Excellente hôtel, un service de 5 étoiles. Un séjour merveilleux.

La suite di 90 mq che abbiamo scelto aveva varie cose che non andavano bene, tutte dovute a poca manutenzione in generale. Una tenda su 3 non si chiudeva con l'oscurante e allora alla mattina entrava tutta la luce, i muri bianchi avevano evidenti segni di cose che prima erano appese e che hanno lasciato forti segni del tempo che con una semplice ripittura del muro vanno via, il soffione della doccia tutto pieno di calcare che non lascia uscire l'acqua bene e non lascia selezionare il tipo di getto preferito. Inoltre l'impianto di illuminazione ha dei tasti a muro che di notte sono troppo retro illuminati e non permettono di dormire perché la luce che mettono è troppo forte.

Air conditioning was too cold. At night time it kept at 21 degree. I set it at 24, but it never change, still 21. WiFi was terribly bad. Blocked all websites and phone app outside China. Complaint to them, said it is their policy. Didn’t care if you come from other countries. TV said it has movie channel but it didn’t work. All local channels except Russian and Cuban. CNN has no signal. Felt like living in a prison. Blacklisted. Won’t come back.

Break fast. You have always same food and there is no much choice for business traveller who are not familiar with Chinese food. I had to visit hospital and you can get my name at Zhengzhou University hospital

The hotel is beautiful. The front desk staff and the hotel attendants were all very attentive and pleasant. The subway entrance is right next to the hotel, and a shopping mall. Very convenient. The breakfast selections were very good. We had to leave early to catch a train, they provided nice to-go bags for us to pack our breakfast stuff. A big thanks to the Chief Concierge Mr. Wang, he was so very kind and extremely helpful in making arrangement for us for a full day driver for sight seeing.

The decor of the hotel is too dark and the room is too hot, which makes us very uncomfortable to stay inside the room.

Your staff are wonderful. Please offer them English training and you will win business travellers My room gave me the view I expected. Breakfast with variety of chose was top . Location is ideal for business and leisure travellers closer to restaurants and public transport. Your hotel is very clean in every corner. The ladies working there have warm smile and welcome to clients. "Bravo"

But, Western business travellers, we are not familiar and comfortable with your system to request deposit payment for bar /restaurant or other service while we are still accommodated in the hotel. We pay when we check out especially restaurant and bar. I was humiliated when your staff asked me to pay my dring while I was just one day in hotel that I booked to stay all most a week. I was almost gone to other hotel. Please revise.

Breakfast was good but it would be nice if there were more international options.

No coffee in the room. Kettle, yes, and tea bags but no instant coffee. I understand that the hotel wants to promote the Latitude Coffee place, but some guests like to get up in the morning and brew their coffee. Many hotels have Nespresso machines in the room. I'm surprised the Meridien doesn't even have instant coffee.

For my birthday, the staff brought a piece of cake and fruits to my room, which was very kind of them! I really appreciated that! The room: + was spacious and clean + was very modern (the lights and curtains) + had a nice city view + had both bathtub and a shower +had a very comfortable pillows Breakfasts: + were very tasty + there were a lot of options for both Chinese and western breakfasts + there were some western options, too, such as bread, cheese, salads, etc. + the price is 70 RMB, which is okay The gym and the pool area: + very nice city views +long opening hours.

During the "rush hour" at the restaurant on the first floor: - the waitresses could not keep up and the restaurant was messy (the tables, the coffee makers and the floors) - it was difficult to find a clean and free table at 9 o'clock. - the staff also didn't serve new food/could not keep up or was simply too slow and because of that I could not eat some of the foods that I liked. - You have to pay a deposit that is around 1800 RMB (no one has told me about that before coming to the hotel, if everything is okay with your room, they return it on the day of checking out). However, that was quite surprising and I have never experienced that before. - The bed was quite short even for me (I'm 168 cm tall) and for men that would be even shorter. The pool: - you have to wear a swimming cap at the pool, if you don't have one - the staff will give it to you, but in my case, they gave me a wet one and it made my hair even wetter and it does not make any sense! - there were a lot of hair everywhere on the floor at the women's changing room - the sauna was almost always off and you have to ask the staff to turn it on for you and it is troublesome The pool and the gym area: - it was really cold at the gym and the women's changing room near the pool.

