La habitación muy cómoda, amplia y divina la vista desde los balcones. El bar de la terraza increible para ver las puestas de sol. No llegamos a diafrutar de todos los servicios: piletas, shows, spa y demás ya que en el dia hacíamos playa. El parking perfecto, si bien en septiembre no está totalmente a full.

Reservamos con media pensión. La comida, como en todos los resorts grandes no es lo mejor. Pero muy variado.

Bellissima struttura, pulita ed organizzata alla perfezione. Avevamo prenotato una stanza con mezza pensione e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti anche dall'ottima qualità del cibo, vasta scelta , diversa ogni giorno. Staff gentile e disponibile, in particolare il ragazzo della reception che parlava italiano. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa.

Overall a very nice place to be especially for a short stay. Located at a main road, but not disturbing at all. If you are interested in biking, there is a great bike rental place just next door down the main road. If you arrive by rental car, free parking was included and available at all times.

In general, nothing to complain about… just the lower pool bar should be open for one more hour. And of course people who are very picky will always find something!

Veldig bra frokost, behjelpelig og hyggelig personale, bra renhold og god beliggenhet nær shopping, busstopp, restauranter og strand. Stranden var riktignok full av tang og tare, som kanskje hadde sammenheng med at det var en dag med kraftig vind i starten av oppholdet. Stranden på alcudia var mye finere.

Veldig harde senger, kun bytte av badehåndklær 3 ganger i uken, lytt fra rom over og fra gangen, ikke mulighet til å ordne kaffe/te på rommet

La atención, las instalaciones y la comida

O alojamento é muito bom com muitas piscinas, áreas comuns muitos agradáveis à disposição dos clientes.Pequeno almoço e jantar com muita variedade de comidas e produtos. Os empregados muito simpáticos e sempre com um sorriso no rosto.A pessoa que ficou responsável pela nossa mesa foi 5 estrelas. Gostei muito área de SPA,desde a senhora que nos atendeu,espaço muito agradável ,quantidade de actividades. Gostei de ter a praia muito perto do Hotel e termos um bom parque de estacionamento.

Nao gostei de termos que pagar as bebidas e de não haver pelo menos uma garrafa de água à disposição do cliente. Não gostei de ver algumas piscinas sujas com folhas e bichos e que podiam ser limpas pelo empregado que controlava a área. Não gostei de chegar cansada e ter que andar bastante até ao quarto e não haver alguém que ajudasse . A pessoa que fazia as limpezas nunca lavou a louça e fiquei sem saber se era política do hotel. Achei que as actividades do hotel podem ser melhor organizadas pois não eram muito divulgadas. Ter um canal de televisão português já que estamos tão perto de Espanha.

Lo que no entiendo es el porque el menu de la cena de los sábados se repite una y otra vez, hemos estado muchas veces siempre el fin de semana y cada vez la misma temática ya podrian tenerlo en cuenta ; espero que sirva para algo el comentario de lo contrario es la última vez que comento!!!!!

Alles het hotel, de locatie, het zwembad en het ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Als ik nog eens naar Mallorca ga dan kom ik weer terug naar dit hotel. Het ontbijt is fantastisch en het diner is zeer uitgebreid met iedere keer weer verassende gerechten. Ik kon uit uitstekende wijnen kiezen.

Vooral mijn fout dat ik maar 4 nachten had geboekt.... Volgende keer blijf ik veel langer! Als ik iets kleins mag aangeven: de kwaliteit van de koffie, maar dat compenseren ze heel erg goed met uitstekende en veelzijdige keuze van soorten thee!

Das Hotel ist an einer sehr guten Lage zum Shoppen wie auch zum Meer, in wenigen Gehminuten sind diese zu erreichen. Das Personal (wirklich alle die im Hotel arbeiten) auch die Putzkraft sind sehr sehr freundlich, habe solche freundliche Mitarbeiter selten gesehen! Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen sind immer Frisch zubereitet und es gibt soviel Auswahl. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein Balkon, was ich sehr toll fand. Im Zimmer fehlten uns gratis Produkte wie: Finken, Wattestäbchen, Zahnbürste/-pasta, sonst noch Sachen die man in einem 4&5 Sterne Hotel erwarten kann.

