EL hotel tiene todo cerca, las habitaciones son muy amplias cuenta con alberca y con playa privada, la comida del restaurante es deliciosa y esta a una calle de restaurantes, bares y tiendas

Hay un chico en el bar que atiende como responsable de bebidas que tiene una actitud muy violenta, tanto que preferí no consumir ni alimentos ni bebidas por que iba con mis niñas pequeñas y prefería tenerlo lo más lejos posible, hable con la responsable en turno y me dijo que si parecía que venia con alguna sustancia en su cuerpo ese día, al otro día el gerente me dijo que era muy bueno en lo que hacia, a lo que le respondí bien, pero no brinda seguridad y evita que consumas, lastima de lindo hotel, pero por este chico no lo recomiendo y no regresaría

El hotel es muy lindo y lo mejor es la cercanía con la playa, me encantó estar a un paso de las mejores vistas del mar. Si sólo quieres descansar y olvidarte de todo, ésta es la opción. El personal excelente y las habitaciones muy cómodas.

Lo único malo es que está algo retirado del centro o de otras playas y los taxis son caros.

De los pocos lugares que tienen acceso directo a la playa y dos albercas. El restaurante prepara cosas muy ricas. El estilo del hotel era de muy buen gusto.

Frente a un hermoso mar "pacífico" para caminar y desconectar de la vida cotidiana. La buena atención de Brayan y demás colaboradores

Great location it was very close to the Main Street in La punta. There were plenty of sunbeds available which was great, loved that there were two pools. Being on the beach was amazing.

Staff were very kind but there were a couple of instance where they would say they would contact us about something and then didn’t. They also said they would book us a taxi to the airport and when it came to it we found out that no taxi was booked, this was not ideal

La ubicación es la mejor, hace que la estancia sea muy cómoda. El staff del hotel estuvo siempre listo para ayudar y fue muy flexible en todo momento. La habitación, muy limpia! La comida, deliciosa!

Lush and intimate apart hotel complex right on the beach of La Punta, lovely cats, great cocktails and sunsets to die for.

The shower was our only issue — there was no way to avoid flooding the entire bathroom after each shower.

La ambientación exterior y el mobiliario exterior estaba en buenas condiciones y el velador es una persona amable.

La cama ya estaba descuidada, la habitación era muy reducida, el baño regular, entiendo que puede haber insectos (cucarachas) pero no en los interiores de la habitación. Falta de estacionamiento y orientación del personal como de que hay horario en las calles y detalles del pueblo.

El hotel es hermoso y muy bien ubicado. A pasos de restaurantes y con salida directa a la playa . Las habitaciones muy buenas , el aire acondicionado funciona perfecto y se mantiene fresca la habitación . La cama y las almohadas muy cómodas. El personal de recepción muy atento y con indicaciones claras .

Piden el consumo de alimentos y bebidas dentro del hotel ( es normal y entendible ) pero el servicio no es bueno. Muy pocas veces ( solo una en 4 días ) se acercaron a preguntarnos si queríamos algo más, a levantar las botellas o llevar vasos. Todo el tiempo tuvimos que ir a pedir y a llevar las botellas nosotros mismos. Pedimos sal con limón y se quedó dos días en el mismo sitio donde la dejamos. Descuidan un poquito la apariencia general y aseo en los alrededores . En toda la estadía hubo la misma basura pequeña alrededor de la alberca, hojas secas de las palmeras caídas sin Recoger . Si bien no es algo grave desmejora algo la belleza del lugar . A pesar de esos dos pequeños si volvería sin dudarlo!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, just like the entire complex, which is clearly very well maintained. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. Special compliments also go to the restaurant, where the food and drinks was absolutely delicious and of a very high standard. The location is perfect for relaxing-peaceful yet with direct access to the beach. We really appreciated the sun loungers, hammocks, and the two swimming pools, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was simply perfect! There was nothing missing. It was an unforgettable trip and I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality getaway. Warm greetings to the entire hotel staff — thank you for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back!

Good hotel with a lovely exterior. The bedrooms are basic, with a good amount of space. Right on the beach with access via the back of the hotel. Couldn’t hear any other sounds from other rooms which is always great.

Given the price I assumed that breakfast was included in the rate. The restaurant prices were a little high for what was given.

Very clean fresh feeling hotel in good location with 2 swimming pools and right on the beach. Pretty bedroom and modern bathroom with great shower.

