Reviewed Sep 9, 2026We went there to hike Mt Fuji on the week of September 6-9 and weather was very bad. We had to change hiking date, time. Owner helped us a lot by calling official , taxi, bus service and so on. He’s really a very nice person.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Very convenient place to stay after a long hike on Fujisan. The hotel is opposite Kawaguchiko Station and is surrounded by convenient stores and food. The bath with a view of Fuji makes it even better.
A little bit on the expensive side but I guess with it’s Facilities one shouldn’t complain much.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026The staff was very kind and was also very helpful. We requested a Fuji view room previously, but it was fully booked; however, the staff took note and reached back out to us to inform us that they would still be able to arrange the Fuji view for us as the previous person who booked it had already cancelled it, which was very kind of them! The station is just outside the inn, so no constant dragging of luggage is needed. But do take note that it's best not to carry heavy luggage. The staff do daily posting of the Fuji view on their Facebook page as well, so you can check out the daily view updates over there. Not to mention that the famous Lawson Fuji is just straight down the road within a 1-minute walk!
This place is amazing! Love everything about it so I definitely recommend it to everyone to stay here for convenience

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026河口湖駅から近く移動にとても便利で、1部屋に大人数の宿泊が可能だった点。また業務用電子レンジ、洗濯機、等があり長期宿泊者対応ができること。浴室やトイレが共同で湿気が部屋にはいらず涼しい環境で眠れたこと。お掃除を含めサービスが良かったこと。
仕方がないのですが、大部屋が富士山ビューではない点。河口湖近辺のホテルに共通するのですが、建物に年期が入っている点。

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026住宿位置就在河口湖車站正對面，我們隔天要去爬富士山，地點超級方便，床是榻榻米但是也很好睡，雖然說只有共用浴室，但是他有單人的淋浴間，也有可以泡澡的大眾池，可以在登山前好好休息一番，附近還有很多餐廳，跟便利商店，總之如果下次還有機會再去爬河口湖，我會再選擇一次這間旅館

Kimono fourni trop beau. Placards spacieux pour y mettre nos valises ouvertes (à la place des futons). À 3, on était très bien. La douche individuelle pour notre ado 😉. La gare juste en face.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026La chambre type japonaise avec la vue sur le mont Fuji. Le onsen qui est propre et agréable. L emplacement est exceptionnel : après ou avant l ascension du mont Fuji. Nous avons pu laisse nos bagages la veille de notre check in pour faire l ascension du mont fuji tranquillement et c est un vrai plus !!!!merci bcp !
Une suggestion : Il manque du cacao pour le petit déjeuner des enfants occidentaux .

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026距離河口湖車站非常近，就在對面，不管是要搭火車或公車都相當便捷。旅館有大浴池，雖然廁所浴池需共用，難免有些不便，但是浴池大加分，可以一邊泡澡一邊欣賞富士山，是難得的享受。房間建議選擇面對富士山的房型，開窗就看見富士山非常震撼。另外，客房整理時，把孩子的娃娃擺放在床鋪裡，並幫娃娃蓋好被子，回房間時真的有被可愛到，非常貼心!

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Мы останавливались здесь всего на одну ночь, так как ранним утром отправлялись на восхождение на Фудзи. Несмотря на очень позднее заселение, хозяин встретил нас с большим гостеприимством. Он всё подробно объяснил, показал, рассказал и даже помог разобраться с расписанием автобусов до пятой станции Фудзи, за что ему отдельное спасибо. Расположение просто отличное. Прямо через дорогу находится автобусная станция, откуда удобно отправляться как в сторону пятой станции Фудзи, так и обратно в Токио. Рядом также расположен Seven Eleven, поэтому всё необходимое всегда под рукой. Само жильё очень уютное, оформлено в красивом традиционном японском стиле. Фотографии полностью соответствуют реальности. Везде было идеально чисто, аккуратно и очень комфортно. Видно, что хозяева внимательно относятся к своим гостям и поддерживают высокий уровень. За время проживания у нас не возникло ни одной претензии. Наоборот, осталось желание вернуться сюда ещё раз, но уже не на одну ночь, а на несколько дней, чтобы спокойно отдохнуть, насладиться атмосферой Кавагучико и без спешки провести время у подножия Фудзи. Однозначно рекомендую это место всем, кто планирует поездку в район озера Кавагучико и восхождение на Фудзи.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026這次的住宿體驗很棒。清晨一睡醒打開窗戶，壯麗的富士山美景就直接映入眼簾，畫面非常震撼！旅館的位置絕佳，對面就是河口湖車站，附近也有超市，生活機能與交通都超級方便。房間是傳統的日式榻榻米房，雖然設備看得出歷史、比較老舊，但整理得非常乾淨，還可以舒適地泡溫泉。經營的老爺爺人真的非常好、非常親切，讓人有種回家的溫馨感。稍微需要留意的是，這裡不提供早餐，且衛浴是公共廁所。但整體而言瑕不掩瑜，CP值還是很不錯。以後如果有機會再來河口湖，我一定會再次造訪！
部分員工態度冷淡：跟親切的老爺爺相比，其他個別服務人員的臉有點臭、缺乏熱情，接待時讓人感覺有些距離感。

The shared bathroom and showers were very clean. And the onsen has an incredible view of Mt. Fuji. Overall, it's a fantastic deal, and I would stay here again.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Kawaguchiko tren istasyonunun hemen karşısında olması mükemmeldi. Onseni harikaydı. Çıplak girildiğini bilmenizi isterim kıyafetle girmek yasak. Odamız direk fujiye bakıyordu muhteşemdi. Farklı bir deneyim isterseniz futon yatakları tavsiye ederim. İçeceklerinizi ve yiyeceklerinizi koymak için dolap mevcuttu. Bodrum katta masa tenisi bile vardı.
WC nin ortak alanda olması kötüydü. Kadınlar ve erkekler için farklı yerler var ama el yıkamak için alan ortak alandaydı. Banyo da örümcek görmek biraz ürküttü.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Great location, 5 min walk from the Kawaguchiko station, and less than 10 min walk from local supermarket, convenient stores, small shops, etc. Japanese style tatami room is cozy and comfortable, and the public hot springs bath is incredible. I have the view of Fuji Mountain from my window, which is amazing. Staff was very friendly; they let me check in several hours before the standard check in time to accommodate my schedule. 10/10 experience.

Reviewed May 2, 2026C'est la seconde fois que nous y sommes logés. Bien situé, juste en face de la gare Kawaguchiko. Restaurants, konbini à proximité, bus facile d'accès ! Lits confortables, propres, un petit sento disponible dans l'hôtel, c'est top pour se détendre après une journée de longues marches ! Et face au mont Fuji, que demander de plus... même un distributeur de boisson y est présent ! Une salle de jeu au sous sol accessible avec une table de ping-pong, jeu de Go, jenga, etc... Personnels disponibles, gentils et professionnels ! Je recommande ce lieu sans soucis.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Very close to the train station and easy to get around. Free parking provided by hotel was good although it’s a bit far from it but still within walking distance. Fuji san was visible just from the hotel window during clear day was a plus point for the hotel.
No elevator, good luck if you bringing heavy luggage.

Honestamente no esperábamos que fuera tan increíble, no sabíamos que la habitación tenia esa vista directa al Fuji!

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Location is just right across Kawaguchiko Station with a good view of Mt. Fuji from my window. Also near convenience stores. Room is spacious with heater and ac. Will definitely stay here again if I get the chance:)