Das Hotel benötigt dringend eine renovation. Trotz, dass die Putzkraft reinigt gibt es Schimmel an einigen stellen im Bad/WC und Dreck, das nicht mehr weggeht. Das gilt auch für den Pool im aussen Bereich. Wir hatten ein Kühlschrank, wessen Türe sich nicht richtig schliessen liess. Wir habens gemeldet, jedoch wissen wir nicht, ob jemand gekommen ist, weil uns nie was gemeldet wurde.

Me gusto mucho la Ubicación cerca estaba la parada de Bus para todos los sitios que visitar. La comida del Buffet el Spa y el trato del personal. La habitación era comoda y tenia terraza.

El cafe con leche de la máquina del Desayuno. Preferi el cafe americano de jarra estaba bueno.

Tout était top ! Le personnel très agréable, la chambre super propre et confortable (literie, salle de bain), le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, la proximité avec la plage et de nombreux restaurants, le spa... Mais surtout mention spéciale pour la piscine et le jardin exceptionnels où on se sent vraiment très bien, raison pour laquelle nous sommes revenus pour la cinquième fois dans cet hôtel, et reviendrons encore si nous choisissons Mallorca une autre fois pour des vacances !

Avant d'expliquer ma note, je tiens à souligner la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel de réception, qui a accepté de réduire la durée de notre séjour compte tenu de notre déception et d'une erreur de réservation de ma part. Le cadre reste agréable avec de belles piscines.

Malgré les avis élogieux, ce prétendu 4 étoiles ne justifie pas son tarif de 3 000 € la semaine. Notre chambre "Premium vue mer" était exiguë, avec une vue trompeuse se résumant à une lointaine ligne d'eau sur le côté. La restauration est tout aussi décevante, entre jus de fruits coupés à l'eau et politique tarifaire abusive. L'hôtel refuse de servir des carafes d'eau, forçant l'achat de bouteilles (3 € les 50 cl). Un manager m'a suggéré, sans gêne, d'aller boire aux fontaines des couloirs après le repas, prétextant une "politique interne". C'est pourtant une violation directe de l'article 18.3 de la loi espagnole 7/2022 imposant la gratuité de l'eau non embouteillée à Majorque. L'incident a dégénéré lorsque j'ai apporté ma propre bouteille entamée à table. Bien que courtois, j'ai été harcelé par cinq employés différents. Pire, une responsable est intervenue avec une agressivité inouïe pour nous humilier publiquement. Elle m'a ordonné d'annuler notre nuit restante à la réception et nous a menacés d'expulsion le lendemain. Ma femme a été choquée, et notre fille, 7 ans, était terrifiée à l'idée que nous finissions à la rue. Nous avons immédiatement réservé dans un hôtel voisin, 40 % moins cher et de qualité équivalente, où l'eau à table était offerte. Subir un tel harcèlement et une telle humiliation en famille pour avoir simplement demandé de l'eau est indigne d'un établissement de ce standing. Mise à jour: L'hôtel m'attaque personnellement pour masquer son infraction. Subir 5 employés et des menaces d'expulsion pour une bouteille d'eau relève de la vente forcée, pas d'un problème de comportement. Leur réponse l'avoue d'ailleurs explicitement : ils refusent l'eau du robinet à table, ce qui viole la loi espagnole (Loi 7/2022). A vous de juger.