We were on the first floor by the pool which wasn’t optimal but still did have a balcony so you could see the ocean. The suite was spacious, had a little kitchen and the AC works great. Only a block off the little road where all the restaurants are!

Room opening to the pool isn’t great as you can’t really open your curtains. I would ask for a room on the second floor!

Excelente ubicación, servicios. Estar de frente a la playa Brisas de Zicatela es un lujo. Caminar por las mañanas, ver el amanecer. La cocina del bar es muy buena. Ofrecen "snacks" pero son más que eso. Muy buen ceviche, tiritas de pescado, guacamole. Estuvo genial. Y el bar es fantástico. Alberto brinda estupendas degustaciones personalizadas y además es súper atento. Junto con Braulio forman un tándem para servirte la bebida que necesites en cualquier momento del día.

Lo único incómodo fueron algunos ruidos de construcción en zonas cercanas, pero es lógico, está creciendo Brisas y ampliando las plazas hoteleras

Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt am Strand und auch gleich im Dorf la Punta. Zimmer minimalistisch aber hübsch! Trink-Wasser frei im Zimmer. Personal an Bar und Rezeption sehr nett.

Handtücher müssten erneuert werden, manchmal nicht genügend da. Klopapier musste nachbestellt werden. Pyjamas werden etwas lieblos auf die Koffer geschmissen.

El servicio de restaurante, las 3 veces que quise pedir algo en el restaurante habia poco personal y el tiempo de espera era demasiado. Ademas el wifi estaba un poco lento.

La ubicación y entrada directa a la playa. Personal sumamente atento.

Sábanas y almohadas

Un bellissimo eco resort che affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia, curato in ogni dettaglio, con un personale gentilissimo e accogliente! Camera: arredata con gusto, buone dimensioni, non gigante ma giustissima per un soggiorno al mare! letti e cuscini comodissimi, bagno confortevole con tutto quello che serve (phon, ottimi prodotti essenziali, asciugamani e addirittura accappatoi), pressione dell'acqua perfetta. Struttura: molto curata, non ho visto plastica usa e getta da nessuna parte e trovo che sia un ottimo punto in termini di sostenibilità! Perfino i cestini della spazzatura all'esterno sono in vimini amalgamandosi con l'ambiente circostante. La struttura ha 2 piscine, una per gli adulti e una per le famiglie così da potersi godere i momenti di svago senza darsi fastidio. La cura che viene messa nella manutenzione è apprezzabile, l'ambiente è molto rilassante, con amache, lettini comodissimi, tavoli sulla sabbia e un delizioso bar interno per mangiare un boccone, fare colazione o bere un cocktail. Lo staff è molto gentile e ospitale, ti fa sentire accolto. Posizione: assolutamente perfetta! sulla spiaggia, ma non nel punto più caotico, vicina a tutto (5 minuti a piedi da ristoranti e bar) ma abbastanza defilata dalla confusione. E' perfetta sia per un soggiorno di relax che per chi ha voglia di raggiungere rapidamente la movida. Tornando a Puerto Escondido alloggerei nuovamente qui!

Il wifi nella camera dove alloggiavamo non prendeva, ma eravamo lì per rilassarci quindi non lo trovo necessariamente un male!!

Los camastros muy lejos del mar podrían estar más cerca(como los de los hoteles de junto) Te cobran una comisión muy alta por contactarte cualquier servicio Por ejemplo para ir a la luminiscencia los de otros hoteles les cobraron $600 pesos y a nosotros $1000 pesos El taxi al aeropuerto cuesta $250 pesos y por llamarlo ellos te cuesta $300 pesos

Buena ubicación, staff amable y acceso directo y privado a la playa.

No tuvimos luz 4 de los 5 días que estuvimos ahí, o sea no AC, no ventilador, no podíamos abrir las ventanas porque se metían los mosquitos, no pudimos cargar nuestros teléfonos, no había agua para bañarse ni lavarse los dientes mas que cuando prendían el generador un ratito en las tardes y se escuchaba fuertísimo. La luz se iba y regresaba constantemente durante las noches y era imposible dormir, aparte del calor, y no pudimos pedir casi nada del restaurante por lo mismo. El hotel esta en una calle de terracería con muchísima construcción todo el día, cuando llovió se inundo la calle y no podías pasar, parecía rio, y los albañiles que estaban trabajando te acosaban cuando pasabas. Entiendo que no es culpa del hotel, pero deberían avisar que la luz se va constantemente y mínimo ofrecer algún tipo de compensación o solución.

