses Zimmer, sehr sauber. Schönes Design mit Badewanne in der Mitte des Zimmers. Klimaanlage liess sich sehr gut einstellen. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück mit westlichem Buffet. Sehr nettes Personal. Restaurant im Hotel ist Top.
Nichts, es war alles sehr gut. Das WLAN könnte etwas schneller sein.

The food options were great. But the restaurants close early and there is no room for being late. 930 close is 930. They won't accommodate or assist pretty frustrating, night menu is extremly limited. Also the massages are extortionate ... no clue what massage was given charged us 152 dollars for a 55min massage. I wont be having that again.

The temperature of the room is quite warm and cannot be set manually, otherwise the stay was enjoyable.

swimming pool not working. sauna area out of operation. AVOID the hotel during Chinese new year. firecrackers pose an impossible night of sleep.
