Reviewed Aug 31, 2026駅と直結しているのでとにかくラクでした。 街中なのに温泉があり、朝食も、小田原愛を感じるメニューで、鯵のなめろうやかまぼこも美味しかったです。朝食会場のスタッフさんが、たくさん食べていってください！と和やかに声をかけてくれていたのが他のホテルにはない良さでした！

櫃檯人員感覺不是很熟練流程。 住宿的人很多，但大浴池更衣區域空間有點小，出入略為擁擠。 フロントスタッフの手続きはあまり慣れていないように感じられました。 宿泊客が多い割に、大浴場の脱衣所がやや手狭で、出入りの際に少し混雑していました。

エレベーターが不便で外出が億劫（待ち時間が長い） お盆だったことも影響してか、他の宿泊客が多いと感じた（エレベーターが不快だったことにもつながる）

Clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast on 14th floor with a stunning window view, and public bath. Friendly and helpful staff also made my stay pleasant.
Wi-Fi connection in room is instable and sometimes weak.

貸切風呂が ちょっと熱かった 差し湯とあったのでしてみたら、最初はぬるかったのでほっとしていましたが、だんだん熱くなり 水を足せるようにしてもらえると 良いかと思いました

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026They had a really amazing breakfast. It was well located close to trains and restaurants and grocery stores.
The services were a little lacking. The staff weren't able to speak English very well and I couldn't send my bags from the hotel as they didn't have any forms. They used a second party digital system that required a complex process of downloading an app which my friend phone didn't like. That was a bit disappointing as we had been able toove the bags with our previous hotels.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Pokój bardzo duży, z pięknym widokiem na miasto i morze. Czajnik i lodówka w pokoju. Łazienka czysta. Personel bardzo sympatyczny i przemiły. Śniadanie na ostatnim pietrze z pięknym widokiem. Lokalizacja super blisko stacji kolejowej. Na plaże pieszo 10/15min.
Zabrakło śniadań kontynentalnych, sama kuchnia japońska. W pokoju klimatyzacja oraz oczyszczacz powietrza, niestety pokój bardzo szybko się nagrzewa i jest duszno a z racji wysokiego pietra nie ma możliwości otwarcia okna, przez co klimatyzacja chodzi non stop.

At first, navigating our way there felt like a bit of a maze, but after a couple of tries, the route became easy to figure out. While the facilities were excellent, the room size was a bit small for three people. I think this hotel is best suited for solo travelers, couples, or business travelers."

Reviewed May 26, 2026Très bon emplacement, parfait pour un trajet prévu tôt en Shinkansen. La chambre est assez grande, calme et correctement équipée. Bon petit déjeuner bien variés avec une très belle vue.
La chambre était vieillotte et nous n’avons pas trouvé le lit et l’oreiller confortables.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt sehr praktisch direkt am Bahnhof und war dank der vorab geschickten Beschreibung des Hotels auch gut aufzufinden. Es gibt einen Onsen, was wir besonders fanden und beim Frühstück im obersten Stock des Gebäudes hat man einen tollen Ausblick über Odawara bis zum Meer. Eine gute Unterkunft für einen Zwischenstopp und mit guter Anbindung nach Hakone.

Pokój - czysty, dość duży, łóżko Bardzo wygodne, w łazience niezbędne kosmetyki. Śniadania pyszne. Personel uprzejmy i fachowy. W hotelu można skorzystać z masażu albo gorącej kąpieli. Taras widokowy z pięknym widokiem na miasto. Naprawdę polecam ten hotel.

A very big disadvantage - Poor internet connection - most of the time not working - difficult to find from the street so follow better the signs on the train station. What seems to be difficult to find is also the best of the hotel

Rs Localização muito boa para quem quer ir para Hakone ou conhecer o castelo de Odawara. Tanto a estação quando o castelo são do lado do hotel. E a vista do quarto e do restaurante são sensacionais!!!
Encontrar o hotel não foi tão fácil. Eles mandaram instruções, tem placas pelo caminho. Mas como ele fica dentro de um complexo, precisa prestar bastante atenção para não se perder. Mas com calma e atenção, dá para chegar até a recepção, sem crise. 😉

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Great breakfast. Good location near station and shopping. Single rooms seem to overlook the tracks, while the doubles have a nicer, quieter view. Odawara is a nice town on the Shinkansen route and a gateway to Izu, Kamakura, Hakone and more. Tokyo is a short ride away and it's nice, and a bit cheaper, to not stay in downtown Tokyo. The nearby train station is uncrowded and easy to use. You can use luggage delivery, with the help of front desk staff.

部屋キーに関してトラブルが有り、チェックイン後にキーが無効となり締め出しを食らいました。原因はフロントの操作ミスらしい（翌日、チェックアウト時の説明）ですが「さぁコレで有効になりました」でカードキーを渡す、これは受け入れ難い対応である、と感じました。ただ謝られても原因の説明が無いなら、有効な鍵を持った他人が部屋に急に入ってくる可能性を不安に思うのは当然と思います。容易に新たなキーを発行出来そうだ、と思わせる現行の仕組みに問題が有ると思います。出来れば固有のカード番号、つまりユーザーが目視認識可能な固有IDを付けるなど、対策をしっかり考えて頂きたいものです。本コメントはホテルと私の当事者関だけの情報とし、非公開として取り扱われる事を希望します。

We didn't need our room cleaned everyday so towels & amenities were hung in a bag on our door knob (which also included a bottle of water per person) daily. Lots of personal elevators for guests only to utilize. They have the BEST shower we ever had in our 8 visits to Japan. Very spacious rooms.
It was a bit difficult to find the hotel when we first got there but once you knew where it was, it was very convenient.
