The beach caters to younger crowd but is not very swimmable water. This is not hotel’s doing. Would like hotel set up almost anywhere

Solo me quedé una noche, pero se nota que el hotel es muy tranquilo. Todo está muy limpio y en muy buen estado, además de tener una excelente ubicación en La Punta.

Quizás las almohadas podrían haber sido más suaves, pero tampoco pregunté porque llegué tarde.

Grundsätzlich war alles super, leider wird es momentan jedoch immer ab 7:00 Uhr extrem laut aufgrund einer Baustelle direkt nebenan. Man wird sogar mit Ohrstöpsel geweckt… dafür kann die Unterkunft allerdings nichts.

Great location! Close to the beach, close to a street filled with great restaurants and bars. Puerto Escondido was so fun!! Clean room, very comfortable! I loved the mattress, the room was comfortable for two people for several days without feeling suffocated. The A/C was strong. Small fridge in the room and a place to put the luggage. The balcony was great to dry swim clothes. Very nice pool! Small pool great for swimming alone. Most of the time it was just me and my partner there. We’d swim at the beach in the mornings and evenings when it wasn’t so unbearably hot and then hangout at the hotel pool during the day as it was in the shade and refreshing. Also and outdoor shower directly in the lobby/next to the pool to rinse off before going into the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Everyone was kind. They lent us a beach umbrella everyday and helped us with any questions.

The door between the bathroom and bedroom is thin and doesn’t isolate sound very well. This only was an issue as we got food poisoning the day before in Mexico City. Was not a very private experience, but it could have been worse. It’s on a dirt road off of a semi-busy road. There are street dogs everywhere in Puerto Escondido, and one or two had their territory in front of the hotel. I was aggressively barked at several times when I was moving too fast (coming back from a run) and caught the dog off guard. Nothing the staff can do about it, just an FYI.

I particularly liked the staff- they were all so lovely, kind and helpful and ensured our stay was relaxing. Lina and the rest of the staff where excellent! They made us feel so at home and not treated like tourists.

Great place. Located in a great area walking distance to lots of restaurants and the beach.

It says breakfast included during specific time; my family and I came downstairs during that period and there was no more breakfast; one day coffee was over, it took forever to have coffee done. It is better to say breakfast is not included and have coffee there, this is much more appreciate it than come and there is only some tea bags and a cold coffee. One things we did not like, one morning, the staff did their breakfast there and the reception smell so much to chorizo.

Nice clean well-kept property! Great location, about 3 blocks off main strip, a few excellent restaurants and coffee shops close by! Super friendly staff!

Location could not have been better in La Punta. The hotel was located down a quiet road away from the noise of La Punta, but easily accessible to the town. Hotel is nice and clean and the staff was friendly.

There are a couple of small neighborhood dogs that would bark and sometimes try to nip at me as I walked to the hotel. On the last day, there was no hot water. I mentioned it to the staff, but it was not fixed by the time I checked out.

El llegar al hotel con coche o moto está complicado, las fotos que exponen no son las de las habitaciones que luego te dan, no incluyo el desayuno que decían que daban, y lo peor creo que es el ruido que se escucha desde la habitación.

Would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room and maybe different pillows but that could be personal preference

Room was as expected per the pictures and furnishings were nice. It is four blocks to beach without all the noise. Easy walk to lots of restaurants and good taxi stand.

The beds were ridiculously poor quality and made terrible noises each time you moved. No over cover; just a light sheet . NO WATER PRESSURE at all in shower. The area is run down and street is very poorly lit at night which only added to our insecurity to go out after dark.

The location was perfect, it is a couple of blocks away from the beach, restaurants and bars. The roads are not in the best conditions, but even in rainy weather you can walk from/to the hotel in flipflops

I liked the location of the property, the rooms were nice and had a fridge as well. 5 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants/bars.

Do wish the pool was cleaner and didn’t have much water for the toilet for it to go down properly.

