Casa Bicachi - Adults Only

I loved the hotel and the employees. They were so nice, accommodating and kind. They helped me with everything I needed. The room was very nice, very large, with a lot of light, super clean. The AC worked perfectly. The terrace is spacious and with a nice view of the pool. The pool is pristine, perfect in size, temperature, etc.. The hotel is close enough to the beach and main streets, but far enough for peace and quiet. Hope the street was cleaner and in better condition (lots of construction along), but this has nothing to do with the hotel.

I think hotels in general need to invest a bit more in their mattresses. I know Puerto Escondido receives a very young crowd, and maybe they don't pay attention to the quality of the mattress, but then you get to a certain age you do notice when a bed lacks support.

We loved how clean, spacious, well located and large the property was. We even decided to extend our stay! We also had access to a pool which was great to cool off in after walking around in the humidity. We were also given beach towels and our towels were changed daily.

While the accomodation looked recently built there were a few things that could be improved including the water pressure in the showers, including more hooks for towels in the bathroom etc but other than that we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Everything was great. Rooms were great and spacious and bed was super comfy. The pool was a great place to come back to after a long hot day on the beach.

I don’t have anything negative to say apart from that there is a little bit of a hill walk back to the hotel. That’s it.

The room was quite big and the location is perfect. A short walk from the main center and therefore quiet but closely located to all you need. They make really good coffee at the pool bar and we enjoyed relaxing on the lounge chairs.

There is no coffee machine or kettle in the room and the lounge chairs by the pool fill up very quickly as there are not that many.

Loved it!! Definitely staying here when I’m back! So comfy and cute! Didn’t hear any noise, great amenities and staff are GREAT. Helped me book a taxi to go back to the airport and directed me when I needed help getting to places. They clean your room everyday as well! 10/10

It is a 10 minute walk to the main center la Punta and it’s dark walking there but it is super safe there so it’s okay

Room was amazing! Huge bed and large room, with balcony facing the pool. Shower was good, hot with good water pressure. Pool was a real highlight of the hotel too. Location was also very quiet

they said kid free but a child was there the first night swimming in the pool :/

Wir haben eine Woche im casa Bicachi verbracht und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Das Personal war super nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Doe gesamte Anlage sowie die Zimmer werden top gepflegt und täglich gereinigt. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits (ca 500m Fußweg) der belebten Zone, sodass der abendliche Lärm kaum zu hören ist.

La tranquilidad del lugar. Casi sin ruido. Lo que se muestra en las fotos es efectivamente lo que se vive estando en el alojamiento.

Quizás la ubicación un poco a trasmano de los lugares más concurridos. Podrían hacer algún convenio con arriendos de moto. Agregar en la barra bebidas sin alcohol (cerveza sin alcohol o mocktails).

Was an amazing location. The rooms were super comfortable and the beds were absolutely amazing. It is also really quiet at night which is hard to find in puerto. We actually had booked another hostel during our stay at puerto escondido but it turned out to be really disappointing, so we returned to casa bicachi once again during our vacation! We had a really lovely and comfortable (second) stay.

A peaceful oasis but within easy walking distance of all the facilities and sea. Each room has a spacious balcony.

Everything was great. Lovely people. Clean comfortable rooms. No food, but a bar and access to coffee in the morning. So many cafes and restaurants within brief walking distance, however.

Beliggenheten var veldig bra. Litt bort fra den travle gata i La Punta så rolig og stille, men fortsatt kort gåavstand til både strand, restauranter, barer og caféer. Rene rom som vaskes daglig og bytte av håndkleer. Vi likte spesielt godt hvor vennlig og hjelpsom verten var. Han hjalp oss så mange ganger med anbefalinger om transport, booking av taxi, komme i kontakt med surfeinstruktør og å finne igjen baggasje vi hadde mistet i en taxi. Utrolig takknemlig for hjelpen hans, svarte kjempefort på melding også

Very safe, very beautiful and very close to everything, beach, stores and restaurants.

I love the location and how quite it is. The rooms are spacious and the bed is amazing - just wauw! Its extremely clean everywhere which is great.

No food options. No help with carrying of the luggage or any extra thoughts. Its a pleasant stay but very much on your own.

