It was a very warm welcome. The location is fantastic, especially the view from the balcony. We would come back.

Fiquei desapontada pelo facto de não ter varanda para a frente do edifício, mas sim para as traseiras... mas não culpo o alojamento, uma vez que eu não acautelei essa situação na reserva.

Uno dei migliori hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato! La mia camera vista mare era un sogno, pulizia impeccabile , arredata con gusto e con un balconcino con un panorama mozzafiato. Posizione ottima, la spiaggia attrezzata è a due minuti a piedi e il centro dista appena 900 metri , dove si possono trovare tutti negozi e ristoranti. Una nota di merito al personale super gentile e disponibile .

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, il bagno un po' piccolo ma niente di grave , anche perché è nuovissimo e super pulito.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff are incredibly kind—always smiling and ready to help at any time. It is spotlessly clean and conveniently located close to everything you might need. Honestly, if I were to visit this town again, I would choose this same hotel.

Petit hôtel plein charmant très bien  situé dans un endroit calme proche de la plage et à 15 minutes du centre. La chambre que nous avions est parfaite ,grande  lit king size avec de bons matelas,  sdb fonctionnelle , petit coin cuisine avec son nécessaire pour déjeuner et une vue sur mer à couper le souffle. Il suffit de traverser la rue et descendre un escalier pour se baigner. Un grand merci au personnel fort sympathique et serviable. Je recommande vivement.

Petit bémol,  pas de parking à  l'hôtel,  il faut se garer dans la rue mais on y arrive avec un peu de patience même en juillet.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Ο κύριος Σταύρος είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικός, το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και οι κύριες που καθάριζαν πολύ ευγενικές επίσης. Μας άφησαν και γλυκάκια. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται κοντά σε όλα με τα πόδια, αλλά έχει και στάση για το αστικό ακριβώς από κάτω.

Le personnel, de la réception aux femmes de chambre, est toujours aux petits soins ! L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la plage, de l’hyper-centre également, et un petit parking gratuit se trouve à moins de 500 m. Agios Nikolaos est une ville agréable, charmante et abordable.

Very nice and clean hotel. Very close to a beach and has a supermarket and tavernas nearby. Very good location in the city. Pleasant and cooperative owners and staff. It has some rooms with the sea view. I would definitely return to this hotel if planning to stay in Ag.Nikolaos.

Posizione ottimale, camera vista mare strepitosa. Pulizia curata e apprezzato il cambio asciugamani ogni 2 giorni. Cordialità, gentilezza e disponibilità di Stavros . Consigliatissimo!

הצוות היה מקסים, המיקום הכי טוב בעיר ליד החוף הכי טוב ויפה. החדר היה נקי מאוד והצוות מקסים. עזרו לנו בכל בקשה וראו אותנו.

הכל היה מעולה ובתמורה למחיר.

Personnel très agréable, hotel très bien entretenu et très propre. L'hôtel est à deux pas d'une petite plage très agréable. Emplacement idéal. L'ambiance est au calme dans cet hôtel. Je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était parfaitement entretenue, propre et très agréable. L'emplacement est idéal, permettant de profiter facilement des alentours. Un grand merci également à tout le personnel, qui a été extrêmement accueillant, souriant et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et n'hésiterons pas à y revenir lors d'un prochain passage.

The property was very clean, the location was excellent - a supermarket is right outside and the beach is a very short walk away. The staff were amazing, everyone was so friendly and made you feel so comfortable. Check in and out was such a smooth process. The rooms were super clean, and I felt this hotel was great value for money. If you are wanting to have a holiday on a budget with somewhere nice, clean and quiet to stay, I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a wonderful stay here, thank you so much!

very pleasant stay. The furniture is a bit dated, but everything is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The room was cleaned every day, and it was clear that great attention is paid to every detail. The staff is outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the location was excellent, and everything was very clean. As two friends traveling together, we especially appreciated the help we received with our luggage during both check-in and check-out. Carrying our heavy suitcases to and from the fourth floor would have been quite challenging, so their kindness and willingness to assist meant a lot to us. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

