Odayı book ederken ekransa gördüğümüzde 35m2 yazıyordu ancak verilen oda maksimum 15m2ydi. Buzdolabı vs o kadar eskiydi ki koyduğumuz her şey dondu.

La ducha no tenía mampara y en nuestro último día no tuvimos agua caliente. La taza del wáter estaba totalmente suelta y la quitamos. En general, el baño necesita bastante arreglo.

Nice hotel on the hill above the lake and ocean. Very clean and we had 2 balconies, kitchenette with all you need for making breakfast. Supermarket next door.

Sistemazione onestissima con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Un posto sicuro per passarci una/due notti. Pulito, essenziale e funzionale. La struttura non é modernissima, ma alcuni dettagli suggeriscono un livello di attenzione buono: c'é secondo me buon rispetto del cliente, per i soldi che spende e per il livello della struttura. Posizione buona.

Καταρχάς, ήταν σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Μέχρι εκεί. Κάπου εκεί εξαντλούνται τα καλά.

Ζητήσαμε διπλό κρεβάτι. Μας είχαν δυο μονά (βάσει διαθεσιμότητας βέβαια) με ένα κομοδίνο. Ήταν πρακτικά μονό δωμάτιο σε μέγεθος, με ένα δεύτερο κρεβάτι, το οποίο γέμιζε το ούτως ή άλλως στενό δωμάτιο. Στο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε καρέκλα (ένα μικρό σκαμπό μόνο) ούτε έστω κάποιο μικρό τραπεζάκι (μόνο ένα λεπτό ραφάκι) για να ακουμπάς κάποια πράγματα με συνέπεια τα πράγματά μας (βαλίτσες, τσάντες, παπούτσια) να είναι όλα στο πάτωμα. Για ντουλάπα ούτε λόγος, μόνο μια κρεμάστρα. Στο μπαλκονάκι υπήρχε μόνο μια καρέκλα, ούτε καν απλώστρα για μαγιό και πετσέτες. Όσο για το μπάνιο πολύ στενάχωρο με μια υποτυπώδη καμπίνα, ζήτημα αν ήταν 60Χ60. Ένας ευτραφής άνθρωπος δεν χωράει να εξυπηρετηθεί. Συνολικά, χώρος, επιπλά, μπάνιο, όλα σε μικρογραφία. Οριακά μικρό για μονόκλινο δωμάτιο. Όσο για την φιλοξενία που διάβασα σε άλλα σχόλια, εγώ αυτήν δεν την είδα ποτέ. Εν κατακλείδι, δεν θα το σύστηνα. Ναι μεν, φαίνεται οικονομικό κατά την κράτηση και από τις φωτογραφίες λες βρήκα ευκαιρία, αλλά ακόμα και αν πεις ότι κάνω low budget διακοπές, είναι από τις περιπτώσεις που χάνεις περισσότερα λεφτά ψάχνοντας για "δραστηριότητες" εκτός δωματίου, που καλύτερα εξ αρχής να είχα δώσει κάτι παραπάνω για βασικές πάντα παροχές. Επειδή γενικά ταξιδεύω πολύ, σε ενδιαμέσου budget ξενοδοχεία και σαφώς έχω ξαναπάει σε ορισμένα δωμάτια που έλειπαν κάποια πράγματα, είναι η πρώτη φορά που ειλικρινά θα έφευγα. Ο μόνος λόγος που μείναμε είναι ότι θα χάναμε τα λεφτά μας.

Las instalaciones no eran las mejores, la ducha sin mampara fue horrible y el hecho de intentar hacer algo para comer y no poder porque saltaba la luz también un fallo.

Excellent location and daily cleaning service. The beds could be improved but this was minor. Staff was is very friendly and there are parking for the car nearby. The overall experience was very good and is consid red excellent value for money!!

C’era un pessimo odore nella stanza

Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία, κεντρικά, σε κοντινή απόσταση από όλα. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό. Καθημερινή καθαριότητα του δωματίου.