Nous avons passé 9 nuits dans cet hôtel et avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ! La chambre était propre et confortable. Seul petit bémol : nous étions au premier étage, juste à côté du palier de l’ascenseur, donc il pouvait y avoir un peu de bruit la nuit. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil, accueillant et toujours agréable, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus plaisant. Le petit-déjeuner est un vrai point fort : très bon et copieux avec beaucoup de choix. Seul petit regret concernant les jus de fruits qui étaient un peu décevants. Nous avons également les repas du soir et avons apprécié le concept avec un thème différent chaque jour : Tex-Mex, burgers, cuisine asiatique, paella, etc. Les thèmes tournent chaque semaine. La qualité de la viande pourrait toutefois être améliorée. L’emplacement est excellent : à environ 5 minutes à pied de la plage, avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. L’arrêt de bus est également à moins de 5 minutes, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer. Comptez environ 1h30 en bus depuis l’aéroport et seulement une vingtaine de minutes pour rejoindre Alcúdia. Enfin, si vous séjournez dans le coin, je recommande vraiment de découvrir la Platja de Muro qui vaut absolument le détour ! Globalement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Présence de fourmis sur les transats, la qualité de la viande lors des repas du soir et les jus de fruits proposés au petit-déjeuner pourraient également être de meilleure qualité.

No me gustó las habitaciones le hace falta un mantenimiento muy profundo están las habitaciones muy deterioradas, los colchones muy incómodos igual que las almohadas, conclusión las habitaciones tenéis que mejorarlas.

La spa molto bella, personale gentile. Ottima e varia colazione e le piscine, molto carina quella per bambini. Non ho utilizzato altri servizi. Gli appartamenti erano ampi e luminosi. Peccato per i disservizi e lo staff che non era assolutamente volenteroso di aiutare il cliente, anzi ci ha anche insultato invece di risolvere i problemi, rovinandoci la vacanza.

Appena arrivati lo staff ci ha fatti andare in appartamento perchè la camera che avevamo prenotato non andava bene per noi, e fin qui, abbiamo pagato l'upgrade. Appena arrivati nel nuovo appartamento, c'era un fortissimo odore di muffa e umidità dall'aria condizionata. Abbiamo subito riportato il problema, lo staff ha aperto un ticket che non è stato risolto, costringendoci a dormire senza AC per non sentirci male, invece di cambiarci stanza (dicevano che l'hotel era pieno, ma non era vero perchè controllando online c'erano stanze disponibili). L'indomani abbiamo piu volte chiesto aggiornamenti, e su nostra insistenza alle 17 un tecnico è venuto a inondare la stanza e l'AC di CLORO, soffocandoci ancora di piu. Siamo stati costretti a fare la doccia nella spa, e prepararci per la sera in corridoio perchè non si poteva stare nella stanza. Nonostante ciò, ancora non ci hanno cambiato stanza convinti che il problema si risolvesse. Ovviamente al nostro ritorno dopo cena, era impossibile stare nella stanza e abbiamo dovuto traslocare i bagagli di notte. Al momento del check out, abbiamo cercato di risolvere con la reception ma siamo stati insultati, chiamati bugiardi e addirittura minacciati di un intervento della polizia. Vergognoso. p.s. nella stanza cambiata, era pieno di ragni e polvere sui soffitti. Non per i poveri ragni, che possono entrare, ma erano chiaramente segno di una scarsa attenzione alla pulizia. E anche qui, nonostante le varie richieste, è stato pulito solamente l'ultima sera dopo insistenti richieste, che tra l'altro ci hanno fatto perdere moltissimo tempo (es. per parlare con il guest service abbiamo dovuto attendere le 14 quindi abbiamo perso una mattina di mare).

Breakfast choices were exceptional, covering all tastes. I really liked the sense of calm around the main pool, with plenty of areas of shade available from the sun. Room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom area was neat. The drinks at the bar were reasonably priced when compared with the restaurants along the beach.

It would have been nice to have some coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

The location was nice. Walking distance from the beach.

