It is absolutely not worth your money. 🥃 Chemical-Taste Drinks & Deceptive Bar Practices False Advertising: The all-inclusive menu explicitly states that premium brands like Smirnoff vodka are included. Substandard Alcohol: Every single time we ordered, we were served cheap, unbranded alcohol that tasted like paint stripper and rocket fuel. It was completely undrinkable. Deceptive Behaviour: When we called them out on it, the bartenders would step around the side of the bar out of sight. They openly pretended to pour premium brands while actually serving cheap rubbish. Daily Humiliation: Despite being part of a large wedding party of 45 people, the staff consistently ignored us. Complaining at the bar became a daily, humiliating ordeal. 🍦 Poor Quality for Children & Basic Amenities Cheap Snacks: The ice cream and ice lollies provided on the package are incredibly cheap, nasty, and poor quality. With limited choice,Kids expect decent treats on holiday, not this rubbish. Cafe Atmosphere: In the evening, the bar area feels like a basic cafe rather than a holiday resort. They serve all drinks in cheap plastic tumblers at night at 10pm. 👤 Rude Staff & Non-Existent Management Obnoxious Service: The bar staff and general team were ignorant, rude, and entirely unhelpful. Ignored Complaints: The management is non-existent. I have written three formal complaints to three different entities: the general management, the bar management, and directly to the Tonga Towers sales team. Not a single person has had the decency to reply. This speaks volumes about how this hotel is run. The Only Positive Food: To be fair, the actual meals in the restaurant were quite nice.

Ganz vorne das Essen. Teilweise katastrophal. Auch das Restaurant an sich.., man wird einfach industriell abgefertigt. Es wird auf Quantität und nicht auf Qualität gesetzt. Das Personal unfreundlich und das Essen an der Pool Bar war auch kaum genießbar. Die „All-in“ Drinks kamen aus dem Zapfhahn und haben dementsprechend geschmeckt. Stühle auf dem Balkon war verschimmelt. Nach Reklamation kein Austausch.

Mi experiencia ha sido inolvidable, han tenido muchos detalles por el cumpleaños de mi pareja que ya era sorpresa y poder elegir una habitación suite ha sido genial y sobre todo el trato de todos los empleados, tanto los recepcionistas en especial Malena y Matías que aparte de su amabilidad, son unos profesionales en su trabajo...esperamos volver a repetir esta experiencia tan especial...gracias por el detalle de la directiva,.Un cordial saludo.

La habitación super espaciosa y moderna y el baño con bañera y ducha. 2 lavabos.... nevera con diferentes bebidas.... Las piscinas muy originales, con una de ellas de relajación y otra de burbujas.

La comida no había mucha variedad, quizas la cena estaba mejor y aunque el horario es amplio. si llegas tres cuartos de hora antes de cerrar ya no hay plancha y aunque en el restaurante hablaban español, por la mañana los juegos en la piscina era en inglés y por la noche los shows también. De hecho lo comenté con un trabajador de alli y me dijo " español, solo flamenco" y en recepción una trabajadora no me entendia en español.. Lo q si nos gustó mucho el menú degustación para adultos, la atención de camarero, las vistas.... Impresionante

We received a very warm welcome. Despite our late check-in, sandwiches, fruit and water were waiting for us, which was a lovely touch. The food was delicious, with something different for dinner every day, and the evening shows were great. The gummy candies for children were a nice surprise too! We also loved being able to order drinks directly from the table in the evenings. We also really appreciated the pool towels and the option to exchange them for fresh, dry ones during the day.

The only downside was the lack of designated smoking areas. People were smoking everywhere – by the sunbeds, on balconies, and even during the evening shows while sitting among children. There should definitely be separate smoking and non-smoking areas.

Stuff insisted charging me for one single dring while I was eating my dinner...I objected, they still insisted. What manners are these??

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, modern und gepflegt. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt neu und ansprechend. Besonders positiv fanden wir das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Auch die Reinigungskräfte haben einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen – unser Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt und es wurde sich sichtbar um Sauberkeit bemüht.

Leider gab es einige Punkte, die uns gestört haben. In unserem Zimmer waren Ameisen, die vor allem abends immer wieder aus den Wänden gekommen sind. Außerdem sind die beiden Matratzen des Doppelbetts nachts ständig auseinandergerutscht, sodass in der Mitte immer ein unangenehmer Spalt entstanden ist. Das Frühstück war leider sehr eintönig, da es jeden Tag nahezu dasselbe gab. Auch die Situation am Pool war enttäuschend: Wir sind an einem Tag extra sehr früh aufgestanden, um einen Platz zu bekommen. Trotzdem waren alle Liegen bereits mit Handtüchern reserviert, obwohl die Personen teilweise gar nicht am Pool waren. Dadurch hatten wir keinen Platz und sind schließlich wieder gegangen und stattdessen an den Strand gefahren.