Δυστυχώς αντιμετωπίσαμε αρκετά προβλήματα κατά την άφιξη μας στο δωμάτιο. Το πόμολο της πόρτας ήταν χαλασμένο από την εσωτερική πλευρά και η μία λάμπα του δωματίου καμμένη. Η τηλεόραση είχε ασθενές σήμα. Το μπάνιο αρκετά μικρό, με δυσκολία χωρούσε ένα άτομο. Επίσης, δεν υπήρχε απλώστρα για να αφήσεις τα ρούχα σου να στεγνώσουν, κάτι που μας δυσκόλεψε δεδομένου ότι επισκεφτήκαμε το ξενοδοχείο καλοκαιρινή περίοδο.

La camera ed il bagno sono molto piccoli, la lampadina in camera era fulminata, abbiamo chiesto di ripararla ma non è stato fatto. Assenza di posto auto gratuito Assenza fono in camera, richiesto e gentilmente concesso.

Posizione ottima per il centro, stanza al quarto piano con ottima vista, spaziosa e con angolo cottura, richiesta dell’ultimo piano esaudita, prezzo economico

Ho soggiornato solo una notte e c’è stato un problema con l’acqua calda, asciugacapelli non presente, quarto piano (richiesto da me) raggiungibile solo a piedi dal terzo piano(i primi 3 piano sono serviti da ascensore)

The location is nice, mid way from the port area and a huge parking where to leave the car. The room was nice, with space for luggage, a fridge and a balcony.

Ηταν καθαρό, σε καλή τοποθεσία και το προσωπικο ήταν ευγενικό. Επίσης ηταν μακράν το πιο φθηνό και δεν υπολειπόταν σε ποιότητα.

Το μόνο που δεν μας άρεσε ήταν οτι δεν είχε ζεστό νερό.

Bellissoma posizione a 2 passi dal lago e dalla zona dei. Negozietti. In 10 minuti si arriva alla spiaggia. Staff gentile e disponibile. Da consigliare.

La posizione vicino al centro, il costo basso , la signora alla reception alla mattina era gentile

Le foto presenti non rispecchiano la camera che ci avevano dato molto più stile vecchio e spoglia ,appena siamo entrati la tavoletta del bagno era sganciata e le prese facevano la scossa alla richiesta di cambiare camera e avere una come quelle in foto ci hanno detto che non era possibile perché la tipologia di camera che avevamo prenotato era quella aggiungendo che nelle foto c’erano solo le camere di un’altra ala dello stabile , però almeno ci hanno cambiato una stanza e data una senza problemi .

La vicinanza al lago

La struttura è subito fuori dal centro ed il quartiere non è curatissimo. Nonostante avessimo chiesto una stanza con letto matrimoniale in camera c’erano due letti singoli difficili da unire. Il balcone affaccia all’interno di un cortile un po’ angusto.

Очень хороший отель, с удобным расположением, рядом местный супермаркет с хорошими ценами(не для туристов)в номерах убирают часто, море рядом Отдельное спасибо девушке на рецепшн(очень приятная и позитивная ) Вообщем рекомендую этот отель !

Ottima posizione, personale accogliente e vista mozzafiato.

Ubicación céntrica. Sin embargo, es un pueblo/ciudad, todo queda cerca. Tienen una terraza agradable. Al menos pude descansar. Las puertas se abren con llaves analógicas, lo que evita tener que ir a recepción a reactivar las llaves, en caso que fueran magnéticas.

El shower holder roto. El recepcionista que me recibió no tenía idea donde estaba parado, lo que francamente entiendo por ser un pueblo, pero sería agradable tener a alguien encargado de guest relations. Hice el check in a las 8. Llegaba para ir a ver el atardecer en la ciudad y la ducha que ansiaba tomarme después de un día eterno, de playa y conducción por horas, fue una experiencia horrible para los casi 70€ que pagué. El shower holder roto, el recepcionista no entendía nada cuando le pedí ayuda y fue realmente desagradable el trato, o mas bien, destrato que me dio. Al día siguiente se lo comenté a la recepcionista de turno que, afortunadamente, si hablaba inglés. Ella no me dijo nada más que “deberías haber avisado”. Espero que sean conscientes que el personal de tarde no se comunica. Es decir, pagué un alojamiento que para ducharse se inundaba hasta afuera del baño, implicando riesgo de caerse y golpearse, contemplando que encima para ducharte con una mano tenías que tener el cabezal de la ducha y la otra para intentar jabonarte. Iba apurado porque tenía planes y llegué tarde, no vi el atardecer y no se me ofreció solución ni compensación alguna. Creo que por la cantidad de dinero que pagué por lo menos deberían haber fingido preocuparse. No lo recomiendo en absoluto! Además, viejo y anticuado. Se sintió como hablar con una pared cuando intenté comunicarme.