Air condition didn’t work due to a broken sensor on the door. Terrace door was jammed. Only with huge force where we able to open and close it. Shower was flooding the bathroom because the water did not go out. Reclamation about every day twice and wasn’t fixed. The only thing they repaired after 1,5 days was the toilet. Food was terrible. Fish and meat placed without any seasoning on the grill with oil so basically fried how it arrives. Tomato sauce for kids had no flavor - salt pepper garlic onion missing. Everything lacked flavor and seasoning - salad dressing, proteins sauces sides. The stew they cooked at dinner was ok. But that’s about it. Then there are quite a lot of rules for the pool area although they call it family friendly - no jumping splashing water playing ball and so on. So basically you had to tell your 3 years old to swim. Back and forth. Because everything else seemed to be a problem. The manager approached my sitting husband with putting a hand on his shoulder and one hand on his cap and removing the cap. Speaking in Spanish and without any further introduction what’s going on. Since there were multiple people with head wear we quite did not understand what the problem was and refused to follow the somehow poorly and disrespectful communicated instruction. Which led to the arrival of a person from management at our table while we ate with our 3 years old. She also did not deem it necessary to introduce herself or approach any other person with a cap. She was raising her voice and likewise did not give a dime about people with cap behind her. I had to ask her twice to let us finish my meal because this is not a super huge problem and she’s causing drama. In the very end she stopped with an attitude. We tried to solve it afterwards. Failed again. Only with the fourth attempt she listened. Over all very poorly communication. Disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. We were before all this still considering to spent another holiday there.

Schöner Garten, Hotel und Restaurant bieten viel Platz, sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal, wir haben viele tolle Ausflugstipps erhalten, gute Lage zu Strand, Bars und Bussen, teilweise haben wir im Hotel gegessen und teilweise in Lokalen auswärts, dies konnten wir flexibel dazu buchen. Das Hotel Buffet war sehr vielfältig.

Hotel wirkte etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hier und da fehlten Investitionen oder kleine Reparaturen z.B. in Poolliegen oder neue Pooltücher, aber das Positive überwiegt deutlich

Las actividades de la noche son muy infantiles y todas en alemán. La comida había mucha metida en medio que no estaba fresca, los tomates, los plátanos verdes incomibles, vegetales sin cocinar bien, las instalaciones del gimnasio están muy mal y muy viejas…. El hotel necesita renovarse. Potenciar el aire, poner un buen gym y mejorar la comida.

No me gustaba que no pudiéramos vivir juntos toda la familia. Mi hijo de 19 años vivía aparte.

The staff were very professional and accommodating. Its a great location close to the beach with lots of pools and loungers. Great buffet breakfast with a lot of options.

The facilities are in need of maintenance. My room's air con thermostat was not working and the room was so hot making it nearly impossible to sleep. My shower drain also overflowed and flooded the bathroom. The staff did their upmost to try and fix on the spot and make my stay more comfortable but they really need to do some proper repairs not just patching up. The spa room needs some work, as some of the equipment buttons don't work, and a lot of the jets don't work in the pool and jacuzzi.

Destacar la llimpieza de la zona de baño,el trato de todo el personal,amable en todo momento, instalaciones algo antiguas pero bien cuidadas. Los colchones mejorables,pero en general muy bien.

Buffet muy normal sin nada a destacar,precios elevados en consumiciones.

Horarios de comidas no acordes para españoles

Amabilité et disponibilité du personnel, qualité de la restauration (petit dejeuner, et dîner), les différentes piscines sont top surtout pour les enfants (notamment les petits toboggans), ainsi que toutes les installations pensées pour les familles. Les tarifs des extras sont corrects et l’accès à la mer est très facile.

Les chambres sont un peu basiques, le ménage n’est pas fait systématiquement. Le petit dej commence à 7:45, ce qui est tard pour les lève-tôt.