The whole complex connects the areas so well. The pool and jacuzzi are clean with temperature control, which is great. The variety of food is fabulous and tasty. The room is clean, there is a great bathroom and a good size for 3 people. Some of the staff were so friendly and helpful. 🙌✌️ The evening shows were great, especially the parrot show, kids show and fabulous dance team which worked hard on each hot day. 🔥🤩. We enjoyed so much. 🩵🩵🩵

The lifts work really badly, sometimes while you wait for it better to take stairs. 😣 Not enough sunbeds beside the pool, while you have your breakfast, they're all already full. 🙄

El hotel es maravilloso. El personal muy amable y el bufet increíble, con mucha variedad de comida y muy buena. Tiene 3 piscinas que están fenomenales y una para niños con varios toboganes y chorros se agua que nuestra hija de 3 años disfrutó mucho. Si que es verdad que como sugerencia, ampliaría el horario de l cena a las 21:30 o las 22:00 ya que estamos en España. Tiene solo 3 ascensores y son muy pequeños para la afluencia que tiene el hotel en temporada alta. Por cierto, tienen unas vista desde el restaurante de la azotea que son increibles!

Убирали каждый день и меняли полотенца, положили всякие крема для тела и мыло. Когда ехали ночью нам дали даже воды с собой и бутерброды. Был маленький холодильник, еще бы чайник и было бы супер

Кондиционер с момента заселения невключался, сказал на ресепшен и через 10 минут пришел мастер починил. Но он работает плохо точнее стартует плохо. Когда ты вышел и забрал карту все отключается в комнате но после возвращения кондиционер невключается нужно много раз клацать кнопки открывать закрывать двери балкона и тогда в какойто момент он запускается. Приходилось одну карту ключ оставлять что бы он невыключался иначе тв приходишь с жары хочешь спастить от нее и в комнате духота и ты 20 минут пытаешся его включить.

Excelente estancia, lleno de profesionales que tienen todo perfecto para hacer que tengas las mejores vacaciones, el servicio de comida de 10, mucho donde elegir, amplio comedor y muy bien atendido, un buffet libre cómodo y completo. La habitación triple muy cómoda, limpia y amplia. La zona de piscina muy chula y cómoda, con muchas hamacas. Tiene un servicio de bar y comida en la piscina muy cómodo. Si tuviera que poner una pega, solo ampliaría el horario de piscina algo más. La playa está cerca y es chulísima. Servicios de todo tipo al lado del hotel. Vamos, repetiria sin dudarlo

Las instalaciones de 10, la habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia. El buffet genial, sobre todo los desayunos. Estaba todo muy bien presentado sobre todo las noches tematicas. El personal agradable y excelente, sobre todo destaco a un hombre en la plancha del buffet que estuvo super dispuesto a cocinar algo especial para mi hija. Es de valorar y agradecer. Las piscinas están genial también.

Muy pocas cosas no me han gustado: La animación del hotel, pues mi hija es española, el hotel está en España, pero nadie hablaba en español. En el miniclub nadie la entendía y no podía participar. Lo mismo en las actuaciones… es algo bastante negativo porque había más familias españolas. Los balcones eran algo peligrosos… entre el balcon y el cristal a mi hija le cabía la pierna entera.

El trato del personal. Es muy difícil de mejorar. Tanto el trato del hombre de la recepción como la gente que se encargaba del bufete del desayuno fue inmejorable.

The staff were outstanding, and the customer service was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were warmly greeted on arrival by the chatty and witty Evgenij, who had our whole group smiling and laughing from the moment we arrived. His friendly personality and excellent sense of humour made a fantastic first impression.

The only slight disappointment was that we weren't able to book dinner at the Sky Bar, as it was fully booked throughout our stay.

Esta vez nos atendió en recepción juli y la verdad muy amable, también hay un señor de noche que la verdad es el mejor de todos, las habitaciones limpias muy buen trabajo de las chicas de limpieza se les agradece muchísimo.

Mi único inconveniente fue en el bar con un chico joven, ya que hizo comentarios desubicados y discriminadores. Y me incomodó tanto que tuve que levantarme y educadamente pedirle un poco de respeto. Creo que independientemente de la posición que estés( empleado o consumidor) debemos tener un poco de tacto al momento de hablar, ya que después de ese momento nuestra instancia fue muy incómoda, tanto para mí y para mi pareja que fue el más afectado

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d particularly like to praise Evgeny, who was always ready to help, offer advice, suggest the best options and just have a chat. The hotel business relies on people like him!

The sauna was small and looked rather odd: there was no changing room or place to store your belongings.

Гарні великі басейни, багато місця на території, смачна кухня. Гарний персонал. Завжди є чим зайнятися, бо вечірня програма насичена. Готель заслуговує свої зірки

Єдина незручність це балкони, які є не зовсім безпечними для дітей. Синє скло, яке є стіною балкону не зʼєднане з підлогою, що утворює досить великий простір між ними. Якщо сімʼя зупиниться з малою дитиною, потрібно добре слідкувати, щоб вона туди не засунула ногу.

Nuestra estancia ha sido inmejorable desde el trato del personal, las instalaciones y todas las actividades diarias, han sido increíbles. El staff del sky bar nos brindó una atención única que era la guinda al menú degustación. El buffet funcionaba perfectamente y toda la comida genial y de buena calidad. Finalmente, el equipo de animadores hacen un trabajo impecable cuidando mucho el detalle en cada espectáculo y haciendo partícipe a todos los huéspedes. Sin duda, repetiremos.

