Het personeel is méga vriendelijk. Zijn geïnteresseerd in je en maken graag een praatje. Ze helpen je overal mee. Het ontbijt is goed. De bedden zijn heerlijk en de locatie is geweldig!

Het had wat schoner/ beter onderhouden kunnen zijn, vooral de douche. Maar op moment dat wij gingen, waren ze wel met veel onderhoud bezig. Dus dat kan pech zijn geweest.

Very nice staff and good location

Not value for money at all. I believe the hotel takes too much for a very basic hotel. The bathroom was a full of ants. We told the reception and they handle this immediately, however the ants were back the morning after. The pool was also very dirty and unwelcoming. I believe the price for a room should be 1/3 from the price we paid.

Service du personnel au top. Kevin (francophone) et Happy (anglophone) étaient aux petits soins pour nous. Le buffet déjeuner nous a régalé durant toute la semaine .

Ez a boutik hotel egyszerűen fantasztikus. Becsekkolás közben egy másik alkalmazott készített nekünk egy finom üdvözlő italt. Az üdvözlésünkhöz járt még egy nedves, citromfüves frissítő kendő is. A poggyászainkat felhozták a szobába, ahol nagyon részletesen és precízen elmondtak mindent a hotelről, a szolgáltatásokról. A szálloda kialakítása, belsőépítészeti megoldásai, dizánja magával ragadó, végtelenül hangulatos. A szálloda tetőterasza és az ott elhelyezett jakuzzi nagyon-nagyon jó. A személyzet valamennyi tagja rettentően barátságos, kedves, udvarias, és szálloda cicája is jó arc. A reggeli kiemelkedő volt, mert -a szállodákban szokásosnak mondható elemeken kívül- minden nap háromfajta és más-más meleg étel közül is lehett választani. A vacsorai á la carte ételek is finomak, nagy adagok és normális áron vannak. A 11 órási kicsekkolás után is lehetett használni a szálloda valamennyi szolgáltatását, s a repülőtérre való indulás előtt még zuhanyzásra is volt lehetőség. További pozitívum, hogy a hotel kiváló helyen van. Néhány pecre szupermarket, pénzváltó, kiváló éttermek, taxiállomás és természetesen a kiváló óceánpart is megtalálható.

L'hôtel est bien situé, proche des restaurants, de la plage du supermarché. Son parking est un plus. Le quartier est calme. La décoratin est superbe. Il est très bien entretenu. La chambre avec balcon vue piscine est agréable. Le bar sur le roof top est sympa. >Le roof top acceuille aussi un jacuzzi.

la chambre est un peu petite. Il manque de rangement. On est un peu à l'étroit dans la salle de bain.

Seastar hotel is a very nice place in Flic-en-Flac, bit outside the main beach but it is not a disadvantage, even better for many aspects. Hotel's staff is very helpful and polite, main manager always open for discussion and advisory. Breakfasts are tasty and main hall indeed beautiful. Place to advise for both short and longer stay in this part of Mauritius.

In a part of Seastar hotel some time you could feel a strange smell , nothing to be very spoiling the general impressions but it might be improved for the future. Otherwise nothing to complain about!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das absolute Highlight war das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, modern und bequem. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und hatte eine tolle Auswahl. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super: Strand, Shops und mehrere Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Hier hatten wir eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln.

Our stay was good, but I wouldn't say it was exceptional. Location was convenient, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Bathroom was tiny and there was nowhere to put your things. Staff was nice, although we always had a feeling that they're either tired, or frustrated. Breakfast was good, but quantities on display very small (although foods were regularly brought out) and it left a funny feeling of everything being limited. Overall OK, but I would not visit again.

Das Hotel ist super ausgestattet hat eine super Lage aber das allerbeste sind die Mitarbeiter. Wir haben nur positive Erfahrungen mit jedem einzelnen gemacht. So lieb und zuvorkommend. Ein große dankeschön an Happy der uns bei allem geholfen und unterstützt hat. Kann das Hotel wirklich jedem nur herzlich empfehlen. Cooler Pool, überragendes Frühstück und eine echt chillige Rooftopbar.

Ab und zu hat das W-Lan gezickt aber das ist nicht weiter schlimm.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich & immer präsent. Mister Happy war der Wahnsinn. :) Die Lage war sehr zentral und wir hatten einen gratis Parkplatz.