Très bon emplacement , chambre très propre et spacieuse , vous aurez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il ya des parkings payants juste a coté a 3 ou 5 € la nuit mais vous pouvez aussi vous garez gratuitement dans la rue. Laverie h24 et un super marché a deux pas. L'hotel est à 5 min du lac et du centre ville

Ci siamo fermati una sola notte...arrivando abbondantemente dopo mezzanotte dall'aereoporto. Abbiamo trovato le chiavi in reception e ci siamo riposati.😄

Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο, με άνετο κρεβάτι και καινούριο κλιματιστικό. Ευχαριστηθήκαμε ιδιαιτέρως το λόμπυ, με τα βιβλία και τον χώρο ανάπαυσης. Επειδή δουλεύω εξ αποστάσεως, μπόρεσα να δουλέψω άνετα με πολύ γρήγορο ίντερνετ. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο!

Ottima posizione. Camera pulita ogni giorno....e anche cambio asciugamani. Frigo in camera molto utile. Parcheggio se non si trova nelle ore di punta nelle immediate vicinanze, a 400metri si trova ad ogni ora. Soggiorno fantastico.

Tolles, sauberes Studio mit allem was dazugehört! Das Personal war sehr höflich und engagiert. Ich konnte vor Check in und nach Check out mein Gepäck in der Lobby lagern und zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt wieder abholen :) Zentrale Lage, die Bars und Restaurants im Zentrum der Stadt sind in wenigen Minuten (zu Fuß!) zu erreichen.

Only stay at the sunbeam for a day as our return flight wasn't until midnight, so we wanted somewhere to have a shower and change before the flight. Location was great. 5min walk into the center & lake. Apartment was basic but very clean. Excellent value for money.

Great location, just a 5-minute walk from the city centre. Although the walk back is quite steep, Agios Nikolaos is built on a hillside, so this is to be expected. The room was quiet, comfortable, and a good size.

The shower was small, and there was nowhere on the balcony to hang and dry clothes.

À proximité de toutes les commodités d’usage, c’est un lieu de vie parfaitement bien situé au coeur de la ville.

Nella opzione appartamento era presente una piastra a induzione con una padella e una pentola. PECCATO che la pentola non si possa usare con quel metodo di cottura. Dunque era totalmente inutile

La struttura è sprovvista di parcheggio , il phon in camere non c’era , il bagno non è stato rinnovato differentemente dalla camera , la doccia non si può chiudere; abbiamo chiesto una camera matrimoniale , ci siamo trovati in una tripla ma con il letto da una piazza e mezzo.. siamo arrivati in struttura alle 22,30 avvisando tramite messaggi dei vari ritardi dei voli, non hanno mai risposto, abbiamo trovato le chiavi della stanza in reception sul bancone con un post it affianco con numero di stanza e piano Stanza assolutamente non insonorizzata , si sente tutto

La localización muy bien. El sitio muy limpio. Buena relación calidad-precio. Desayuno por 7€ muy bien.

La ducha no se podía cerrar y mojabas todo el baño.

Uns stand ein wirklich großzügiges Zimmer zur Verfügung, mit Küche, Essplatz, großem Schrank, Doppelbett und Couch. Das Haus macht einen sehr sauberen Eindruck, obwohl schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und eine Verlängerung des Aufenthalts war problemlos möglich. Die Lage war fantastisch, da das Zentrum fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen ist.

