Had to change rooms due to malfunctioning card switch for electricity randomly cutting in and out. Bathroom in need of upgrade. Bidet gun leaked continuously causing running water sound all night.

Pensaba que estaría más cerca del aeropuerto. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente así que tuvimos que abrir ventanas para refrescar un poco la habitación.

Sometimes it’s a bit noisy to hear some of the costumer talking especially on a late night.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Wie bisher immer, so auch dieses Mal (Zimmer 206): Ein wirklich gutes Hotel mit hervorzuhebendem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in sehr guter Lage. Alles funktioniert. Praktisch ist auch das angeschlossene Restaurant. Gerne komme ich wieder.

I contacted the hotel 5 times via their hotel email and booking.com message portal five and a half hours before check in time, trying to get my first night stay rescheduled due to my Seacraft from Bay-Bay to Cebu being cancelled by the government because of typhoon weather warning and they could not be bothered to reply at all. I even tried to ring the hotel to which I got no response. When I got to the hotel after a stressful 24 hours of alternative travel arrangements and i asked them why they did not reply, they could not give me a straight answer. I asked them if they could do the admiral thing and endorse me a day of further stay if not a refund for the first night and after initially agreeing the following morning they denied it. I came down in the morning at 8:25am and seen all 3 staff members sitting down playing with their phones, looking oblivious to the fronk desk! It is protocol for a hotel to check emails on the hour every hour, including spam and junk emails to which their staff don't seem to want to do. The owner and management would need to take a long hard look at this set up and some staff members performance. It's totally unacceptable customer service.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026The rooms were spacious and tidy and the staff were extremely helpful.
Aside from the strong smell of the floor wax, the only thing I could think of was this guy wearing a white polo shirt who was present in the reception area when we arrived. We thought that he is one of the team leader as he was giving us this unpleasant vibe. For context, we arrived a bit early around 11am if im not mistaken and I asked one of the staff if we could leave our things while waiting for the check in time and she agreed. So, going back to the guy, when we were leaving our baggage, he looked at his watch twice and when he was trying to converse with us, he was not even looking at us. Upon check out, he was there again and to my surprise, he is only a college student doing on the job training🤦♂️.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026החדר מאוד נקי, הצוות נחמד, עוזר וזמין בכל בעיה. וויפיי עובד טוב בהתחשב בזה שסים מקומי ללא קליטה בכלל בחדרים.
יש מים חמים רק בכמה חדרים מסויימים במלון, הייתי צריכה לעבור בין חדרים אחרי שגיליתי לבד שאני בחדר רק עם מים קרים לאחר שטענו כי מדובר בבעיית מים שלא יודעים מתי תתוקן.

The pedestrian overpass to get to Robinsons. It was tougher than I thought. Great exchange rates at the money exchangers in Robinsons though.

Very basic, in a run down street, leaks in the building, work being carried out so there was constant banging all day, no fridge in the room, didn’t have the breakfast because you had to order everything the day before which I thought was weird so didn’t bother.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Very convenient location. Just a few minutes ride to SM Seaside and other landmarks. The family room is big and spacious. The beds are big and comfy. Soft pillows and bed. The bathroom is big as well. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast, although limited, is also good. :)
The only downside during my stay was the wifi. The connection in my room waa slow and it keeps on disconnecting. The smart TV also was of almost no use because it doesn’t connect automatically to the wifi and the wifi connection was not so strong.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Friendly staff. The elevator was broken when we checked in. They were not able to repair it immediately so the ladies in the front had to carry our luggage up to the 5th floor.
AC does not seem to work well. It is still hot in the room despite setting the AC to 16c. Also, rooms are dark, not enough lighting.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026Sehr gutes Frühstück, großes helles tolles Zimmer. Das sehr freundliche Personal hat uns den Fahrer nach Moalboal gebucht. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Kreuz und Fort sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Nachts eine komische Gegend, haben uns unsicher gefühlt. Tags war es ok.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2026It was okay once we got the room cooled off, if the motel key is not in the slot inside the room the air condition does not work, it was extremely hot and took a bit to cool off but after that everything was okay. Breakfast was decent. Staff were amazing justin have very many things to do.
Mostly the air conditioner arriving in the room after a 22-hour flight, most definitely hot, location was a bit off