Newly renovated, bed and pillow really comfortable, bathroom is gorgeous.

We couldn’t pay with any visa or master cards. Always errors. We had to go to the nearest ATMs to withdraw cash to make the payment. Their payment terminals need to be updated. We didn’t have this problem with other hotels of similar levels in China.

Air conditioner was broken even I changed the room and bathtub was leaks. Room was very dirty. Lounge's quality just like a joke, I cannot believe I paid for this.

Cleaning could be better , when checked in there was some kind of drink spilled on the light control panel wall, it was not cleaned at all.

Some tiles on the floor shall be changed. Long black hair in bathroom on the floor and in the shower cabin. Moreover at 21:50 I was not allowed to the restaurant. Very poor knowledge of english of the staff.

We have stayed for 2 nights during a trip back to China. This is a nice hotel with great location. It's next door is a shopping center with restaurants, Starbucks and an outside BBQ & bear garden. The room is big enough for 2 people, bathroom is clean and spacious. The only thing I noticed that lights in corridor and lift area are not bright enough. Overall it is a good place to stay.

the room wasn’t clean in hidden corners, the ceiling had some repainting in another color. they advertised as if there were two separate rooms, but in fact there were only rooms with two separate beds available

room AC not working. feedback to hotel, was given a fan only. still room feels very hot. feedback again to request on changing room. only then they agreed. transition to another room was fast and smooth

When booking a room with exlusive acces to the lounge if should accesable to have a relax drink and not as a free dinning room for chinese families , this was so wrong! Also in the morning club lounge should be open to have breakfast for these rooms instead of needing to wait for a table downstairs

Hotel front desk was under reno when we were trying to check out at 530am. It took us awhile to find the staff and managed to check out on time. It would be good if we were informed about the Reno before hand.

Arrivée tardive vers 22H00. Excellent service. dommage qu'après 21H00, il faille manger dans sa chambre et que rien ne soit possible au bar de hôtel. Mais au moins, le repas était très correct. Pour le reste, rien à dire. Excellent hôtel et bien placé pour ce que je devais faire à Zhengzhou

是一間不錯的酒店，員工親切友善，客房清潔舒適，而且一望空闊，景觀不俗。交通尚算方便，離鄭州東站只有約十分鐘車程，但截車較難，應事先請酒店員工代找的士，否則交通時間會大失預算。另外隔鄰的成龍廣場仍在興建中，食店還算多選擇，但購物娛樂則嫌不足。

6박7일 가족여행 동안 전체적으로 편안하고 안락한 분위기였고, 직원들의 서비스도 매우 친철하였음. 생각보다 에어컨이 시원하지 않았으나 큰 문제가 될 수준은 아니었음. 영어가 능숙하지 않은 상태라 의사소통에 약간의 어려움이 있었으나 친절한 직원들의 대응에 큰 문제는 없었음. 주변에 큰 쇼핑센터가 있어 필요한 물품을 구할 수 있었고, 2층에 한국음식을 아주 맛있게 하는 한식식당이 있어 다행스러웠음. 아쉬운 점은 공항에서 호텔로 이동시 애매한 위치에 있어 찾기가 불편했고, 공항버스를 탈 때도 버스나 도보로 이동을 해야 하는 점이 불편했음. 고생 끝에 공항버스를 타고 지나다 보니 호텔 바로 앞 임시승강장에 정차를 해서 괜한 고생을 한 것 같았으나 다음 기회에 활용하면 큰 도움이 될 것 같았음. 호텔에서 외국인을 위한 교통정보등을 상세히 알려주는 팁이 없는 점이 아쉬웠음.

Great staff and good hotel facilities

Beautifully decorated hotel. Pure modern elegance. Amazing lobby, spacious rooms and the club floor facility food and beverage was a notch above other 4-5 Star clubs. Additionally, the value was tremendous. A hotel like this typically costs 3-4 times more.
