The beds and pillows were perfect. The view was stunning! Great location too!

The bed was comfortable, the communication with the host was great and the view was spectacular! The home was suprisingly spacious and the area was very calm, so we slept very good.

離河口湖車站不遠，附近也有 7-11 可以購買，在交通上是很便利的。 屋內的設備和環境都非常乾淨整潔，還有自己的小浴缸可以泡澡。 下次來這間一樣是我的首選

La habitación en forma de cúpula es espectacular. De hecho, las fotografías no le hacen justicia, ya que en directo es todavía más bonita e impresionante. Las camas son enormes, aunque los colchones no nos resultaron especialmente cómodos. La cúpula tiene unas vistas preciosas del monte Fuji, aunque lamentablemente durante nuestra estancia no tuvimos suerte y no pudimos verlo. La ubicación es muy buena, a unos 8 minutos andando de la estación principal de tren de la ciudad, y en los alrededores hay todo tipo de servicios y comodidades. Aunque en la descripción indica que el baño es compartido, no es exactamente así: el baño está fuera de la habitación, pero es de uso exclusivo para las personas que tienen reservada la cúpula. Por último, destacar al anfitrión, que fue una persona excepcionalmente amable y atenta. Sin duda, un punto muy a favor de la estancia.

La vue sur le Mont Fuji depuis le lit et canapé. La taille de la chambre et du lit. Le fait qu’il y ait un espace pour se garer et aussi le check-in/check-out hyper simple à l’arrivée. En bref, tout était génial!

La cúpula es una pasada, amplia ,cómoda y bonita y eso que no pudimos ver nada el monte. La zona de barbacoa está genial rodeada de naturaleza y tranquilidad ,en un paseo estás en la zona del lago o del tren.

No dejan pijamas como los otros alojamientos que estuvimos. Para ir al baño ,si te toca lluvia como a nosotros ,es un poco incómodo, se podría mejorar con algún toldo en esa zona para evitar que te mojaras al ir.

Gorgeous place to stay felt like you were all alone look out at Mount Fuji. Easy walk to town centre.

La ubicación es bastante justa, apartado de todo, te aparcan delante del bungalow sin pedirte permiso. Está todo lleno de cámaras por todos sitios para vigilarte y luego nadie sabe nada. Ni como.funciona nada, ni como ayudarte. Solo vas recibiendo emails en cadena como si fuera un spam diciéndote que la Queens room no tiene vistas al fuji. Pedimos un futón extra para mí hija que tiene menos de un año y no lo tenían preparado. Vino al final una chica a traernos el futón. Un desastre, son tan húmedas aunque tengas el aire acondicionado las paredes y el suelo, que el colchón se quedaba húmedo. Mi hija se ha resfriado de dormir encima del futón. Muy mal aislado y no te avisan de que es una parcela con cámaras, 4 bungalows y nadie que te atienda. No hay servicio. Solo te dicen que si tienes problemas llames a un número japonés (que como turista tampoco puedes llamar). Nos encontramos un chico que estaba haciendo mantenimiento en la misma parcela pero tampoco sabia nada ni de cómo abrir los módulos...

Wir hatten für 2 Nächte einen eigenen Wohnanhänger. Die Aussicht am Morgen bzw. am Abend ist atemberaubend. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl! Vom Bahnhof sind es circa 12-14min zu Fuß mit dem Rucksack.Ansonsten sind wir alles zu Fuß gelaufen, die Umgebung ist wirklich toll. Der Anhänger ist gut ausgestattet, man findet alles, was man braucht.

das Bad war wirklich sehr klein mit wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten. Das Lichtkonzept war leider nicht gemütlich.

This place was ideal for our few days in Kawaguchiko! The location was excellent, just a short ~7-8 min walk from Kawaguchiko station. We stayed in the Queen cabin, which was so spacious (such a treat after being in small hotel rooms) and had everything we needed, including a little kitchenette (fridge, microwave, cooking utensils etc). There is no TV but there's a projector and we were able to sign into Netflix and Prime on it :) There was no view of Fuji from our cabin but there's a little common area right beside the cabins that has an amazing view of Mt Fuji - there was hardly ever anyone else there so it was great. Finally the owners were really friendly and helpful with any queries we had, which made the experience really easy and pleasant.

The only really minor thing is there was no full length mirror in the cabin. Not a major deal as there was a small portable one but a small area for improvement.

I was given the wrong access code and ended up not using 1 of the two rooms booked. The phone number provided couldnt be reached and response only received 4 hours later via the chat

The location wasn’t hard to find (we drove there) and the property we chose (king brown) was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The very best part was that it was facing exactly in front of Mt. Fuji! Also, check-in and check-out process was very easy.

Расположение (10 минут пешком от железнодорожной и автобусной станции) Удобства в номере и, конечно же, вид на Гору Фудзи. Нам очень повезло, так как утро и день были ясными, и гора открылась нам полностью.

Немного тяжело понять, как работает система кондиционирования. Ночь была прохладной, но до конца не получилось разобраться с этой системой. Либо получалось очень жарко, либо холодно. Пожалуйста, сделайте более подробную инструкцию на английском языке.

I loved the tranquility of the place and the friendly staff. We also enjoyed the Mt. Fuji view from our window! The barbecue was great, too! It came with a free bonfire.

The staff is really nice for helping with the luggage. The location is quite near the Kawaguchiko Station. Good view of Mt Fuji. Can eat breakfast/dinner while watching Mt Fuji from the porch. Room was much more spacious than what i imagined. Easy check in. No keys needed.