Etwas ringhörig, hat uns jedoch nicht gestört

Posizione ottima, struttura bella e accogliente. Letto comodissimo e balcone comodo per stendere il necessario. Servizi ottimi (piscina, bar, ideomassaggio e ristorante che non ho provato però). Colazione abbastanza ricca. Parcheggio privato comodissimo.

Отличный отель. Хорошее расположение, до пляжа минут 10 медленным шагом. Удобно добираться до всех достопримечательностей. Номера чистые, зона с бассейном очень красивая. На крыше бар с джакузи. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Отличный, вкусный завтрак (шведский стол), выбор не сильно большой, но всё необходимое для завтрака есть. Также есть парковка. Остались очень довольны!

La struttura, molto gradevole ed arredata nei minimi particolari, si trova nel centro di Flic en Flac a breve distanza dalla grande spiaggia pubblica. Colazione a buffet varia e soddisfacente. E' disponibile il servizio ristorazione, nell'intero arco della giornata, che offre dei buoni piatti preparati al momento ed un ambiente rilassante con possibilità di cenare anche sul rooftop. N.B. Nell'isola non sono previste spiagge attrezzate le quali sono riservate esclusivamente ai resort perciò se aveste necessità di usufruire di lettini, la struttura ne ha a disposizione alcuni richiudibili che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Avendo soggiornato 10 notti abbiamo avuto modo di testare alcune mancanze. Nel bagno mancano piani d'appoggio, così come all'interno del box doccia(ci sono solo due dispenser shampoo e bagnoschiuma) L'armadio è un pò piccolo per soggiorni di media/lunga durata. In generale la stanza è più orientata all'estetica che alla funzionalità.

Idéalement situé à 2 minutes à pied de la plage avec ses food truck et de la superette. Nombreux resto aux alentours. Également resto à l’hôtel avec une carte plus élaborée ke les resto alentours Hôtel de charme à taille humaine, aussi joli ke sur les photos. Petite piscine; rooftop avec jacuzzi et bar . Animations certains soirs, mais ki finissent vers 10h. Dans une rue calme. Personnel adorable. Chambre nickel. Possibilité d’avoir sa chambre avant de l’heure prévue si elle est dispo sans supplément et avec un petit dej offert pour patienter. Prêt de transat à amener à la plage Changing room avec douche si votre avion décolle le soir Petit dej sucré salé tip top. Il y’a des œufs brouillés mais vous préfériez des œufs aux plats, il suffit de demander. Thé et café dans la chambre. Tout était parfait. Donc si vous chercher un petit hôtel de charme (qui a tout d’une grand) au centre de flic-flac, vous l’avez trouver !

The hotel is very clean, personel always doing maintanance work around the hotel, nice pool. The hotel has a nice restaurant with very good a la cart menu. We had a honeymoon and they really prepared nice bedroom for us and gave us complimentary coktails-really nice of the hotel staff.

Breakfast at the hotel is not at a highest point, probably mostly because of one young employee, who is probably working there by force or i dont know why-but he never cleaned the tables, one day he even took our breakfast in the mean time we went for different dishes. He was constantly on the phone without politness of saying good morning, but really i think the food at the breakfast was quite good and different every day but this guy working every morning made breakfast worse, because of lack of cleanlines:when someone ate the breakfast, he just cleans the dishes but not the table and put new dishes on dirty table and then you come to this table and you look for new clean table but they are all the same..

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Seastar. Très bien situé, juste à côté de la plage et personnel au top. Merci à Ashvin et Kelly pour votre gentillesse et votre bienveillance.

Struttura molto pulita e con personale molto disponibile. Vantaggio enorme il rooftop con la Jacuzzi calda che ti permette la sera di rilassarti! Piscina disponibile con ombrelloni e lettini. Molto disponibili il giorno del check out per farti fare una doccia e rilassarti prima del volo. Cucina dell’hotel molto ben servita e qualità ottima. Colazione varia e se chiedi qualcosa in particolare il giorno prima te lo fanno trovare

La camera non è enorme ma nella norma. Purtroppo invece il bagno è davvero piccolo e si fa fatica a muoversi.

