Reviewed Aug 18, 2026住宿不含早餐，算是老飯店用鑰匙開門很復古，房間不大廁所很小，離河口湖車站超級近，周邊充滿便利商店及餐廳，這次和媽媽一起來爬富士山，提早到可以先寄放行李後去附近餐廳吃飯，櫃檯的服務人員雖然年紀偏大但英文溝通都沒問題，以整體CP值來說很推薦！

The AC kept increasing temperature that I had to wake up a number of times to lower it. Also, there was a cockroach in our room.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Traumhafter Blick aus dem Fenster auf den Mount Fuji. Nur wenige Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt, von dem sowohl die Züge, wie auch die Sightseeing-Busse und Fernbusse abfahren. (Letztere benötigt man, wenn man von Kawaguchiko nicht nach Tokio, sondern beispielsweise nach Kyoto weiterreisen möchte.) Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region sind von hier aus einfach und bequem erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, es gibt einen Lift.
Die Futon-Matratzen waren bei unserer Ankunft noch im Schrank verstaut, wir mussten sie selbst aufrollen und überziehen. Dazu mussten wir aber erst den Tisch an die Wand stellen, weil sonst für drei Betten kein Platz im Zimmer gewesen wäre. Ab 23 Uhr gibt es eine "Ausgangssperre", wenn man später dran ist, kommt man laut Rezeption nicht mehr in das Hotel, weil die Schlüssel jedesmal bei Verlassen des Hotels abgegeben werden müssen.

We had already told at the reception that we dont't need cleaning but still they came in morning and opened the door. Even on the day of the checkout, they came 1 hour before the checkout time and directly opened the door.

Estava ventando um pouco quando estávamos lá. O duto do exaustor ficou batendo a noite inteira. Ninguém do quarto conseguiu dormir. Nós disseram que nada podia ser feito. O secador de cabelo é péssimo (extremamente velho e fraco). No geral, bemmmm antigo.

Het interieur is wel erg gedateerd en het was wel heel erg gehorig. De mensen in de kamer naast ons praatten op normale toon, maar het leek net net alsof ze bij ons in de kamer stonden. Dit maakte het soms wat oncomfortabel, maar voor 1 nachtje prima.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026老闆很親切，雖然我日文不行，每天進出都還是跟我打招呼，有問題也很有耐心的幫我。地點就在河口湖站的斜對面，對帶大行李的我來說是一大福音，每天玩累了回飯店時，可以不用走太遠的路，真的很好。飯店雖不是那種豪華飯店，但該有的都有，也有電梯方便我這種帶大行李的人，價格又不貴，性價比高。

ทำไมฝากกระเป๋าหลังเช็คเอาท์แล้วไม่ได้ ทั้งที่ปีก่อนๆ ที่เคยมาพักฝากได้ เพราะหลังเช็คเอาท์ ก่อนกลับโตเกียวเราต้องออกไปเที่ยวก่อนแล้วจึงย้อนกลับมารับกระเป๋า รอบนี้เราจำเป็นต้องนำมาฝากร้านข้างๆที่รับฝาก ซึ่งเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเกินความจำเป็น
