has a full potential of a great great hotel. full facilities for guests. pool was the advantage, meal. none any drop of internet.

The food was a highlight. They offered a diverse range of delicious dishes. room was good tooand the pool. also the internet connection.

comfy rooms and tasty local dishes. surrounded by coconut trees and more. its a beautifuly located hotel.

El complejo en sí es increíble, las zonas comunes tanto comedor, hall y piscina muy bonito y bien cuidado. La habitación muy amplia, con una amplia terraza y un baño perfecto. El personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. Desayuno muy completo y rico. 100% recomendable

Quizá que está en interior y es un camino hasta llegar a él, alrededor no tienes nada. Aunque no es un punto negativo, ya que escapas del bullicio y tienes total paz y tranquilidad en el complejo, cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar te la pueden resolver.

enjoyed the stay. Europe style breakfast was quite surprise. included all things for very cheap price. unlimited pool access. one of the staff was so kind to return one of our thing missed during packing time. thank to management and staff.

Food was Delicious and the amount was alright. Variety of food was good.

Some of the items in the menu (sea food) were not available due to off season as per the Kitchen staff. This was bit disappointing.

Once of the best stays we have ever had. The staff were some of the loveliest people we’ve ever met. They made us feel so welcome, went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay, and we played games together in the evening. The rooms were big, lovely, clean and well equipped and the pool was really nice. We would 100% return to this hotel. The highlight of the hotel is the staff- we will miss them!

La piscina non era utilizzabile, le stanze non sono correttamente isolate e presentano delle fessure per cui di notte si sentono molti rumori di animali e altro per cui è stato difficile dormire, asciugamani di bassa qualità e letto un po’ scomodo. Durante il nostro soggiorno eravamo i soli nell’hotel e volevamo fare cena al ristorante, abbiamo dovuto ordinare nel pomeriggio i piatti in modo che il ristorante potesse fornirsi degli opportuni ingredienti.

It has a nice pool and quiet location, but that also means it is quite far fron everything. We had a driver so that was no problem for us

The accomodation is ok, not luxurious. Unfortunately the AC was leaking and broke down in the middle of the night. Very uncomfortable. As we were only staying 1 night this was not a pleasant stay for us. But under normal circumstances it would have been just ok. We notified staff of the problems and they said they would repair but as we were leaving that morning that did not help us.

Het zwembad en de receptioniste die heel vriendelijk was. De jongens die het hotel open hielde waren heel gedienstig en behulpzaam.

We waren de enige gasten op dat moment en dat was merkbaar . Eenzijdig ontbijt, geen frisdranken aanwezig (enkel water en bier), de hygiëne, werd ook niet onderhouden of opgeruimd. Het leek erop dat het hotel gesloten was.

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und haben sich Mühe beim Frühstück geben.

Die Betten waren sehr unbequem und haben bei jeder Bewegung während des Schlafens extrem laut gequietscht. Das Zimmer und die Kopfkissen und Handtücher rochen sehr muffig. Unter den Betten war viel Dreck. Die Tür konnte nicht richtig verschlossen werden. Der Safe war mehrmals defekt.

This place is very clean and lovely. Having the pool was a real treat for cooling down after coming back from the heat outside. The room was spacious and spotless. The staff members were incredibly helpful and took great care of us throughout our stay.

The location is a bit far from the town center and dining options. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with the Tuk-tuk drivers waiting outside the hotel. He tried to overcharge us, and when we negotiated, his attitude was very aggressive and nasty. We eventually ordered a ride via a mobile app, but the outside drivers appeared to threaten our app driver. While this may not be the hotel's direct fault, the lack of alternative transportation essentially forces guests to deal with these individuals. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and considers providing a shuttle or a safer transport option.

Mooie accommodatie, zeer ruime kamers met comfortabele bedden en fijne douche. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en prima (continentaal) ontbijt. Zeer rustige ligging weg van de drukte.

Je hebt wel echt een tuktuk of driver nodig bij dit hotel. Het ligt 15-20min rijden van alle restaurants in Unawatuna. Ontbijt is prima en wordt persoonlijk uitgeserveerd, maar is wel elke dag hetzelfde. Dat kan na een aantal dagen wat eentonig worden.

We don't have anything to share that we didn't like because everything was so perfect. Location in the jungle, swimming pool, apartment, very helpful and nice stuff. Hope we visit you again. All recommendations to this hotel.