Calidad - precio muy buena. Fácil aparcamiento en las inmediaciones. La habitación cómoda, con bonitas vistas al mar y a la piscina. El desayuno excelente por el precio que tenía, sólo costaba 10 euros.

La puerta del baño me hubiera gustado que cerrará bien, que no fuera de cristal.

Buena ubicación, limpieza, buenas instalaciones con varias piscinas y servicios. Se puede aparcar en la zona gratis. El desayuno y la cena también estaba muy bien, con un personal muy amable y atento. Incluso nos mejoraron la habitación con vistas al mar, todo de 10.

Ein sehr großes Hotel mit einer sehr großen Poollandschaft und Sportmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr umfangreich und sehr lecker. Empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern.

Man wartet schon mal etwas länger auf die Fahrstühle...

La verdad que ha perdido mucha calidad y trato con el cliente. Lo único bueno en este tiempo es la piscina.

He pagado todo incluido y hay horario desayuno hasta 10:30 y horario desayuno continental hasta las 11:30. A las 10:00 ya no hay casi nada y no reponen. Tampoco dan solución. También snack de piscina deja mucho que desear: comida fría y sin reponer. Por otro lado, espectáculo (mejor otras veces que he estado), era cabaret i era pésimo. Tampoco tienen cartel de reclamaciones a la vista (lo exige la ley) ni tampoco te dan hojas de reclamaciones como indica la ley. Te dan una hoja a una cara y hacen fotocopia. Sinceramente he ido 4-5 veces y no volveré jamás. No sé que les ha pasado pero de cada día van a peor.

L’accueil, très professionnel et bienveillant malgré l’heure tardive. Le personnel adorable aussi bien le receptionniste, que les femmes de chambre ou les cuisiniers. La propreté et le confort de la chambre toujours impeccable.

Le petit bémol, l’eau de la piscine intérieure n’est pas chauffée ce qui est dommage car on s’attend à ce qu’elle le soit étant donné qu’on nous parle de « SPA » et que c’est un espace couvert.. résultat nous avons fait demi tour et n’avons absolument pas pu profiter des espaces de baignade puisque la météo n’était pas bonne. La seconde déception, c’est qu’il y a un magnifique rooftop mais malheureusement quand nous sommes arrivés à 19h45 pour boire un verre après avoir couché notre bébé, il fermait.. nous n’avons donc pas pu en profiter malgré qu’il était encore tôt. Sachant qu’il y a aussi une partie restaurant, c’est un peu dommage..

Reinigungspersonal freundlich, zuverlässig und gründlich gereinigt. Fahrrad konnte auf das Zimmer genommen werden.

Abflüsse Sanitäranlagen rochen intermittierend nach Fäkalien. Räume sehr hellhörig. Gespräche, Toilettenspülung ect. sehr gut hörbar. Separater Raum führ Fahrrad fehlt. Rezeption nahm Personalausweis entgegen, wurde Ende Aufenthalt nicht zurückgegeben, waren auch nicht bereit diesen zurück zusenden!

Todo en general. Sin duda lo recomendaría e incluso volveré.

Die Aussicht war Atemberaubend. Das Restaurant bietet eine Menge Auswahl und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Es war alles Perfekt. Es gibt nichts zum aussetzen.

Les piscines, espaces extérieurs, choix au niveau des repas.

Les ascenseurs ont été une véritable source de désagrément. Il nous a parfois fallu attendre une vingtaine de minutes pour pouvoir descendre. Voyageant avec un bébé et une poussette au 5ᵉ étage, il était difficile de prendre systématiquement les escaliers. Deuxième point : la climatisation au restaurant était constamment réglée beaucoup trop bas. Avec un petit bébé, ce n’était pas évident, car il y faisait vraiment très froid. Troisième point : malheureusement, je dois mentionner le personnel. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour un voyage en famille avec des enfants et nous aurions apprécié davantage de convivialité ainsi que plus d’animations adaptées aux enfants. En dehors de la mini-disco, il n’y avait pratiquement rien pour eux le soir. Même les animations proposées aux adultes ne m’ont pas particulièrement convaincue si je compare avec d’autres hôtels où j’ai déjà séjourné. Au restaurant, j’ai également été mécontente du service. Le personnel ne nous laissait pas le temps de terminer nos repas et venait constamment débarrasser les assiettes alors que nous n’avions pas fini de manger. J’ai dû préciser à plusieurs reprises que nous n’avions pas encore terminé. De plus, nous ne pouvions souvent pas choisir notre table, car une grande partie du restaurant était déjà fermée alors que les horaires de repas n’étaient pas encore terminés.

Clean bed and room. Very spacious bathroom and nice balcony with sea views. Breakfast delicious with fresh eggs, cheeses, bacon, veggies, yogurts. They also offered a dinner buffet that I took part in with tons of selection from meats to fish. Dinner was 20 EUR if you don’t have a package. Parking only available on the street as their own lot had maybe 10 spots or so which were always full.