Le confort franchement tt etait juste wouah

Начну с територии ,она большая и красивая ,сосны и пальмы создают приятную тень ,на територии 5 бассейнов открытых один их них для малышей с водными горками ,еще один бассейн закрытый и также бассейн в Спа,также есть обычная площадка с качелей и горкой ))) ооочень чисто на ткритории, это вообще удивительно при таком колличестве гостей такая чистая вода в бассейнах))) Очень впечатлило то,что вечером можно было купаться ,я ходила после того ,как уложу ркбенка спать это была моя отдельная кайфушка.Номер был большрй ,мы брали аппартаменты с кухней ,нам всего хватило 2 кастрюли ,2 сковородки,ножи,вилки,ложки и тарелки ,все что нужно есть,плита и микроволновка работали отлично,чайник не мешало бы почистить от накипи ,но это уже мелочи.Ьыл огромный балкон на теневую сторону .Ночью было тихо мы высыпались ,матрасы и пастель отличные,уборка каждый день. СПА хороший ,надо нажимать все кнопки тогда включаеться джакузи и в бассейне много всяких приколюх.Море было просто шикарным ,особенно до обеда вода изумрудного цвета и теплая ,вход в море пологий для малышей самое то.До моря идти мин 10 мимо магазинов и кафе.5 мин от отеля магазин Альди ,мин 15 Меркадонна.На 6м этаже отеля бар с просто фантастическим видом ,это отдельная кайфушка ,все 360 градусов красоты ,горы,море и город ,ваууу!!!! Завтраки хорошие ,4 вида яиц,сыры,колбасы ,йогуртов видов 5,мюсли , блинчики ,фрукты ,пироженные,булочки и т д ,особенное внимание хочу уделить персоналу на завтраках особенно в смену Conso , они такие друделюбные ,моя дочь бежала на завтрак толтко чтобы ее увидеть))))))) Анимация -восторг,особенно девушка блондинка ,котрая выкладывалась с детьми на все 150% ,вечером детская дискотека а после этого концерт ,в обед йога ,аквааэробика , игры вообщем скучать будет некогда!! На ужин в отеле мы не ходили ,готовили сами рыбку и креветки и ходили в рестораны , вкусно было ресте Монако ,в Ранчо эль гау чо вкусные ребрышки .Вообщем мы пробыли 13 дней и уезжали со слезами.

В обеденный сон персонал постоянно убирал то сбоку то сверху,косили траву и разружали тележки с бельем это было очень шумно, мы молчали неделю потом пожаловались на рецепшн и стало тихо)

La qualité de l'appartement pour 4 personnes uniquement une chambre, les enfants ont dormis sur le canapé. Pour 500€ la nuit, cela ne correspond pas a un standard d'un hôtel 4 étoiles

Dejeuner tres bon et varié. Il y a de l’animation en journee et la localisation est idéale.

The a/c in my room didn't work at full capacity as it was during summer. Had to call an engineer to get it fixed but didn't work as expected. The a/c in the conference room didn't work at full capacity as well

Todo. Las piscinas, spa, instalaciones en general es todo perfecto para descansar. Tumbonas debajo de los pinos, habitacion bien climatizada, ubicacion excelente si quieres ir a la playa. La comida buenísima. Todo me ha encantado.

L’emplacement juste en face de la rue qui descend au bord de mer restauration et magasin . Les femme de ménage qui nettoie bien la chambre .

Nous étions 6 personne pour 3 chambre , avec des chambre où les Clim ne fonctionne 1 fois sur 3 , la propreté des infrastructures des piscine. Sa ne vaux vraiment pas le prix , après avoir voyager beaucoup de fois autant partir en Grèce a ce prix là !

Die Lage war in Ordnung, zum Meer sind es ca 5 Minuten Fußweg. Wirklich positiv hervor zu heben ist der Kinder-Club, die Animateurinnen machen einen super Job.

Ansonsten ist das Hotel höchstens Standard. Vier Sterne sind meiner Meinung nach zuviel. Es herrscht eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit, doch wenn man genauer hinschaut ist es oft dreckig oder veraltet. Vor allem das Geschirr am Buffet war immer dreckig und das Buffet selbst auch nicht ansprechend. Dass man in der Halbppension nicht mal abends am Buffet ein Glas Wasser inclusive hat ist meiner Meinung nach eine Frechheit. Betten viel zu hart, auf dreimaliges Nachfragen einen Topper bekommen der wenig geholfen hat. Unbekannte Getränke-Buchungen auf unser Zimmer mussten ebenfalls bezahlt werden, obwohl es nicht mal mehr Belege gab. Klimaanlage und Warmwasser ebenfalls einen Tag lang ausgefallen. Das Hotel ist höchstens,,ok", nochmals würden wir dort sicher nicht mehr hingehen.