Gorgeous location with mature gardens making the whole place feel like an oasis. The staff were so lovely and helpful. This place has such a quiet and relaxed vibe right on the quiet and swimmable end of the beach. Also the best playlist at the bar, the perfect chill beachy mix. The hotel cats are the absolute sweetest things!

The location is unbeatable, waking up every morning to the sound of the waves and a swim in the ocean. The staff was always available to answer any questions or meet any needs. We were looking for a place to relax, and that is exactly what we achieved, plus front-row seats to the most beautiful sunset.

Puerto Escondido is in development, so there are different construction sites around. Our bedroom was next to one, so it was hard to sleep after 8 am. This is not the hotels fault, it just is what it is in the area right now.

Beautiful location, right on the beach with 2 pools. All of the staff were amazing, very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, particularly the front of house Chanel who was personable, and very helpful. Food was great and stunning views of the beach/sunset from room.

.Proximity to the ocean: Easy access to the beach and ocean sounds enhance the overall coastal vibe. Clean rooms: The rooms are clean and well-kept. Incredible location: The location isfantastic for exploring Puerto Escondido. Bar staff and cleaning was great: The bar staff provided friendly service and added to the overall experience.

Morning noise: The 6:00 AM staff arrivals are loud and can disrupt sleep, especially if you're a light sleeper. Bar music: There is loud music at the bar throughout the day, which makes relaxing or listening to the ocean more challenging. Pool temperature: The pool is very cold, which limits how much we could use it. Bright rooms & lack of blackout options: The rooms get a lot of natural light, which is nice during the day, but there are no blackout blinds or heavy curtains, making it difficult to sleep in, especially with early-morning activity nearby.

La ubicación es espectacular, que tenga salida a la playa es impagable, la comida del restaurante es muy buena a un precio acorde, las habitaciones son bellísimas, el staff se encargó de atender todas nuestras inquietudes

The location directly at the beach but still just 2min walk from the main street is unbeatable. Nights are quiet and the mattress is very comfortable. The cocktails from the barkeepers are amazing. Especially Braulio is so lovely always having a genuine smile for the guests. He made me feel very welcome.

There is still some construction going on for a new hotel next door, but I knew that before and it didn’t bother me.

The staff were all excellent, many even spoke English. The beach was steps away. The bar and desayunos were wonderful. Housecleaning did a wonderful job. And the weather was perfect!

Due to an injury sustained just the week prior, I had difficulty climbing the stairs to my room. I didn't expect it to be changed, because the reservations would all be full. And some of the taxis had difficulty getting down the road to the hotel to pick us up and drop us off. But there were other shops and restaurants within walking distance, so that wasn't a frequent challenge for us.

This is now our go-to accommodations when we travel to Puerto Escondido. We recommend it to all of our friends and family as well. The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. Everyone is smiling and warm. The rooms are just what you need, the site is quaint, clean and beautiful. The roar of the ocean waves from your window is soothing and relaxing. The location is perfect, with the ability to walk anywhere to grab a bite to eat or drink.

Está muy bien localizado justo a una calle de donde están todos los restaurantes y tiendas de la punta. Además el acceso directo a la playa desde el hotel es un plus. El personal super atento y nos dieron muchas recomendaciones de visitas y restaurantes.

Por decir algo… los mosquitos y las obras del edificio cercano… pero ahí poco se puede hacer.

We LOVED this hotel! 10/10 recommend. The staff is so friendly, we met people from all over the world, and the room was very comfortable. Great AC, great water pressure, very clean. We walked less than 50 yds and we were on the beach.

Our stay was amazing. We loved that there was plenty to do at a walking distance. Additionally, the room was super adorable and very comfortable. My nice loved the pool and I over the beach access and restaurant and bar.

Une certaine densité sur ce terrain, le petit dej et le restaurant ne sont vraiment pas bien. Ne déjeunez pas ici et c est bien dommage.

La ubicación es excelente, a una calle de la Punta. El cuarto olía a limpio, siempre es agradable y el staff espectacular.

La ropa de cama y toallas se encuentran muy percudidas y gastadas, haria una gran diferencia que las renovaran.

Todo en general, sobretodo el lugar perfecto para desconectar de todo unos días, y su ubicación perfecta. El personal de 10.

No me gustó que a las 7 de la mañana me despertaran haciendo ruido la obra de al lado, pero no es problema del hotel, por eso no le doy importancia.

Construction noise was so noisy in the mornings. They said it wouldn’t be a huge issue but it was definitely noisy