Room had decent balcony view, nice garden and clean pool overlooking the countryside. Room was good size and clean and the showers were good and warm. The 4 boys who were young but very enthusiastic were delightful and couldn’t do enough 👍

For a 4 star, the breakfast was limited and not enjoyable so ate out the next 3 mornings. No wine. TV wasn’t working in lounge and no TV in room. The location of the property which we were aware of meant using a tuk tuk which has been no issue until here. A particular tuk tuk was camped outside the hotel gate. Territorial, aggressive and extremely persistent in trying to get your number and pressurise you into using him only. We were picked up in the afternoon by friends and he challenged my husband in a confrontational way which made us and our friends feel extremely uncomfortable. The tuk tuk is not connected to the hotel but is targeting the hotel’s guests.

We had a deeply disturbing and unsafe experience at this hotel while traveling with our young children. We wanted to visit a beach about 40 minutes away and chose to book a regular car instead of using a tuk-tuk. However, the tuk-tuk drivers stationed at the hotel entrance actively blocked any car from approaching the property. Every driver we booked canceled once they got close to the hotel. After waiting 45 minutes, one driver finally arrived. As we attempted to get into the car, the tuk-tuk drivers confronted us and showed a knife to both our family and the driver. My wife and child were completely shocked and frightened. We genuinely felt unsafe. We immediately decided to check out. What made the situation even worse was the hotel management’s complete indifference. We reported the incident, but they showed no real concern, offered no meaningful assistance, and refused to cancel our reservation. They did not provide security, did not escort us, and would not even drive us to the main road so we could avoid the aggressive tuk-tuk drivers. We had to walk with our children to the main road ourselves before we could safely get another car. Whether the hotel officially cooperates with these tuk-tuk drivers or simply tolerates this behavior, the result is the same: guests are left unprotected. For families traveling with children, safety should be the minimum standard. Unfortunately, we did not feel safe here at all. Additional comments after the hotel's reply 1. This all happened one meter from your property. The police did not arrive within 60min. 2. We were one meter away from the tuk tuk driver who pulled his knife, you think that not made us feel unsafe 6. Untrue, there was a tuk tuk of the hotel onsite and three staff members that refused to drive us. They were afraid as well of the drivers. Do you think we prefer to walk next to these drivers in the afternoon heat with suitcases and child? There was no management onsite so you don't know what happened

Everything was fantastic😍 The location is great,there are also Tuk Tuks to make it easy to get around. The staff is always friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Here you can really find peace and quiet.

The infinity tool is lovely, the staff so helpful and polite, and breakfast is more than enough

I actually like the location since it's peaceful and away from the busy areas. However, it is also away from shops and restaurants, so you have no option but to eat in the hotel resto (which closes at 8pm) should you crave for anything at night...

Sehr schöne und große Zimmer. Die Anlage ist schön und mitten in der Natur. Tolles Ambiente Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend vor allem Keshan ist sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage ist zwar schön aber nicht wirklich praktisch. Sehr abseits.

La habitación era muy espaciosa, con un amplio balcón, y la pileta estaba increible. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía en Serenity y la atención del personal fue excelente!

Die Unterkunft an sich war wirklich sehr schön und auch der Pool war angenehm. Außerdem war das Frühstück sehr lecker.

Die Klimaanlage war kaputt und war unerträglich laut. Dasselbe gilt für den Kühlschrank und den Ventilator. Von einer ruhigen Nacht kann man nichts sagen. Außerdem haben wir ewig auf unser Frühstück gewartet. Insgesamt 1h. Die Lage ist ebenfalls nicht die beste - für all jene die es eher ruhig und abgelegen haben wollen, passt es perfekt. Man braucht jedoch immer ein TukTuk um in die Stadt zu kommen (10-15 Minuten fahrt). Pickme wird dort fast nicht verwendet.

really liked this property. It is very quiet, clean, and well maintained. The atmosphere is peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The staff are extremely helpful, kind, and always ready to assist with anything you need.

Vi hade en sån fin vistelse på detta hotell - personalen var så omtänksam och service-minded. Rummet var stort och vi hade en härlig balkong med utsikt över poolen. Barnen älskade poolen! Frukosten var härlig, med massor av frukt. Hotellet ligger lite avsides men det är det värt för att komma bort från de trafikerade vägarna. Det var heller inte särskilt dyrt eller svårt att få tag i tuktuk för att åka till Talpe, Dalawella beach (där vi såg sköldpaddor!) eller Unawatuna.
