I booked the hotel online for three rooms for five adults—two 10-year-olds and a 2-year-old. All details are in the booking, and I specifically searched for a hotel that included free breakfast for everyone. I chose the rate with free breakfast, and the total came to 14,640.23 Philippine pesos. I reserved the hotel for a family trip under my sister’s name, Irene Pedralba. When they arrived, they were asked to pay more—17,238.90—because they said that was the only available room. I’m surprised with the discrepancy of price between the app and paying at the property. And I’m so disappointed because why it said “breakfast included” when it was limited to two people per room, which wasn’t specified in the policy. I clearly selected the room with free breakfast, and I have a screenshot of my booking showing I carefully checked for free breakfast. My sister was surprised because she was asked to pay for one person when she went down with my family for a breakfast , cost over 500 Philippine pesos, which she paid

I don't like wet shower idea the water goes everywhere when you take a shower, the towels are really old, no shower cap and could do with one more extra toilet roll and they only supplied you just one and could do with a bit better breakfast , there was no tea just coffee, just very cheap basic breakfast.

Only if we haven’t seen the rat running around the restaurant everything else was good . One thing as well the Swimming area should be strictly supervise specially if there are children involve . We are disgusted specially my kids when we arrived at the roof top 2 young boys swimming and running around naked ( probably 6 & 5yo) in front of an old white man. The Mum was just seating quietly on the side and left the two boys running around with their private parts exposed being watch by the old white man. Reported it to the Manager. Hope serious action was taken for that incident that it won’t happen again and children should be always stay safe using their facilities.

Breakfast could have a little more selection. Food off menu was good. Door men were well connected with taxi drivers and no scamming that I observed. Up and back from the night life was quick and easy.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Vi ble godt mottatt når vi kom, bagasjen ble tatt inn i resepsjonen og innsjekkingen gikk fort unna og personalet var imøtekommende og hyggelige og rommet var stort og det var rent. Frokosten var. Utmerket og selv om det var mange frokost gjester så ble det fylt opp med mat ganske fort og maten smakte godt og utsjekk gikk også greit unna 😃👍

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Very convenient location which is central to everything. Easy for trnasportation both public and taxis, nearby grocery options and walkable sites. Good breakfast buffet. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We got upgraded for free which was a nice touch and they refilled our water bottles everyday. Would recommend if you're wanting a central location near the capitol site.