Ein bisschen enttäuscht waren wir, dass es zu so einem großen Raum nur ein winziges Bad gab, in dem jeweils immer nur eine Person Platz fand. Duschen war etwas mühsam, aber für nur 3-4 Nächte halbwegs akzeptabel. Ein Frühstück ist hier leider nicht im Angebot (gibt's aber in der Stadt an jeder Ecke). Falls jemand die Küche hierfür benutzen möchte, dann bitte im Haus nachfragen, falls Besteck etc. fehlt. Wir haben nur eine sehr geringe Auswahl an Küchenutensilien vorgefunden.

Het is een heerlijk hotel en midden in de stad zodat je alles op loopafstand hebt. Het personeel en eigenaren hebben altijd tijd voor en als je wat nodig mocht hebben wordt dit gedaan. Het is ook heerlijk om door de stad naar b.v. het almyros strand te lopen ( een prachtig zandstrand aan de bay van Mirabello).

Hotel is in a good location. Room is big. The frige motor is enclosed in a closet so you get isolation from its noise. Theres a computer with a printer in the lobby you can use to print your flight tickets. I found that a good extra

Beds are in a corner, so one of the persons needs to jump over to get in. Cleanin personnel was uncomfortable to me. One morning they kept knocking on the door when I was in the bathroom. I needed to get out so they stopped. The day I left they saw me leave with the suitcase. When I was back to take the things in the fridge I found they had entered the room and taken everything. This was very annoying to me. They dont have parking and its difficult to find free parking nearby. There are mosquitoes.

I've been staying at the Sunbeam for several years now. It's a great place for the location ( a very short walk to the Lake and centre of Aghios Nikolaos) plus the rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. Very good value for money.

Non mi è piaciuta la doccia sempre fredda alla mattina pur avendo più volte detto alla signora del problema. Il bagno molto piccolo è sprovvisto di phon. L'unica colazione proprio scadente

La chambre est joliment décorée, spacieuse et à un vrai petit extérieur. L'hôtel donne sur la rue des bars et restaurants mais est suffisamment en retrait pour que le bruit n occasionne pas de gêne.

L absence de stationnement réservé. Il est possible de se garer dans la rue mais vu lexoassage le soir cela n est pas très rassurant (surtout lorsque l'on a une voiture de prêt). On avait donc mis la voiture sur un parking privé payant.

Accueil cordial. Chambre grande et confortable. Rdc agréable. Localisation très bonne. Pdj très basique. Rapport qualité-prix excellent.

Ottima posizione, nei dintorni si trova davvero tutto il necessario. La stanza era abbastanza grande e dotata di un piccolo angolo cucina. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Inoltre, la pulizia veniva effettuata ogni giorno.

Entrava molta luce nella stanza già dalle prime ore del mattino, quindi sarebbe utile aggiungere una tenda più oscurante. Inoltre, il box doccia era privo di sportello e questo faceva bagnare facilmente il pavimento del bagno.

Für eine Nacht war das in Ordnung. In der Nähe vom Busbahnhof war es für uns dieses eine Mal praktisch.

Die Lage ist nicht schlecht und es ist günstig aber vergleichsweise in einer weniger schönen Gegend. Die Betten sind unterirdisch schlecht.

Just what I needed for a short stay in Ag Nik. The guy running the place is so lovely and helpful. There’s a lift if you carry heavy luggage. The room itself is so cozy with super comfy beds and pillows. Cleanliness is absolutely spot on. There’s a blackout shade that completely blocks the light which is really helpful to give a perfect night sleep. Parking is free on the street (there’s also a small alleyway between the hotel and paid parking lot). I had no issue finding a spot (but I visited during off peak season). Would highly recommend this place.

Ενώ μας δινόταν η δυνατότητα επιλογής διπλού κρεβατιού, μετά την κράτησή μας ανέφεραν ανάλογα την διαθεσιμότητα.. εν τέλη δε μας είχαν ένα διπλό αλλά δύο μονά! Επίσης, υπήρχαν σε ορισμένα σημεία μικρά μυρμηγκάκια.

Spotlessly clean everywhere; spacious and modern apartment; we were upgraded to a studio from a standard double and then extended our stay; staff were very obliging in letting us extend our stay and keeping the same room; there was a lift (a welcome change from similarly priced accommodation in Crete); good location about five minutes walk up a hill from the main area.

Quite literally the only negative aspect to the room was the shower, which lacked a door and had only lukewarm water.