Quiet and comfortable and Jerry and the staff go above and beyond for what you might need. Lovely little bar for coffee or drinks on property Bed and bedding are SO comfortable - shower is a little weak water wise but gets the job done ! Lovely pool area to relax and about a 10 min walk to the beach . Great restaurants that they suggested . Refreshing pool ! Close to everything Would absolutely stay again!

The only thing that was missing in our room / the pool area was the view of the ocean, which would be nice considering that the hotel is up on a hill, but you can walk there in 5 minutes from the beach.

The location, cleanness, great staff and friendly owners. My stay at Bicachi was overall a experience from day one. The place is clean and the bed was so comfortable. I do highly recommend Casa Bicachi the above reasons.

Second time staying here - what an oasis!! Nothing better than coming back and unwinding in the pool after a day of beaching. Had a top floor balcony view which made everything even more amazing. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back!

Don’t hesitate to book this hotel - great value for money in an amazing location in La Punta (10 min walk from the beach but off the main strip so feels relaxed). Big comfy beds and really nice decor! The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Het personeel is super vriendelijk en alles was echt top geregeld! Het zwembad werd elke dag schoongemaakt en de kamer waren geweldig!

Eerste 2 dagen waren er wat luidruchtige gasten in het hotel aanwezig die ‘s nachts gingen schreeuwen in het trappenhuis. Dan slaap je niet echt lekker…. Maar toen die weg waren was dit helemaal geen probleem meer.

The room was very comfortable, everything was clean the staff was super nice. Big love to the air-conditioned room since it was 80% humidity outside!

The hotel doesn't sell any food, just coffee and some chips. It's up a little street so the walk was a bit tough knowing how hot it was outside, the restaurants are all further down by the beach - so it's all fine really, just an advice to figure out your food arrangement before getting to the hotel

Couldn't recommend this place enough! Perfect stay for a group of friends. Great location, really friendly staff. The rooms are big and clean and have good A/C. We had a late night flight on our final day. They kept our bags and let us use the pool and shower before our flight so we could still enjoy the beach all day and then freshen up before going to the airport.

Probably the nicest stay we had during our 3 week trip in Mexico. Beds absolutely amazing, air con worked a treat, staff were beyond friendly, room spotless. Thank you!

Nothing I can think of!

Room (with sea view) was super comfortable and enjoyed the pool! I wanted two nights to relax and get some energy back and it did the trick. The walk there was a bit tricky on foot due to the building site of the surrounding area but it was only 10/15 minutes to the main stretch of Puerto. I wasn’t there for social vibes so I was happy that guests kept to themselves and respected the privacy vibes!

No free water for guests or any snacks No phones so had to text the manager / owner (who was incredibly responsive btw!!) It would be nice to be able to choose if fresh towels are required daily to save water!

We loved everything about Casa Bicachi - it is a gem and if you are considering staying here – do it! This is our second stay at this hotel and I have also recommended it to family and friends. It is an oasis in Puerto Escondido and the owner and staff are wonderful. The place is spotless, tastefully decorated and simply one of the best places I have stayed in PE and I have been going there regularly for the last 9 years. The location is only a short walk up a hill which is perfect as you are away from the noise but still close to the beach and restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay here again!

The property was very nice. Rooms were extremely clean, which I loved. Beds were comfortable. AC in rooms worked great. Overall, I would recommend to friends and will definitely book again.

The rooms are spacious, sealed, heavenly quiet and clean. And wow, the quality of the kingsize bed was really fantastic. It’s located right outside the busy centre of Punta which is perfect. Nice pool too.

In terms of interior and vibe it’s missing a bit of identity... Tip for management: add better soaps, a vanity kit, a toothbrush cup, stationery, some prints/communication and lecture. Provide more water. Signalisation. It would be just a small effort to put the dots on the i.

We loved our room! We stayed on the 2nd floor and it was very spacious, light and we had a balcony with two chairs. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. It’s a lovely place to chill by the pool especially when it’s too warm to do anything in the heat! Also - bed very comfy and big :)

Not a big deal, but they don’t provide any food (breakfast/ snacks etc) so if you are hungry you will have to go elsewhere.