When I walked in the room the rooms smelled cleaned . It disinfectanted with a noticeable smell of cleaners . The air conditioner worked perfect and kept us comfortable through 90 percent humidity. The rooms was well furnished i give it an overall 8 out of 10 . Nice bathroom

You need what's app to communicate with the staff to get your wifi password and entry code . The sheets seems a but old and we're not as white as they could be .

Very nice pool and generally nicely designed, safe.

Quite thin walls for such a new place, you hear all noises inside and outside hotel. The bed was too soft for us and overall very little storage space. Bathroom also very small. There was a constant sound from either a generator or neighbors AC.

Staff are super helpful and lovely, the cleanliness standards are great! nice pool area. Having fruit, tea and coffee available for breakfast was a nice touch. Easy walking distance to the beach and main stop of cafes. We really enjoyed Casa Ita Surf

The bathroom had a water leak and it was pouring out, and there were 3 of us and they only gave us 2 towels.

Loved the staff, very helpful and friendly! The design was perfect and the location couldn’t have been better. Beds were comfortable and AC worked really well!

The only thing is we were on the 3rd floor and the water pressure was very light. I lived in puerto for a long time and that’s quite common, but something to take note of.

Just a five minute walk from anywhere we wanted to go. Enjoyed to the pool to swim laps as I had it to myself.

Would be nice if they offered tea or juice in the morning, as we don’t do caffeine. Also, a proper bedspread or blanket would have been an improvement.

Everything, location is great, the staff is so helpful and the rooms are beautiful.

The swimming pool/beds at the pool were too small/less for the people staying at the casa.

Lina the receptionist was amazing, her welcome and smile and availability, all the tips were very appreciated.

Everything was amazing I maybe recommend to let the coffee available all day and more fruits but it’s very personal

Would definitely stay here again. Great location - a couple of minutes from the main strip of La Punta but on a quiet residential road. Staff were amazing and very helpful. We had a late flight out on the day of check out and we were able to use the pool and facilities until we left later in the evening. Clean and stylish room, great AC, comfy bed.

We really wanted to boil water for tea .. they need to add a water cooker The drinking water provided was not great Also we chose his place because they prcvided airco which lit up the entire room.. there was only one chair on the balcony .. we were 4 people Minor annoying detail ; The door to the bathroom was noisy .. it needs to be oiled. And for the price I would expect a fan in he bathroom.. to deal with toilet smells as well as I would consider adding tile to the bathroom floor especially around the toilet for hygiene

The location is very central and the hotel is new, so it is in good conditions and was very clean. Staff were very kind.

It was noisy, not good isolated windows and doors and since it is in the center you can hear a bit of the parties around the hotel. If you are looking to relax I would search another option.

Everything is new and functional It is evident that interior design was involved in the construction because everything is in the right place. Excellent value for money Quite Nice pool Location is awesome The best thing is that we were on our honeymoon and they decorated a heart made of flowers as an extra bonus we were really excited about it.

Nothing disturbed us and we had a great time! Small remarks though: Bed could be bigger than 140cm, but was alright still. Sound proof windows and doors due to the constructions around (but that is too much to ask).

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they talked to multiple tour operators for us and organized an excellent bioluminescence trip. The pool is a nice place to chill out/cool off and the room was nice and comfortable.

The road to the hotel got a bit muddy when it rained

First room smelt badly, I had to change then they said they wouldn’t charge be as only other room that was available had a balcony and was more expensive.. the receptionist had to come and confirm the smell in original room. Not worth the money. Overpriced massively for what it is

I liked the location and how helpful the staff were. I liked that they cleaned the room everyday. The bed and shower were fantastic

Great hotel! We had the suite which had everything that we needed with direct access to the pool It is a small hotel which is also great as there isn't many guests and super quiet. Only a 5min walk to the main strip and so close to the beach. Staff super friendly.

Road works and construction across the road had a little noise. But this wasn't an issue at night.

Very friendly staff. Nice, clean and well maintained property. The beach was full of life and only a few minutes walk from the hotel.

A bit too loud music from the lobby. The pool was a bit dirty.
