Very poor appearance .. How Hotel management can let the lift in a such condition. It is the image of the hotel . Bathroom flooded when take shower.. Towels poor quality ( clean but old ... several years use probably ) I would not come back again

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026The hotel is located at a very strategic place in the heart of the city. Many facilities are located very near to the hotel and you can just walk to 7 eleven, KFC and even Zus Coffee. There are ample public parking spaces but might be full during working hours. The room was very clean with near perfect conditions of the bed, air cond, tv and the toilet. Highly recommended for anyone to stay here.

For the amount i paid definitely i cant be expecting for luxury hotel concept but basic important stuffs were missing 1- cleanest was drawback as there were spider on my bed and room was dusty( literally the whole night i was sneezing due to dust allergy) 2-Basis need- missing room slippers and the bathroom was slippery 3-Parking- Beware of parking as the hotel dont have their own parking lot and we need to pay for parking if decided to stay on weekdays

However, there are a few small areas that could be improved. Parking was a bit limited, and the towels, bath mat, and bedsheets would benefit from a little extra attention to cleanliness. With some minor improvements in these areas, the overall experience could be even better.

الغرفة مافيها ثلاجة، الفندق بشكل عام يعتبر قديم شوي.. ومافيه مواقف للسيارات

Reviewed Jun 20, 2025Plenty of shops and amenities around the hotel and very close to public transportation. Hotel is spacious, shower pressure is great and overall ambience is very comfortable.
The window doesn’t quite cancel the noise from outside and the traffic can be noisy in the morning. Despite being a ‘business’ hotel, the room does not have a minibar (mini fridge). The room could provide complimentary slippers and the hotel could provide a microwave downstairs for guests’ use. Staff can do with a little bit more smile.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2025The location is pretty ok, in center of KL, although you know, KL always traffic jam but the parking and location is good enough. Staff are okay. Able to keep out luggage but in a room without lock, no receipt or tag for your luggage so beware of your stuff if you putting to storage.
The room is too dark with very less lighting. Room is a bit too small for a 4-person room and limited space for opening luggage’s.

Reviewed Oct 22, 2024The location is excellent because there are nearby local restaurants. For its price, it offers great value. Thr bed is comfortable, the room is clean, and the aircon is working properly. We also liked that there is a handheld bidet near the toilet.
The toilet was located in the same area as the shower. When I booked the Deluxe King Room, the pictures in Booking.com showed that the toilet is separate from the shower, but the actual room had the toilet and shower in the same area.
