When it’s mentioned “Deluxe Double room”, I thought it was big and spacious. However, it is congested and not much space around the bed. Besides, there is no window; if is quite suffocating.

The room is not soundproof. So there was noise all the time because of the shops/restaurants surrounding it. One night, I was awakened by cigarette smoke that came through the air conditioner. The wall in the room had leak patches.

Reviewed Dec 21, 2025I got a 3-bedded. Clean bed and the bathroom (got a bit of black at the bottom) negligible. Only hard to find parking. Grab or bolt is suitable. 500m from nearest lrt, Asia jaya. I paid 240 for 2 nights. Recommended!

This is the third time my room has experienced a blackout during my stay. It has been extremely inconvenient and stressful. Unfortunately, I was unable to report the matter immediately as there was no receptionist available at the time. While parking at the property is also difficult, the central issue is the frequent power outages. I contacted the person in charge but received no proper acknowledgment or even an apology. Due to this overall experience, I will not be returning to this property in the future.

But they improvise from their way to wait for customers to enter. If you already check in, just use the room's excess card to open the entrance door. Thank you very much...

To be honest, all the good reviews I think I overrated with what I experienced. The room was okay, the bedsheets are dirty. The cattle also not working but they can't even replace it. The TV channel out of 12 channels only two is working. I understand it's a budget hotel and they don't even asked for deposit but still for the room it's overpriced and the cleaniess is not okay. Overall I am not satisfied at all.