La habitación cómoda , lo malo que nos pusieron en una suite donde se escuchaba como arrastraban las sillas de la terraza de arriba y era molesto , la piscina sucia, el agua turbia , nada que ver como en las fotos , la bebida me parece cara al no estar incluida en la media pensión y no era muy buena que se diga

The rooms are unbearably hot, to a level that simply did not feel safe or acceptable. Staff were rude and guests were even shouted at. After 20+ years choosing this brand, including for company off-sites and conferences, the decline in standards is striking. This experience has seriously made us reconsider staying with them again

No me gustó el trato del primer día de recepción, estuvimos 3h esperando la habitación ( puedo llegar a entender la parte que hasta las 15:00 no la dan) lo que no entiendo que a toda la gente que llegaba me daban ya la habitación y a nosotros no…. Al llegar a la habitación estuvimos aguantando 1h sin aire porque no funcionaba , llamamos y tardaron casi 2h en venir arreglarlo, mi hijo de 1 año quería dormir y no se podía estar de la calor que hacía. El día de irnos fuimos a pedir toallas al spa y la limpiadora que estaba allí, nos gritó, nos faltó el respeto, y no nos quiso decir el nombre para hablar con el director . Habíamos venido a este hotel 5 veces aproximadamente y jamás habíamos tenido este mal sabor de boca. Es un hotel que no volvería más.

Το βασικό πρόβλημα αφορούσε τις τιμές των γευμάτων. Σε προηγούμενο μήνυμα του ξενοδοχείου, είχαμε καταλάβει ότι το πρωινό και το δείπνο θα κόστιζαν 27,50€ ανά άτομο την ημέρα. Βασιστήκαμε σε αυτή την πληροφορία όταν αποφασίσαμε να γευματίζουμε στο ξενοδοχείο. Ωστόσο, στη συνέχεια χρεωθήκαμε 26€ για το πρωινό και 50€ για το δείπνο, δηλαδή σημαντικά περισσότερο από την τιμή που μας είχε αναφερθεί. Επικοινωνήσαμε με το ξενοδοχείο για να το διευκρινίσουμε χωρίς να βρεθεί κάποια λύση. Επίσης, αντιμετωπίσαμε πρόβλημα με το κλιματιστικό στο δωμάτιό μας. Αναφέραμε εμείς το πρόβλημα στο ξενοδοχείο και τελικά το επισκεύασαν. Ωστόσο, ακόμη και μετά την επισκευή, το δωμάτιο δεν μπορούσε να φτάσει τη θερμοκρασία που είχαμε ρυθμίσει. Με τη θερμοκρασία έξω να πλησιάζει τους 40°C, είχαμε ρυθμίσει το κλιματιστικό στους 18°C, αλλά το δωμάτιο παρέμενε πολύ ζεστό. Κάποιες στιγμές ήταν πραγματικά δύσκολο να παραμείνουμε άνετα μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Στα θετικά, το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και η τοποθεσία ήταν βολική. Ωστόσο, τα προβλήματα με τις χρεώσεις των γευμάτων και ιδιαίτερα με το κλιματιστικό επηρέασαν σημαντικά τη διαμονή μας. Ελπίζουμε το ξενοδοχείο να λάβει σοβαρά υπόψη αυτά τα ζητήματα και να βελτιώσει την εμπειρία για τους μελλοντικούς επισκέπτες.