The only minor drawbacks were the small shower and the relatively narrow bed for two people

Hotel fronte mare a gestione familiare. Struttura semplice con a/c, balconcino, mini frigo, bollitore e caffè/the a disposizione. Pulizia quotidiana e cambio asciugamani ogni due giorni. Attenti a tutte le richieste. Due bottiglie piccole di acqua all'arrivo e dolcini lasciati in frigo. All'occorrenza mettono a disposizione teli mare. A pochi metri un fornito market e la stazione dei bus dista 10' a piedi, come il centro/lago. Spiagge di cemento, ciottoli e sabbia.

ניתן לשיפור המקלחת שהמים היום במעבר חד בין קרים לחמים והטוש לא נוח והמקרר מרעיש.

Lovely old school style hotel but with enough modern features to satisfy the modern traveller. Great location in a quieter part of town but within easy walking distance of the busier town centre and right on the water front with a small beach 5 mins walk away. We had a sea view room with a small balcony and it was lovely sitting there looking out over the bay. Even though there is a road between the hotel and the sea the noise is not a problem and the double glazing means it’s not an issue over night. Bedrooms are simply furnished but attractive and the bed is firm and comfortable There is a fridge, air conditioning and a smart TV with Netflix etc. Everything is scrupulously clean. The owners / staff are all lovely, welcoming and helpful.

We were really happy with the Victoria, especially for the price. The only small things that would have been helpful would have been more power outlets and an option for less bright lighting but these are very minor complaints and easy to work round.

Amazing, Greek home stylish hotel! No words to express how cozy, clean and beautiful place to stay. Close to everything - seashore, beach, city center, cafes, bus station, boat port. The personal is totally welcoming, friendly and sweet. The compliments in the fridge every morning were very pleasant ❤️

Everything was perfect. The hotel has a beautiful authentic Cretan style and atmosphere. Every detail in the rooms was thoughtfully designed. The balcony view was lovely and relaxing. The daily housekeeping was excellent and everything was spotless. The location is also very convenient — close both to the beach and the town center. The staff were always kind, helpful, and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

Owners were super friendly and accomodating. Location is absolutely amazing. Room is clean (they clean a lot) and comfortable enough. Wifi worked fine. Youtube on TV in bedroom was a bonus. Aircon was great. Price was great.

Walls are a bit thin - could hear somebody snoring. Bathroom / floor leaving bathroom was super slippery when wet but it's like that in most appartments in Greece. Desk was very small and only a stool so couldn't work from the room.

Spotlessly clean and changed every day. The view from the 3rd floor balcony was incredible. (be aware that there is no lift but the stairs were easy -I am 80 years old and had no trouble ) Staff were really friendly and helpful. Good restaurants in easy walking distance. No complaints at all.

Fantastisk søde ejere, hvor man føler sig meget velkommen. Renheden på hotellet var fantastisk.

Un hôtel familial impeccablement tenu (quelle propreté!), face à la mer et à la belle promenade, à moins de dix minutes à pied du centre ou de la gare routière, avec tout ce qu'il faut de commerces et de lieux de restauration. Pour se baigner, des serviettes de bain et la simple traversée de la rue. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Notre chambre donnait sur cour donc plus calme (mais sans la vue).

The location was perfect: short walk from the center, market next door and also balery close by and swimming place just accross the street. The street had also free parking. Staff was really helpfull and friendly every time we saw them. Room was very idyllic greek romantisism, but still very clean and with new bathroom facilities. The ocean view from our balcony was really something! The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways.

L'hôtel se situe en bord de mer, la vue de la chambre est incroyable. Le petit plus, prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse face à la mer est inoubliable. Le propriétaire est d'une gentillesse incroyable et de bons conseils pour les visites alentours. A recommander sans hésiter.

