booked 3 rooms, one of the room got short socket issue. Called and nobody come after 2hours, then go reception desk and request to change room but get rejected, and technician only come after few hour, very slow response. Reception and Standard room at another building(just cross the road) but quite confused if come first time

Been told there is a designated area for smoking since all rooms are non smoking room. I did smell the cigarette smell few time at night. But I guess as they told me, they make sure they clean the odour as fast as possible. Just a personal preference, just dont like the smell. But they did a good job try to keep the air fresh.

Accessible room did not have any support bars or handles. Hand towels were provided on only 1 of my 7-day stay! Slope at entrance to hotel too steep for a wheelchair. Breakfast was a sad affair!

Room doesn't match the photo shown. The bathroom shower area and toilet bowls were not separated as shown in the photo. Everything gets wet. I'm picky on washrooms. I only use dry toilets.
