Aeonic Suites and Spa

We had a wonderful stay at Aeonic Suites & Spa. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and well maintained, and we especially loved the pool area and our room. The absolute highlight for us was the breakfast and restaurant team. Every member of staff there was incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming. One waiter in particular remembered our breakfast order after the very first morning and for the rest of our stay would come straight to our table and ask if we wanted “the usual”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, but this personal attention made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. The gentleman managing the restaurant was also always very friendly and regularly took the time to speak with us. Breakfast itself was excellent with a great selection and everything we tried was delicious. We really felt that the restaurant team went above and beyond and they deserve a special thank you.

There were only a few minor points. Some of the drinks and cocktails at the hotel are quite expensive, although we understand that this is fairly typical for Mykonos. The location is a little outside Mykonos Town, but fortunately there is a bus stop nearby with an easy connection into town. The only area where our experience could have been slightly better was the reception. While the staff were helpful overall, a few interactions felt less warm and personal compared to the exceptional service we experienced in the restaurant. During one interaction regarding our room key, an exchange and laughter between staff members while assisting us made us feel somewhat uncomfortable and came across as slightly unprofessional. This was only a small moment in an otherwise wonderful stay, but at a hotel of this standard, these details do make a difference.

A wonderful hotel where it is truly a pleasure to relax! The design is very stylish and modern, the atmosphere is cozy, and the service is excellent. The staff are attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. I would especially like to highlight the cleanliness and comfort. Everything has been thought through down to the smallest detail, so you feel comfortable from the very first day. We were left with nothing but pleasant impressions. We would be delighted to return here again and will gladly recommend this hotel to our friends!

I spent 10 days at this hotel, which is quite a long time for Mykonos, and yet the stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is excellent, but what truly makes it special is the people. You genuinely feel cared for here. A special thank you to Sophia, the hostess, for always welcoming guests with a smile and for being incredibly professional and tactful. And to Giannis and Spiros, for their warmth, professionalism, and excellent service. Even small imperfections are easily forgotten because of people like them. They truly make the experience memorable and make you want to return.

Staff is amazing, the room is incredible, the view is astonishing!

We had the most amazing stay at Aeonic Suites & Spa and genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely incredible — so warm, welcoming and attentive, and they really went above and beyond to make our stay special. The level of care from every single member of staff was honestly 10/10. A special mention has to go to Sofia, whose amazing smile every morning was such a lovely way to start the day! She was always so friendly, happy and attentive and really stood out to us. As well as all the other wonderful waiting staff in the restaurant. Also, we have to mention the incredible spa where we had the most relaxing treatments — 30 minute sauna and jacuzzi, 30 minute body scrub and 60 minute massage. Once again, the spa team made us feel so welcome and were so accommodating. The rooms are huge, beautiful and absolutely immaculate. Everything felt luxurious and was kept spotless throughout our stay. The housekeeping team deserve so much credit too — the cleaners did an incredible job every single day and the attention to detail was exceptional. The whole hotel is stunning, but it really is the people who make Aeonic so special. You can tell how much care goes into every aspect of the guest experience, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Every interaction was met with genuine warmth and kindness. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms, impeccable cleanliness, amazing service and the loveliest staff. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Mykonos and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you to the entire Aeonic team for making our stay so memorable!

This hotel exceeded all our expectations and we still can’t stop talking about how great it was! The staff were exceptional, it was clean, the rooms were amazing and the hospitality was welcoming and friendly. Location was good too, close to Mykonos town and the main beach clubs. Definitely recommend!

J’ai du noté par contre un défaut dans la chambre, il y avait de l’humidité, le sol semblait toujours légèrement humide. Étant sensible à l’humidité cela ne m’a pas servie

The property was very pretty, very clean, and in a great location close to shops, the town, and the nightlife. The swim out pool was great, very big vs usual.

Best service — quick responses, genuine care, and a team that always goes the extra mile. The property is spotless and smells amazing, and every staff member is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The complimentary transport service is a fantastic bonus and makes the experience even more convenient

Excellent staff, friendly and concierge was extremely helpful and responsive. The supreme pool is much larger in person and the view is fantastic, as well as morning to midday direct sunlight.

Fantastic 5 star property with an amazing ambience, service and hospitality. We were made to feel welcomed immediately and given a property tour to see where all the amenities were before being shown to our fantastic room for the time we were there. The room was very spacious, super clean with all the necessities. The spa and restaurant were also fantastic.