Had a lovely week in this hotel. So spotlessly clean and we appreciated the wine and lovely cakes. Thank you very much to Stavros and Victoria for your help and looking after us. Being able to borrow beach towels was great and we spent a few days on the nearby beach. Plenty of good restaurants and everyone we met was very kind and helpful.

Stavros and Victoria were amazing hosts, so friendly an extremely helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms were exceptional, and very Greek. Lovely little touches like cake and wine being left in the fridge. Location was perfect, amazing sea view and close to all amenities, with some lovely restaurants a few doors away. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you 😃

Otelin konumu harikaydı. Bugüne kadar kaldığımız en temiz oteldi. Her gün baştan aşağı pırıl pırıl yapılıyordu. Eylül ayında gittiğimiz için rahatlıkla park yeri bulabildik. Bu fiyata Girit'te daha iyi bir otelde konaklanabileceğini düşünmüyorum.

First of all, I was met at night by a very kind man. He contacted me by phone because I was late (the flight was two hours late). He had left a place for me to park my car. The kindness overflowed. Secondly, the room was clean. There was a small fridge, kettle, soap, shampoo, wet wipes, lots of hangers in the closet. Balcony, clean surroundings. very spacious and comfortable bed. All the staff were very responsive and kind. I will definitely return to this hotel. I felt like home.

There should be a sign on the door stating when the room should and should not be cleaned. I can't think of any other negatives.

Very clean , smart, spacious modern room with amazing views over the bay. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful particularly with sorting available parking outside the hotel. Bottles of water on arrival and then wine and cake after a couple of days were a really nice touch. Location is good - short walk to the lake and main centre but also close to some very nice restaurants in the other direction.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est tout simplement exceptionnel, avec une chambre offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer. Les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse remarquable : toujours disponibles, attentifs et ravis de partager leurs conseils pour profiter au mieux de la région. Petite attention très appréciée : ils nous réservaient même une place de parking juste devant l’hôtel. Un séjour parfait du début à la fin. Je recommande cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation !

Tout était parfait, au point qu’il est difficile de trouver le moindre aspect négatif. Si je devais formuler une simple suggestion, ce serait d’ajouter des miroirs muraux dans les chambres. Pour le reste, l’expérience a été irréprochable.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était impeccable : confortable, propre (ménage fait chaque jour à la perfection) et avec une vue incroyable. Le personnel était très accueillant, toujours disponible en cas de besoin, avec de petites attentions délicates comme des pâtisseries ou des chocolats délicieux. L’hôtel est idéalement situé : proche de la plage, des restaurants, des commerces et du centre-ville, il n’est pas nécessaire d’avoir une voiture pour se déplacer. Pour visiter les villes voisines, une station de bus se trouve juste à côté, avec également la possibilité de prendre un taxi ou de louer une voiture.

The best value you can get for money in the central area of Ag Nikolaos! Would definitely come back!

Sehr gute Lage, äußerst freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Hotelier, perfekte Sauberkeit. Das Hotel Victoria ist der beste Beweis dafür, dass auch ein 1-Stern-Hotel perfekt sein kann – schlicht, aber mit viel Liebe geführt und dadurch etwas ganz Besonderes. Ein sehr schöner Strand befindet sich neben dem Hotel, das Zentrum erreicht man in 10 Gehminuten.

De douche had weinig druk op het water voor langere haren uit te spoelen en was wat klein.

Victoria hotel is proof that luxury is not just fancy furniture.

The hotel is on a Main Street and the room had a beautiful sea view. It is equipped with the basic staff, and a comfortable bed and the bathroom is renovated. Our host, Stavros was very helpful. The lake is within walking distance and so is Ammoudi beach.

The room was PERFECT! We had a stunning view, the room smelled fresh and clean from the moment we entered the room until we left and even the towels (they give you beach towels as well) smelled like fresh laundry. The hotel had old hotel vibes with very sweet cozy touches and they even left us two sweets in our fridge. Veeeeery nice hotel, exceeded our expectations.

This was the cleanest hotel ever, stuff is great!