The staff were wonderful, the location was perfect just near the beach, and the restaurant and musical entertainment that was provided was excellent. There were plenty of tourist facilities nearby.

Fresh, clean, recently decorated. Excellent location near shops, bars and restaurants. It felt safe as staff always around and it was in a secluded spot. From minute we arrived we were greeted helped to check in and we experienced this at check in and check out. Nothing was too much.

Breakfast was great. Our stay was especially enhanced by the warm hospitality of Happy the front office manager - who went up and beyond to help us with all our queries and troubles …. And did all that with a great smile. Thank you Happy for making us feel like Royalty at your hotel …. We will be back soon

The area outside the Hotel was a bit scary/ dingy - but inside it was very nice and welcoming with great service from the staff.

The location was about 5 minutes walk to the beach. They had a cute little cat. They have some friendly staff. The lobby was beautiful and welcoming. There was ample lounging area outdoors. Restaurant staff were hospitable.

Had a little issue with the room's AC and wardrobe, these were attended to by some of the nice staff at reception. The bathroom however could use some ventilation (fan) and it was really small. Breakfast could be improved by adding a coffee machine to the restaurant and keeping the breakfast warm enough while awaiting guests. Overall a nice and safe hotel but could use some facilities improvements/maintenance.

Отель очень удобно расположен, рядом расположен пляж, магазин, фруктовая лавка. Очень вкусный ресторан в отеле, абсолютно адекватный по ценам. Мы пообедали в нескольких ресторанах рядом, поняли, что в отеле вкуснее всего. Хотела особенно отметить персонал: очень дружелюбный, всегда готовый прийти на помощь. Особенная благодарность Happy, который всегда нам помогал и с такси, и всегда с большим терпением объяснял, как добраться до того или иного места.

Le personnel dans son ensemble extrêmement serviable et disponibles. Merci à Happy pour son accueil et sa présence bienveillante et professionnelle tout au long du séjour. Les petits déjeuners de qualité, variés et complets. Des animations de qualité en soirée. Un hôtel décoré avec goût !

La localisation de la chambre près des tables. Manque d'intimité. La salle n'est pas pratique. Rien pour poser les affaires.

Uns hat nichts gestört. Aber für feinfühlige Zeitgenossen könnte der Geräuschpegel im Haus und hin wieder der Geruch etwas stören. Wir hatten aber eine super Zeit dort.

Petit déjeuner excellent. Très bien situé à proximité des commerces et de la plage. Personnel serviable et très sympathique. Nous sommes restés 6 nuits. Les draps, serviettes de bain et serviettes de table sont changés à la demande c'est vraiment appréciable.

Heel vriendelijk personeel en een top locatie. Het strand was slechts op enkele minuten wandelen. Er zijn voldoende restaurants in de buurt en een supermarkt. De kamers zijn niet heel groot maar gezien de prijs kwaliteit is dit zeker in orde. Het ontbijt is gevarieerd en lekker.

De kamers zijn vrij gehorig. Wij hadden een kamer in de gang boven de receptie waardoor we alles van beneden konden horen.

L’emplacement est super pratique pas loin de la plage, les bouteilles d’eau fournie tous les jours sont un grand +! La douche et la salle pour déposer les valise aussi sont un grand + lors ce que vous avez un départ tardif ! Et un grand merci à Monsieur happy qui était toujours serviable !

