Amazing place near the village, clean, lots of space, fully automatic and very kind personnel, they will drive you to the station - one of us also forgets her belongings in the hotel and it was sent to our other hotel in diffetent city. Would definitelly recommend.

By walk its 20 minutes, which could be problematic with big luggages, but there is again possibility of pick up at station in particular time

Cubierta de ropa de cama (colcha) estaba un poco sucia, da la impresión que no fue cambiada por una limpia, sería de ayuda que hubiera un responsable para reportar esta situación. El que no informaran los dos horarios de transporte gratuito de la central de autobuses al alojamiento, que se encuentra caminando a 20 minutos aproximadamente

期待以上に、広く、きれいで驚いた。 洗面所やトイレ、シャワーなども美しく、しっかりしている。 入室がナンバーキーで管理されているが、事前に宿から案内が送られ、全く問題なかった。 近くに食事処があるか不安だったが、事前の質問に的確に答えてくれ、さらに部屋に複数の店の案内まで配置してくれていたので、対応に温かさを感じた。 ちなみに、そのうちの1軒で夕食をとり、満足だった。 TVがなかったので、逆に落ち着いて過ごすことができた。 夜になると静かで、虫の声が聞こえるほど。 ベッドもよく、ぐっすり眠れた。

白川郷の中心地からは少し離れるが、やむなし。 洗面所の蛇口の水圧が強く、最初は加減が難しかったが、すぐに慣れた。 建物の入り口で外履きからスリッパへ履き替えて、外履きは靴箱に収納するスタイルだったが、その空間がドア2枚で閉め切りになっており、雨だったせいもあって湿度の高さが少し気になった。

La struttura è bellissima, accogliente e pulita. Se soggiorni qui devi sapere che sei a 20 minuti a piedi dal villaggio di Shirakawa, che non ci sono pullman dal villaggio all hotel dopo le 16 ma la mattina il primo è alle 8:30. Nella zona non ci sono ristoranti o konbini. Il konbuni più vicino è alla stazione di servizio sulla strada principale.(dove puoi prendere un pasto da scaldare nel microonde comune della struttura) Se chiedi alla struttura di possono prenotare la cena nelle due strutture che sono a 10 minuti a piedi.

オーナーさんがとても親切な方でした。予報外の豪雨が降りチェックアウト後も外に出られそうにないため、部屋の延長をお願いできないか尋ねたところ、延長はできないが、ゲストハウスの方で雨宿りさせてくださり、さらに豪雨が続いたため、バスターミナルまで車で送ってくださいました。本当に気さくで、お優しい方でした。ありがとうございます。 また、部屋も清潔でオシャレで、アメニティやシャンプーリンス等や空気清浄機にいたるまで、センスの良いものがセレクトされていました。ペットボトルのお水や抹茶のお菓子もおいしかったです。

ドアロックがあり暗証番号で宿泊棟に入るのですが、ブッキングドットコムからそのメールが送られて来ず、オーナーさんに電話してしまったため入室に少し手間取ったことと、操作方法が壁などに貼ってあれば良いなと思いました。(使ったことがなかったので、番号を押して最後に＊を押すというのがわかりませんでした)

Il me semble qu'il ny a pas de prestations de petit déjeuner. Mais la chambre était grande avec deux lits séparé tres confortable, design moderne. Vous recevez les codes d'accès avant votre arrivée. Facile et simple, vous pouvez arriver quand vous le voulez sur "tour" sans contrainte. Parking sur place gratuit.

物理キーに慣れていると、電子キーで戸惑うくらい。

清潔で空間も広く、ゆったり休めました。 本当に静かで、8月なのに最高気温が24〜26度の避暑地、癒されました。 コンビニもそう遠くないです。 食事処は少なくて、紹介のお店２つのうち一つは店休日で、もうひとつに予約しました。（電話番号が書かれてなくて、アプリで調べました。）行ってみると、予約していない方が「予約でいっぱいです。」と断られていました。✳︎要注意✳︎ 夏だったので、シャワーのみで十分でした。 作務衣やお菓子やコーヒー、紅茶セット、クレンジングや化粧水のセットなどおもてなしも嬉しかったです。 テレビなくても問題なし 小さな冷蔵庫に小さな冷凍庫も うれしいです。 朝は早めに目が覚めて、窓の外からラジオ体操の音楽？ 茅葺き屋根の家の向こうで 子どもがスタンプカードぶら下げて、体操しているのが見えました。 こっそり一緒にラジオ体操しました。 何十年も前にタイムスリップした気分になりました。 夜、コンビニまで散歩して、 秋の虫の音が心地よかったです♪ 場所分かりやすくて、駐車場もすぐ隣に停められてよかったです。 スタッフさんには、一度も会いませんでした。 玄関と部屋の番号さえしっかりメモリーしておけば問題なし。（夫が玄関で部屋の方の番号を間違って押してしまって、あたふたする場面はあり。そんなドジさえしなければOK）

Es una zona preciosa y muy tranquila. El hotel era agradable, con habitaciones amplias y buena iluminación. Se entra mediante código, no hay personal.

Las camas son duras. El hotel está a 20 minutos andando de la estación de autobuses. Decían que había un bus lanzadera para llevarte a la estación pero nosotros no lo vimos, quizás había que reservar o comunicarlo antes.