La ubicación en can picafort estaba bien, y también el aire acondicionado

El desayuno malísimo: ni el café ni el zumo de naranja podían beberse. El muesli estaba pocho y sabía mal. Solo había dos tostadores dobles para cientos de huéspedes, así que era imposible calentarse el pan. Las opciones saludables eran muy pocas y malas: el kiwi durísimo y no podía cortarse, la fruta mala, y no había muesli o granola sin mezclar. No dejaron entrar en el spa a mi sobrino de 14 años, y no me lo avisaron con antelación. Cogí precisamente el hotel por el spa, así que esto lo voy a reclamar. Nos encontramos un chicle pegado en el suelo de la habita el segundo día, y nosotros no comimos chicle, así que entiendo que fue del servicio o del anterior huésped. El césped de la piscina fatal cuidado y había muchísimas hormigas, era muy incómodo tumbarse allí. Jugamos al billar y tras echar las monedas y salir las bolas resulta que faltaban dos bolas. El champú/gel malísimo, se te quedaba la piel y el pelo súper seco.

Desayuno, piscina, actividades del hotel y espectáculos, estaba todo bastante bien pensado, la verdad. Desde las actividades físicas en la piscina por las mañanas hasta los espectáculos nocturnos, quizá eché de menos algún espectáculo más en el bar de arriba. El ambiente, bastante tranquilo también me gustó.

El aire acondicionado era poco potente para mi gusto, aunque terminaba enfriando al cabo de unos 60 minutos la estancia de las camas, nuca llegaba a enfriar la estancia completa. De lo demás no tengo pegas.

La primera habitación tenía el cabezal de la ducha destrozado, agua en el suelo y aire sin funcionar. Me cambiaron de habitación y olía a cloaca. Horrible !

Stayed in an apartment block , was spacious , very clean and tidy , fully working air con although staff failed to point out that it only works providing latches on the doors are down ! Call me a Karen but too many big balls being thrown in the pools … I think staff need to pull a plug on letting people take such big ones in , (unfortunately I got smacked with one so hard I insisted I threw it back at the teenager who’d thrown it , could’ve gotten into a fight with his parents had I known who they were)….

Wasn’t given enough information about the spas … supposedly there’s a child’s one aswell as adults ? I wanted to take my daughter into adults but was refused , yet another woman went in with her to younger boys given they were bigger than my daughter but my daughter is very short for her age. Either way … spa access would’ve been nice for my daughter as was a special treat for her.

Der Service war sehr gut, die Lage des Hotel perfekt. Es gab genug Liegen und auch viel Schatten. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut. Das Hotel ist super für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Für ältere Kinder (ab 12 Jahren) sind die Pools nicht wirklich geeignet. Es gibt keine Rutsche für älter Kinder. Allerdings gibt es jeden Tag Programm für alt und jung. Was sehr schön ist.

Das Dreibett Zimmer hätte etwas größer sein können. Es gab kaum Platz für all das Gepäck.

Stavolta sono stato sfortunato nell'assegnazione della stanza. Ultimo piano con balcone costantemente al sole dal pomeriggio in poi. Inoltre ero vicino allo stanzino di servizio del personale e nelle prime ore della mattina ero svegliato dai rumori da lì provenienti. Ma va bene così, non è stato un grande problema

The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options. The rooms were standard but clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. The hotel has three outdoor pools and plenty of sunbeds, so it was always easy to find a place to relax. The beach is just a short walk away along a pleasant promenade lined with many cafés and shops, making the walk enjoyable.

El personal del hotel es amable y resolutivo. Las instalaciones como la piscina, el gimnasio y las zonas comunes, están limpias y en buen estado. Se puede descansar bien por la noche ya que el nivel de ruido es bajo. Son flexibles con el horario tan corto de la piscina. Suelen dejar bañarse más tarde de la hora de cierre.

El horario de la cena és inaceptable en un hotel de vacaciones en España. Entiendo que está pensado para el turista extranjero, pero no puede ser que a las 9 en punto, esté el buffet cerrado. Este horario condiciona las excursiones y visitas a diferentes lugares de la isla, sobre todo al turista nacional.