Die Aussicht auf den Fuji direkt aus dem Fenster der Unterkunft und dem gesamten Gelände ist phänomenal! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Checkin lief problemlos. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage ist man schnell am Bahnhof sowie bei Supermärkten und Restaurants. Für wenige Stunden war eine Baustelle mit einem Kran auf dem Gelände. Das hat uns nicht gestört, da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren. Dennoch haben wir als Entschuldigung ein kleines Geschenk erhalten!

Es gibt keinen richtigen Spiegel und kein Waschbecken im Badezimmer, sodass man Zähneputzen und Händewaschen in der Küche erledigen muss.

Good view of Mount Fuji on a clear day but only from the king rooms. Bed was comfortable and the property was clean. Fairly central location but difficult to find in the dark because it’s located off the Main Street.

We were expecting a dome because this was the picture advertised but apparently the company have, both domes and trailers so it’s important to check the small print when booking. There are lots of facilities available in the trailer but some are difficult to use if you are not Japanese. The remoteness of hosts also adds an additional dimension due to their accessibility. The property advertises the use of a bbq but this is only available when pre-booked and incurs an additional charge. Overall I was a little disappointed for the price because the property was not a cheap booking.

We arrived early and were lucky to be greeted by the owner who helped us store our bags. We had the BBQ on the upper deck overlooking Mt Fuji and honesty it was the best meal we have had so far in Japan. The room was amazing - very modern and well equipped. We will be back for a longer stay on our next trip to Japan!

I like that it was close to Kuwaguchiko station. It also has a nice view of Mt Fuji when it’s clear skies. Not a guarantee though

Very comfortable and great views of Fujisan.

We loved how close we were to shops, the panoramic attraction, and train station. We had different options of convenient stores to choose from all within a 5-10 minutes walk. The property itself was well-maintained and properly labeled. Checking in was super easy, the staff were kind enough to receive our luggage, and place it in our room for us. The property was quiet and the projector was a wonderful touch to unwind as we watched Mount Fuji from our window.

We have zero complaints! This was a wonderful experience!

Postel byla velmi propadla na jedne strane. Bylo velmi nepohodlne na ni spat.

以前から利用してしましたが、今回からウェルカムドリンクが導入されたそうです。 子供用と大人用のコインを渡れさて、敷地内の自動販売機から好きなものをもらえるというシステムです。 もちろんこの自動販売機は普通に変えるものですが、ウェルカムドリンクはお酒からも選べますので、とても嬉しいおもてなしです。

設備面で致し方ないのですが、シャワーしかないのでお風呂に入りたい人は日帰り温泉に入るしかないですね。 チェックインする前に日帰り温泉にしき、その後にチェックインするという流れになります。 バーベキューとかすると汗を書くので、食事後に部屋のシャワーで汗を流しました。

The property was amazing, with clear views of Fuji and conveniently located within walking distance to Kawaguchiko Station. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay in this beautiful accommodation!

The facility exceeded our expectations. Considering that it was glamping, it was very luxurious and clean. It was like a hotel room. It was very close to many shops and the Lake Kawaguchiko. We used the BBQ and they were very prepared and even though, it was rainy, we could enjoy it.

When I booked the room, the website indicated that my 13-year-old daughter could stay free of charge, so I made the booking accordingly. However, upon arrival, we were informed that 13-year-olds are charged the adult rate, and we were asked to pay an additional fee on site. It would be helpful if this policy were stated more clearly during the booking process.

Logement à mi chemin entre le rbnb et le mobil home saisonnier. Situation proche des commerces et des restaurants, tout en étant à l'écart des zones trop fréquentées. Une vue magnifique sur le mont fuji depuis la terrasse en hauteur.

The view was breathtaking! It’s quite close to the train station.

Room is spacious, you can order bbq, most importantly...the view...is breathtaking. Within walking distance to the station. No regrets.

The caravan had everything in it, the kitchenette was great. The staff were very helpful. The view of the mountain was great. It was 5 minutes walk to the center.

Incredible view and location from room. Super comfortable bed and great facilities. We really liked the additional amenities like the barbecue area and sauna. Just a great state overall.

Check-in was slightly difficult, but thankfully there was an employee who was able to help. Slightly of a complicated process with the iPads.

Quiet location in a residential area with spectacular view of Mount Fuji, within easy reach of the train/bus station, restaurants and panoramic ropeway, spacious room, very comfortable bed and sofa, small kitchen.

Self check-in was a little challenging and time consuming, recommend to do it before reaching the property. Heating did not reach the toilet room so it was chilly in the morning, steep price to use the BBQ so we did not use it.

Très bel emplacement, au calme avec une vue incroyable ! Le bungalow était grand et spacieux, propre, et le lit très confortable ! Bel endroit pour voir le mont Fuji en tout cas, magnifique !

Mount Fuji Panorama Glamping is an unforgettable experience. The tent is very spacious, has huge beds which can easily fit 4 people. The terrace with the view is amazing, if you’re lucky with the weather you will get one of the best views of a lifetime. I would definitely recommend this place! One tip: pack warm clothes if you’re going in autumn/winter because it can get cold at night which isn’t a problem at all if you’re equipped for it.

Great accommodation with a full view of mount Fuji. All the facilities were good and the location lived up to our expectations. The personal was very nice and helpful. The chek-in and chek-out process was very simple.

Wir haben als Familie zwei Nächte in einem Trailer Home mit direktem Blick auf den Mt. Fuji verbracht – und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Aussicht war spektakulär, besonders bei klarem Wetter, das wir glücklicherweise teilweise hatten. Ein Highlight war das abendliche BBQ auf der oberen Terrasse der Anlage: Grillen mit freiem Blick auf den majestätischen Fuji – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, was für Ruhe sorgt, aber bedeutet, dass man für Restaurants etwa 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum laufen muss.