Great stay with clean rooms and lovely view of the traditional house. A bit of a walk from the bus stop - but they offer pick up and drop off. The hosts were super friendly and easy to reach. Would absolutely recommend!

距離合掌村非常近，行15分鐘就到，附近有一間食飛簷牛餐廳都非常近

住宿點有一點點難找，轉入去酒店的路口很不起眼，好容易錯過，其實就喺郵政局隔離，而且轉入去的路口沒有只是酒店就在這裏轉入，反而錯過咗之後見到有個路牌叫你兜返轉頭

Exceptional room in a nice hotel.

静か、広い部屋、ゆったり過ごせた。

周辺の店に夕食を食べにいったが、貸し切りですと断れ、結局、コンビニで夕食を取ることになった。夜、気軽に行ける店があまりないですね。ビジネスホテルのようなモーニングのサービスがあると良かった。

Miejsce przyjemne jeśli chodzi o lokalizację, wcale nie jest tak daleko do głównych atrakcji jak niektórzy piszą. Duży pokój.

Nie było zbyt czysto. Było wrażenie jakby pościel nie była czysta. Pod prysznicem była woda jak weszliśmy do pokoju. Firanki ubrodozne, dużo małych rzeczy niezbyt dokładnie posprzątanych. Brakuje jakieś ławki, żeby położyć na niej bagaże czy rzeczy. Dużo kurzu. Na holu był brzydki zapach.

This lodge is located in a very quiet street of the new portion of Shirakawago. The building is modern and neat, everything is new , minimal and very functonal. The rooom was wide, comfy, fuly equipped (slippers, night robes, a variety of pillows, a set to prepare coffee, tea i(ncluding a couple of very good cookies). The bathroom is neat and well organized. We never met the owner, cause this is a self checkin lodge, but the communication via booking is super: quick replies, actual kindness and support. The owner booked a dinner for us in an excellent local restaurant, and offered a shuttle service to the bus terminal. It is a 1,5 km from it and from the start of the ancient village, but the walk is pleasant and very safe. Overall an excellent experience, that I would love to do again, if possible. Arigato!!!

Les consignes pour accéder aux logements étaient très claires, nous avons rencontrés aucune difficulté. Chambre spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée ! L’emplacement est pratique et un parking gratuit est disponible.

Les murs sont assez fin mais nous n’avons pas vraiment été gêné par les autres clients.

The location is good not so far from the historical site. The place is clean, quiet, and private with a nice view of the cherry blossom tree on the window.

The location on Google map is a bit confusing. The place has no elevator, so it's a problem when you travel with family with many luggages.

No on-site staff so felt more like an AirBNB. There was supposed to be a free shuttle bus to the bus station but it didn't show up and there was no information about how to book. Some guidelines about noise and respecting other guests would be be helpful

Note that there is a separate building which is not in the main hotel, about 60m from it, and some of the rooms are being booked in the main hotel but are moved to this other location. Breakfast is only from 7:30 which is late for people who needs to get on the road. The front desk gentleman, was how to say it gently, not much of a people person....

It was nice being close to Shirakawago. A quick drive away or you can walk too! The hotel was nice, quiet, staff friendly and helpful! It snowed and they brushed off our car windshield without us even asking as we were checking out -- so helpful and thoughtful. There's a little fridge in the room and a kettle. Overall clean! Space under beds to store items as well.

The beds were pretty stiff and hard. Most restaurants nearby close very early so plan out meals in advance! One convenience store down the street and all items go quickly as everyone staying in the town seems to go there.

Lovely house with private bathroom. Clean and spacious. Walking distance from shirakawago tourist town so you don’t have to wait in traffic jam.

Not really a dislike but the bed was a bit harder than I’m used to.

Comfortable room with all the facilities needed, cute touches like a pajama and skin care set :)

The rain when I arrived 🤣🤣🤣

The staff at the Kei guesthouse were extremely helpful with letting me store my luggage there before check in, and helping me move my luggage to my room. It was very clean with lovely amenities provided for free! The bed was comfortable and the room was a great size. It was about a 30 minute walk from the bus station/Shirakawa-go village.

As it was quite far, they provide a shuttle bus, but it only runs a couple times a day and neither of these were suitable for me, so i had to walk with my suitcase to the hotel which was quite difficult due to the terrain. There also weren’t many restaurants or convenience stores around, so make sure to eat in the village before everything closes!

The room was clean and had all the essentials

The location is 20 min walking from Shirakawago, around the building there is almost nothing. There has been no staff at all that we met: we received information on codes to enter the building and the room and there was no human touch. Missing hooks for clothes two people or surfaces/rack for the luggage. For the price paid, this was too essential.

The room was very modern and spacious. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. We had a view of a gassho house and a cherry blossom tree from our window! About a 12 minute walk from the traditional village.

The bed was a bit hard for our tastes. No staff on-site - not bad, just something to be aware of. No common spaces.

Alles war perfekt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Modern eingerichtetes, schickes und bequemes Zimmer und geräumiges Badezimmer. Für die Betten gab es sogar indirekte Beleuchtung. Es ist nur 15 Gehminuten vom Dorf entfernt.