Aesthetically pleasing property from the moment you enter reception, everything is impeccably clean and with a Japandi theme carried throughout. Staff really bring this hotel alive - from the moment we were greeted and throughout our stay we were treated with respect, care and made to feel right at home. Special thanks to ALL of the F&B team Alex, Spyros, Nena, Vasilis, Irene, Aris, Giannis, chef Stavros and his amazing culinary team for really making our stay so special on a daily basis. Breakfast is a wonderful experience, so much choice - A special thank you to Vasiliki on reception too for organising all our activities and transfers with ease. Proximity to the beaches in Ornos was amazing, right outside you have a more “locals” beach with great water sports facility if you’re into windsurfing sports, you can hire SUP boards and take lessons for reasonable prices, the main Ornos beach is just a 5minutes walk with some great restaurants and sun loungers.

Very difficult to say anything negative here - but if you’re booking any of the Zoe Junior suites be aware while they are some of the most private of all the rooms, they are situated just in front of a road and it’s where everyone picks up their boat trips for the day, so while we found that quite entertaining throughout our stay it isn’t as quiet to sit outside and “relax” as you might expect. It didn’t bother us at all, but just a point to note.

Simply everything, starting from the reception staff, housekeeping (3 times a day), facilities, food, the suites, the view, the location, cleaning and even the music at the pool was amazing.One of my favorite hotels ever.

Absolutely nothing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the cleanliness was truly top-notch throughout the entire property. Every request was handled promptly and professionally by a staff that was always friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to the bar team, who were consistently polite, kind, and very attentive, making every interaction a pleasure. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful—calm, relaxing, and perfectly maintained. The beach located just below the hotel was absolutely fantastic: a true oasis of peace, completely different from the usual crowded beach clubs. It offered a serene and natural setting that made the stay even more special. Overall, everything was simply beautiful and exceeded expectations.

Het hotel en de inrichting zijn prachtig. Mooie materialen en overal een heerlijke geur door het hele hotel. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Fijne zonnebedden bij het zwembad van het hotel.

Gehorig . En de hele nacht muziek uit de speakers. Als je zelf geen auto hebt ben je afhankelijk van de shuttlebus waar ze standaard 50,00 per rit voor vragen. Ik boekte twee dezelfde kamers met zwembad. Onze kamer was aanzienlijk groter dan de andere kamer. Men zei dat het zwembad groter was bij de andere kamer. Wat dus niet waar was. Ook is het water niet verwarmd. Dus ga je in mei , boek dan een kamer zonder zwembad. Bij de eind afrekening vragen ze of je nog even 15% fooi over de rekening wil betalen. Dat heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt. Ik geef fooi aan het personeel direct.

Excelente, quartos amplos, lindos e muito limpos, o hotel a decoração é lindíssima, moderno, perfeitamente conservado, piscina e restaurante lindos, refinado, cheiroso, equipe atenciosa e muito educados, a área do SPA e academia é perfeita, foi maravilhoso estar com eles! Venha não vai se arrepender. Tem até menu de travesseiros.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is truly luxurious and very pampering. Every single member of the staff, without exception, was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. They constantly made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We stayed in one of the hotel's most luxurious rooms, and the view was simply breathtaking. Waking up every morning to such a spectacular view made our stay even more special. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality food and excellent service. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced. As for the location, the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service for guests. Although we had a rental car and got around independently, it is a great option for anyone who prefers not to drive. Overall, this was an exceptional experience, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and memorable vacation. We would definitely love to return.

The hotel could have organised the free shuttle to the city center ebru half an hour/every hour. Because it’s very close, 5 minutes drive, but taxi is really expensive( about 40/50 euro per ride)

El hotel es precioso, pero lo que más resalta es la calidez y empatía de todos su personal, siempre atento y muy cordial. Me sorprendió ver que todos se preocupan porque te encuentres bien!!! Nuestro agradecimiento a todos!!! La habitación súper confortable, impecable y cuenta con todas las comodidades. La vista desde el hotel es muy linda. La comida del restaurante es también muy buena y el desayuno es inmejorable. Todo muy rico y súper variado, inclusive cuentas con una carta adicional con platos que puedes pedir sin ningún costo adicional. Fue un gran acierto escoger este hotel boutique!!! Sin duda volvería!!!

La pieza con piscina fue realmente espectacular! El desayuno bufet impresionante. Las concierge son muy buenas y cariñosas se preocupan de cada detalle de tu estadía. El hotel queda muy cerca de Chora y es necesario tener auto para visitar todas las playas maravillosas de la isla.

I loved everything about my stay, from the staff, the amenities, food was fantastic, the rooms are clean, the location is close to the airport and also 15mins drive to the old town. Do you fancy a boat ride? Well the dock is right outside the hotel. Honestly, I had a wonderful time. I will come back again!