Das Seastar Hotel in Flic en Flac ist ein unglaublich gemütliches und charmantes Hotel in perfekter Lage. Der wunderschöne Strand ist in nur 3–5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Rund um das Hotel gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, einen Supermarkt sowie eine kleine Mall, die zum Bummeln einlädt. Unser Zimmer war stets sehr sauber und mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist zwar etwas klein, hat uns jedoch überhaupt nicht gestört – schließlich verbringt man dort kaum Zeit. Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht und waren jeden Morgen begeistert. Alles war frisch, liebevoll zubereitet und sehr lecker. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Personal: Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hat sich selbst um die kleinsten Wünsche mit einem Lächeln gekümmert. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die wunderschöne Rooftop-Bar mit täglicher Live-Musik. Jeder Abend dort war etwas Besonderes und hat unseren Urlaub perfekt abgerundet. Was dieses Hotel jedoch wirklich einzigartig macht, ist der außergewöhnliche Service. Nach unserem Aufenthalt im Seastar Hotel waren wir noch in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel – trotzdem haben wir uns nirgendwo so wohl und willkommen gefühlt wie hier. Die Herzlichkeit, Gastfreundschaft und familiäre Atmosphäre im Seastar Hotel sind einfach unbezahlbar. Mit nur 18–19 Zimmern ist das Hotel angenehm ruhig und persönlich. Genau das macht seinen besonderen Charme aus. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Happy und natürlich an das gesamte Team. Ihr habt unseren Urlaub mit eurer Herzlichkeit und eurem Engagement unvergesslich gemacht. Wir haben uns bei euch wie zu Hause gefühlt und werden diese Zeit immer in schöner Erinnerung behalten. Wir empfehlen das Seastar Hotel von Herzen zu 100 % weiter und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Familiäres Ambiente, alle Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich, nette Atmosphäre, sehr schöne Einrichtung, gute Lage, hervorragendes Frühstück. Es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Wir waren insgesamt 8 Nächte im Seastar Hotel, davon 4 Nächte in der Family Suite, die für unsere Zwecke als Familie perfekt war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 9giorni (fino a ieri), siamo stati benissimo! L'hotel è a due minuti da tutto ciò che puoi volere (spiaggia, locali, supermercato, farmacia, negozi per souvenir...) ma lo staff è superlativo!!! Sono tutti ragazzi molto giovani, ma competenti, cortesi e sempre disponibili! Siamo arrivati in hotel e siamo stati accolti da Happy, che per tutti i nove giorni è stato il nostro punto di riferimento e ci ha aiutato a risolvere tutti i nostri dubbi, ci siamo sentiti in famiglia! La colazione era buonissima, sempre diversa ogni giorno!!! Complimenti a tutti voi, ci mancate già 🧡

les repas pas assez diversifié trop riche trop epice et pas assez de compréhension quand on demandait les plats. Personnel très gentils mais pas très formés.

Ein tolles kleines Hotel mit viel Charme und geschmackvoller Ausstattung bis ins kleinste Detail. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, insbesondere Happy. Schönes geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Doppelzimmer, mit sehr bequemen Betten .Wasser stand jeden Tag kostenlos auf dem Zimmer zur Verfügung, ebenso wie Kaffee, den man sich selber zubereiten kann. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück, hier ist für jeden was dabei. Schöne Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool und Bar (leckere Cocktails) sowie kleine Poollandschaft, die wir nicht genutzt haben. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz neben dem Hotel steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Gute Lage, drei Minuten zu Fuß zum sehr schönen Strand von Flic en Flac, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Geldwechselstuben ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen bei einem erneuten Besuch auf Mauritius.

....auf dem leerstehenden Nachbargrundstück sind Hunde, die Abends und teilweise Nachts lange bellen,.....aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts...

Frühstück war eher so lala

L’albergo è a due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia pubblica, una lunga distesa sabbiosa con alle spalle la pineta. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, gli spazi comuni sono confortevoli e la stanza nel nostro caso familiare anche se non grandissima era perfetta per il nostro soggiorno. Il roof top con il bar e la jacuzzi sono la ciliegina sulla torta, ogni sera al ritorno dal mare ci siamo immersi nella vasca idromassaggio calda sotto le stelle, non potevamo sperare in una conclusione migliore delle nostre giornate !!! Colazione ottima abbondante a buffett con piatti anche vegetariani Lo staff è cordialissimo sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta. Il giorno della partenza ci è stata data la possibilità di lasciare le valigie in hotel e ci sono stati forniti gli asciugamani per il mare, in questo modo ci siamo potuti godere anche l’ultima giornata di sole!!

