The was a very strong (and not pleasant) perfume smell along the corridors - I wasn't sure if it was actually the cleaning product from the hotel itself or something else, but if it was from the hotel I hope they look into using a better one as it was overpowering and unpleasant.

The staff was very nice and the beach upfront is wonderful. The buffet in the night , the chef specially made me a chicken tom yum as I am allergic to seafood and then he made me a small batch if noodles....very nice of him...i think his name was Imtiaz . Thank you !

The pool was not as clean , the hotel is old and not renovated , our room had a musty old smell ( which I hate) . The bathroom is also old . So badly needs some renovation . The food at lunch was below average and even the buffet dinner was just about ok....I of course had to innovate and the chef was very kind and i had a decent meal. And for all this I thought it was expensive .

My family had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza Duqm twice within the same week, and both stays exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel offers spacious and immaculately clean rooms, a stylish design, a relaxing atmosphere, and a wonderful breakfast selection each morning. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to Ms. Priyanka from the Front Office team. Her warmth, professionalism, and generosity made our stay even more memorable when she kindly upgraded our family to a beautiful sea-view room. We truly appreciated her exceptional hospitality. I would also like to recognize Ms. Shanti from the restaurant team, who went above and beyond to assist us and thoughtfully arranged a discount for the dinner buffet. Her dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. The biggest shout-out goes to Chef Banda, who showed extraordinary kindness to our little one by preparing a special pizza and serving fresh grapes exclusively for our baby. Such thoughtful gestures create unforgettable family memories and reflect the genuine care that defines true hospitality. The professionalism, kindness, and dedication demonstrated by the entire team made our stay truly outstanding. Crowne Plaza Duqm is a shining example of world-class hospitality, and we are incredibly proud to have experienced such exceptional service. Thank you to everyone who made our family feel so special. If you are looking for a getaway to relax then this is the place to be as the place is peaceful and not much people around. Amazing location with beach front view. Nice and comfortable rooms with a coffee shop and a restaurant. my kids and family loved the experience staying here. Also the chef at the souq restaurant took good care of us while dining there.

The beach could be developed more with a nice sitting area.

J’ai moins aimé l’odeur d’humidité dans les chambres, placer des diffuseurs d’encens dans les chambres seraient très agréables

Super saubere und geräumige Zimmer Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren trotz wenigen Gästen überfordert. Der Check-in Vorgang hat lange gedauert, das von uns gebuchte Abendessen konnte systemseitig nicht gefunden werden und die Zimmer mit Verbindungstür waren um 16 Uhr noch nicht verfügbar.

Die Zimmer in der Hose sind sehr großzügig und sehr bequem eingerichtet. Wir kommen hier jedes Jahr zum Zwischenstopp für ein Nacht. Das Abend unfd Frühstücksbuffet im Hotel ist ein Traum von viel Vielfalt. Der Fitnessraum und das Pool sind, wie die Lage am Meer etwas besonderen. In der Nacht hört man wunderbar das Meer rauschen

Frühstücksbuffet, Dinnerbuffet 110% SUPER TOLL! Die gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sauber und gross, Betten klasse, Bad perfekt, jedes Zimmer hat kleinen Balkon. Nicht billig, aber jeden Euro wert! Zum Wohlfühlen

Der Sandstrand ist wunderschön, aber es kommt Fels darunter hervor. Auf jeden Fall Badeschuhe mitnehmen. Der Strand voller Muscheln, ein Riesenspass!

Miután szóltunk hogy nem azt a szobát kaptuk, amiért fizettünk - azonnal cserélték. Jobb lett volna 600 km vezetés után ezt kihagyni… Volt csapolt sör 🍺😀 A vacsora kiváló volt

18 fokra léhűtötték a szobákat amik a közel 100% páratartalom mellett kissé túlzó volt.

Неплохой вариант на пути между салалой и маскатом. Очень достойный завтрак. Приветливый персонал. Номера старые, но добротные. Просторно, большой балкон. Красивый бассейн, но прохладный.

На пляже стройка, очень шумно. В отлив море убегает за камни и купаться невозможно. Невкусный room service. Дверь на балкон не закрывалась до конца.

We spent two nine consecutive nights at this hotel. Though it doesn’t offer much in terms of luxury, which presumably is the whole point since it’s surrounded by oil/gas companies, yet it still is a heaven for locals and visitors alike as there is hardly any alternative for hundreds of miles. Staff couldn’t be more courteous or helpful. I even got an upgrade for the second stay, which was rather thoughtful.

Lack of dining options…

All staff are very friendly, big thanks to Mr. Sabin and Mr. Said Handhali. Variety in the breakfast was good and delicious.

Great place to stay at when you’re in Duqm or traveling through. Service was very good, the staff was very friendly and attentive. We had a room with a private balcony that we could’ve enjoyed the sunrise from (if we had managed to get up on time ;)).

Nice location, good pool and great access to the beach. Food was good and staff very attentive. The room was nice but a bit humid and I do not like the carpet.

Room decor was not as nice as the rest of the facilities.

L'extérieur est magnifique : le jardin, la piscine. Belle salle de sport. Un accueil professionnel et sympathique de l'équipe ! Un PDJ hallucinant et excellent !

The staff at the hotel are wonderful. They really went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing.We had a wonderful view of the pool,garden and sea.The food was top notch. If you are staying in Duqm, I highly recommend Crowne Plaza.

La struttura è in ottima posizione sul mare e potrebbe essere paragonabile ad un 5 stelle se non fosse per piccoli difetti dovuti alla necessità di piccole manutenzione (ad es. finestre scorrevoli con qualche difficoltà di apertura). Noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte in trasferimento. La città è basata sulla lavorazione del gas estratto e stanno sviluppando l'aspetto turistico. Comunque camera molto elegante e grande con tutti i servizi immaginabili ed una meravigliosa vista sul camera ad un eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Cena e colazione da 5 stelle

On our way from Wadi Bani to Salalah we stopped at Duqm for 2 nights in Crowne Plaza. Luxury hotel that is not to busy. Breakfast and diner are perfect. All we needed to recharge for the long drive to Salalah.
