Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Best thing about his accommodation is, for sure, the lake view. Waking up in the morning and seeing the sun reflecting the light from the buildings across the lake was incredible. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for the luggage. Cleaning team would come once every 3 days. Hot water was instant and air conditioning was functional. The personal was very friendly.
It is not a very big deal, but the positioning of the sockets was odd. We had one on the wall where our pillows would sta so that one couldn’t be used overnight, one was on the table and we could use it, the third one was in such position that we had to place phone on the ground. The shower has only a glass wall and this made it very easy to get water on the floor(which we had to wipe).

Το δωμάτιο είχε ελλείψεις και χρειάζεται κάποιες μικρές βελτιώσεις. Το κρεβάτι αποτελούνταν από δύο στρώματα πάνω σε 2 τάβλες χωρίς πλευρικά περιφράγματα, με αποτέλεσμα τα στρώματα να κινούνται συνεχώς και να απομακρύνονται! Αυτό δεν ήταν καθόλου βολικό! Δεν υπήρχε απλώστρα για να κρεμάσουμε τα πράγματά μας. Επίσης, υπήρχαν θέματα στο μπάνιο. Η αναδιπλούμενη πόρτα του δεν έκλεινε καλά και παρόλο που στην περιγραφή καταλύματος έλεγε είδη περιποίησης μπάνιου, αυτά δεν υπήρχαν για να κάνεις ντους, μόνο για το πλύσιμο των χεριών.

la struttura è abbastanza vecchia, vecchia generazione con arredamento datato, scomoda la doccia con un telo che si attaccava alla pelle quindi poco igienico, ringhiera del balcone eccessiva che limitava la visuale e pulizia al minimo della sufficienza

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Posizione ottima proprio in centro Agios sulla via con tutti i negozi e affacciato sul lago di agios. La colazione è servita proprio sul lago! Ottimo quindi sia per visitare agios che come punto di appoggio per visitare la parte est di Creta.
Il materasso avremmo preferito averlo un po' più spesso ma abbiamo ugualmente dormito abbastanza bene. Il bagno anche avremmo preferito avere la finestra, ma tenendo aperta la finestra della camera l'aria fluiva ugualmente. Il bagno è curato e moderno. L'unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare con poco, sostituire i dispenser del sapone con qualcosa di più moderno e il porta phon. Ma in generale siamo stati molto bene quindi sono solo suggerimenti!

Το service room,κάθησα 5 μέρες κ δεν μου αλλάξανε σεντόνια είχαν πει ότι την Τρίτη μέρα αλλάζουνε σεντόνια κ πετσέτες έφυγα από νωρίς κ γυρισα αργά κ βρήκα το δωμάτιο όπως το άφησα ούτε σκουπίδια πήραν κ είχα γυρίσει 3 το μεσημέρι.το προσωπικό ψυχρώ γενικά δεν έμεινα ικανοποιημένη

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Το δωμάτιο πολύ όμορφο, ευρύχωρο και πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, με υπέροχη θέα στη λίμνη. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική και πολύ κεντρική, με τα πάντα προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια. Όσο για το πρωινό, ήταν άριστο και σερβίρεται σε έναν πολύ όμορφο χώρο ακριβώς πάνω στη λίμνη

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Hôtel très bien situé tout près du Lac, et dans l’hyper centre. Nous donnions sur la rue, les chambres donnant sur le lac doivent être encore mieux. Très propre et neuf. On peut prendre le petit déjeuner dans le bar attenant. Pas de parking mais nous nous sommes garés facilement (en avril)
Attention il faut avoir des boules Kies, la rue est très bruyante et le bâtiment pas très bien insonorisé. Et comme relevé par d’autres clients, la salle de bain n’est pas très bien conçue. Mais tout est neuf et propre, et les défauts ne sont pas bien graves pour quelques jours. J’y retournerais volontiers

Πααααααρα πολυ ακριβό για την παλαιότητα και τις παροχές. Καθόλου value for money. Αν η τιμη ηταν χαμηλότερη, η βαθμολογία μου θα ηταν υψηλότερη. Το κρεβάτι δεν ηταν άνετο, οι τζαμαρίες παρα πολυ λερωμενες και όλος ο εξοπλισμός παλιός.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Sehr nettes kleines Hotel in Toplage direkt am See. Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte direkt vor der Haustür. Parkmöglichkeit ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß auf dem großen Parkplatz am Yachthafen.

バスアメニティはボディーソープとタオルのみは残念。 内装リノベーションPLZ!

No WiFi in the room, the hotel is a bit dated, the tiles in the bathroom are loose, the floor in the bedroom is coming away. There are no net curtains for privacy as in the picture.

Leider war mir vorher nicht klar, wie schwierig es ist, dort ein Auto in akzeptabler Entfernung abzustellen.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025L'emplacement, l'hôtel est en plein centre tout est à proximité, max 6 min à pied (commerces, restaurants, plages, Marina) La vue sur le lac est magnifique de jour comme de nuit. Le personnel est discret mais disponible. La climatisation est propre.
Odeur dans le lavabo malgré le ménage fait tous les jours. Les murs n'étaient pas très propres également (traces de rayures). Les femmes de chambres passent tôt (9h) (c'est assez bruyant). Le bruit de la discothèque à côté (Alexandros), il est atténué quand on ferme les vitres mais il faut s'y habituer.