Rien à redire, tout était parfait

Dopo la nostra prima recensione non posso che confermare tutto ciò che avevo già scritto: il Seastar Hotel ci ha conquistati a tal punto che abbiamo deciso di prolungare il nostro soggiorno. Nulla è cambiato: l’hotel continua a profumare di pulito, la camera è confortevole, il letto comodissimo e il balcone è un piacevole valore aggiunto. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo partecipato anche alla serata organizzata dall’hotel con buffet mauriziano e spettacolo di Sega: un’esperienza che consigliamo davvero! Il cibo era molto buono, con piatti tipici ben preparati, e lo spettacolo è stato divertente e coinvolgente. Gli artisti hanno saputo coinvolgere anche noi ospiti, facendoci ballare e rendendo la serata ancora più speciale. Vorrei inoltre spendere una parola sulla colazione, perché sinceramente non capisco le recensioni negative che parlano di un buffet poco vario o di scarsa qualità. Noi l’abbiamo trovata ricchissima, con prodotti freschi e di ottima qualità, sia dolci che salati. Era talmente abbondante che spesso, dopo una colazione così, abbiamo tranquillamente saltato il pranzo! Mio marito, in particolare, è diventato “dipendente” dalle loro crepes con banane caramellate al rum… una vera delizia! Grazie ancora a tutto lo staff del Seastar Hotel per aver reso il nostro soggiorno a Mauritius ancora più bello. Un posto che consigliamo senza esitazioni e dove torneremmo molto volentieri.

Sto ancora soggiornando al Seastar Hotel e sento il desiderio di ringraziare personalmente tutto lo staff per l’accoglienza e la gentilezza dimostrate. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Happy, che alle sette del mattino ci ha accolti con un sorriso e ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa, dopo essere fuggiti da una situazione davvero disastrosa. La sua disponibilità e attenzione nei nostri confronti sono state preziose; ci hanno persino offerto la colazione, un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. L’hotel profuma di pulito, la camera è confortevole, il letto è molto comodo e il bel balcone è un valore aggiunto. La colazione è varia e molto buona. Grazie ancora a tutto lo staff per aver trasformato un momento difficile in un soggiorno piacevole e sereno. La vostra gentilezza fa davvero la differenza. ❤️

Es ist sehr zentral, man kann gut überall zu Fuß auch an den Strand

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider insgesamt enttäuschend. Das Frühstück ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Es gab nur eine sehr geringe Auswahl, und teilweise waren Fliegen auf dem offen ausgelegten Essen. Außerdem war das Brot bereits gegen 10 Uhr vergriffen, obwohl das Frühstück offiziell bis 10:30 Uhr angeboten wird. Auch die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht zufriedenstellend. Besonders das Badezimmer war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und roch unangenehm. Unsere Hausschuhe waren nach kurzer Nutzung hinten stark verschmutzt. Selbst nach der Zimmerreinigung waren noch Haare auf dem Boden zu finden, sodass der Eindruck entstand, dass nur oberflächlich gereinigt wurde, insbesondere das Bett gemacht wurde. Zusätzlich fiel im gesamten Hotel ein unangenehmer Geruch in den Fluren auf, was den Gesamteindruck weiter verschlechterte. Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel aus unserer Sicht nicht den Erwartungen hinsichtlich Hygiene, Service und Qualität.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Seastar Hotel. We arrived little early but the hotel manager allowed us early check in and offered complimentary breakfast also! We used this hotel as our home base to explore the entire island together, and it could not have been better. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was a great start to our day, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful especially Louven and happy singh. The location is really what sets it apart. The beach is very near, but the neighborhood itself is completely quiet and feels very safe. It’s also incredibly convenient, with a supermarket and plenty of great restaurant choices just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

A very disappointing experience. During our stay, 6,000 Mauritian Rupees went missing from our room. We are confident the cash was in the room before breakfast and was gone afterwards. We reported the incident to the hotel and requested an investigation. Regardless of the outcome, discovering missing cash in a hotel room is extremely concerning. It left us feeling unsafe and unable to trust the security of the property. Because of this incident, we would not choose to stay here again.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön angelegt, klein aber fein. Das Personal ist herausragend - immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, besonders Happy und Laven! Durch die tolle zentrale Lage ist es nachts ab und zu etwas lauter - was aber die tollen Menschen, die dort arbeiten, eindeutig wett macht 🤗 wir worden auf jeden Fall nochmal dort buchen, wir haben uns sehr willkommen und aufgenommen gefühlt - vielen lieben Dank nochmal für alles!

Friendly staff, thanks to Happy for taking great care of us the morning we arrive after our long flight. Good location, nice rooftop bar and good breakfast including omelettes freshly made with ingredients you choose.