Overall, the hotel is in a convenient location and offers plenty of parking spaces for guests, which is definitely a plus. The outdoor area is spacious and well-designed, featuring several pools, a spa, and a playground, making it a great place for families and relaxation. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, but it feels more like mass production than a high-quality breakfast experience.

The rooms are very poorly soundproofed, so you can clearly hear other guests as well as the housekeeping staff early in the morning. While the bed was comfortable, the room had a very strong unpleasant smell. The bathroom was heavily affected by limescale, and the toilet flush did not work properly.

El Personal del Hotel fue una maravilla. Pero se nota que están sobrecargados. Aunque de verdad lo intentan, sobre todos los meseros están en un nivel de estrés impresionante.

Se nota que no invierten en el hotel hace ya muchos años. Las instalaciones están resquebrajadas. La calidad de la comida ha bajado muchísimo. Las basuras se la pasan llenas y por ende llenas de avispas; no es posible que ya hayas pagado más o menos €900 o en mi caso 3500 y te cobren por la caja fuerte. No hubo un día que no me haya tocado ir al lobby por algún inconveniente ataque de hormigas en la cocina, se inundó el apartamento con agua, no me limpiaron la habitación un día, el aire acondicionado en vez de enfriar y echar aire frío, pareciera como si echara, humedad y polvo. Lo que más me pareció un escándalo es que te cobran por cambio de toallas 1€. Quiere decir, por ejemplo, que cambias las toallas el viernes en la mañana y te toca quedarte con ellas y usar las mismas para playa y para piscina viernes, sábado y domingo claro, bajo la excusa de “ preocupados por el medio ambiente“ pero si de verdad se preocuparan por el “medio ambiente“ simplemente no harían cambio de toallas, pero claramente la mayoría quiere toallas nuevas para ir a la playa o estar en la piscina y por ende, te obligan de manera indirecta a tener que pagar 1€ por cambio de las mismas, si vienes con familia grande 5- 6 Euros (en mi caso, además 4 de los 7 días) porque obvio solo cambian 3 veces por semana. Esas prácticas engañosas, se llama en cualquier parte del mundo ROBO Y ABUSO

Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Essen war lecker und das Personal durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Todo, el primer día que llegamos no iba el agua caliente ni el aire acondicionado, llamamos para informar, nos lo arreglaron, al siguiente día volvió a pasar lo mismo, con lo cual nefasto, la habitación no es que la limpiaran del todo, cuando entramos estaba todo lleno de pelos y en la taza del vater habían salpicaduras de caca, lo único bueno ha sido el personal, pero por lo demás no volveremos a repetir, salimos demasiado a disgusto para lo que hemos pagado

Personnel très accueillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. L'hôtel est calme et est à 2 min à pieds des rues commerçantes et 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Parking spacieux pour garer son véhicule. L'espace aquatique est sublime et bien ombragé. Petit déjeuner de qualité et beaucoup de choix

A szálloda fantasztikus volt. Hatalmas, sok medencével, pálmafával, több bár állt rendelkezésre, különösen a tetőbár tetszett. A szoba teljesen modern volt, tágas, az ágy kényelmes volt. A személyzet kedves volt. A reggeli bőséges és finom volt, óriási választékkal. 20 éves házassági évfordulónkat ünnepeltük kettesben. A hoteltől sétatávolságra volt a homokos strand. A strand mellett nagy élet van, rengeteg étteremmel és bárral. A parkolás autóval ingyen volt a parkolóban. Bárkinek szívesen ajánlom.

Reservamos una habitación doble, y nos pusieron en un apartamento en el otro lado del hotel, y en el apartamento el aire no funcionaba, pedimos que nos cambiaran porque realmente no nos pertenecía ese apartamento y nos dijeron que no que si teníamos calor que nos quedáramos en recepción con ellos, las sábanas no la cambiaron ni un día y estaban sucias, solo hacían la cama, la limpieza en el apartamento era nula. Pague un dineral para los 4 días que estuve allí incómoda.
