Nice location, clean spacious rooms,multi-options breakfast and friendly staff.

Windy weather in summer

Breakfast included was good. Rooms are big, had a nice garden in back where we were free to relax. Staff were nice and location is convenient if you're doing a costal drive down to Salalah.

Pool was a bit small and beach is a walk and a cliff away.

It was my first time staying at this hotel. The place is very quiet, beautiful, and I loved everything about it. Special thanks to the reception staff and particularly to Rvi for being so nice and helpful!

The staff was very nice. The chalets were very comfortable and spacious that gave us a great relaxing stopover.

The food at the restaurant was average, and way more expensive than expected, after traveling all around Oman and comparing value for money. This could be improved considerably, with fewer menu option/dishes and higher quality in those options.

Lovely clean accommodation and comfortable bed. One night stay on the way to Salalah. Had a seafood platter to share and it was tasty. Breakfast was also good. Staff professional. Good friendly service.

The ambience of the restaurant for dinner is not what I would associate with a hotel ... it was like a brightly lit cafe, but in fairness at another time of year when the wind was not blowing there is lovely seating outside where one can sit and enjoy a meal.

Wir hatten ursprünglich im Nachbar Hotel gebucht. Während der Monsunsaison war es jedoch zu einem plötzlichen Schaden an dem Hotel gekommen und wir mussten auf dieses Hotel umbuchen. Die Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und haben uns sehr gut geholfen und direkt drei Zimmer vermittelt, immerhin waren wir mit fünf Personen unterwegs. Die unkomplizierte Art und das sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis waren ausgezeichnet, so dass wir mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden waren. Die Lage ist sehr schön direkt am Ozean. Die Zimmergrössw ist sehr gut und die Zimmer selber sind gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal im Restaurant war ebenfalls sehr gut. Sollten wir nochmal nach Duqm kommen, werden wir hier erneut einchecken.

L appartemento offre piu spazio e comodita' rispetto alla camera di albergo. Il giardino e' ampio e si puo ampiamente camminare.

La spiaggia e' lontana e poco praticabile, sarebbe opportuno ampliare la strada ed avere un servizio shuttle. Ristorante e piscina sono molto lontani rispetto all appartemento. La struttura nonostante avesse a disposizioni unita' libere ha preferito assegnarci un appartamento molto distante dai servizi.

Centrally located with friendly staff. The facility is close to the beach. It's clean and well-maintained.

There was no lifeguard or pool staff, and no towels were provided. Breakfast was very basic. It was difficult to locate the reception, we initially went to the restaurant and had to return to the entrance. There was no security or staff available to guide us.

Nicely maintained accommodation. The rooms / apartments are quite spacious. Decent breakfast for hotel of this size / category.

距离海边很近。 一层小联排，门口独立车位。 早餐也不错。 但是去市区还需10公里，吃饭不是太方便

A reggeli és a vacsora is ízletes volt, nagy választékkal, ajánljuk a félpanziót. A medencét és a jacuzzit nagyon élvezték a gyerekek. A tengerpartra kijelölt sétányon kell lesétálni (kb. 5 perc), ki van írva, hogy nem szabad úszni (nincs őr, életmentő, senki), de simán be lehet menni a tengerbe a köveken és a hullámok ellenére lehet úszni. A turisták közül legtöbben átutazóban csak 1-2 éjszakát töltenek a szállodában, mi 3 éjszakát maradtunk, nagyon nyugodt volt, kevesen voltak, ezt nagyon élveztük. A közelben található rock gardent muszáj meglátogatni, főleg naplementében csodálatos.

A szobánk teraszán nem voltak kerti bútorok, hiányoltuk, de lehet azért nem raknak ki, mert egyik este szellőztettünk, egy terasz ajtót nyitva hagytunk és rengeteg szúnyog jött be (lehet a locsoló rendszer, visszamaradó víz, állandó nedvesség miatt vannak szúnyogok), órákig kerestük éjszaka a szúnyogokat szoba falain, hogy lecsapjuk őket. Erre felhívhatták volna a figyelmet a recepción, hogy éjszaka ne szellőztessünk. A végszámlán rengeteg olyan tétel lett felszámolva, mely a booking.com foglalás összegéből nem derült ki, lényegesen drágább lett így a szállás ára.

Thanks to Vijay kumar for room service. He is a hard worker, respectfull and love his work. I appreciate his work to keep the hotel room clean and neat.

Property is at walking distance to sea shore, quite & peaceful place. Great staff. All amenities available within the premises.

Location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay in the mid point driving from Salalah to Muscat. We stayed at Chalet for one night, and honestly we could have stayed a few more nights as it was so specious and comfortable. Beach was not an ideal beach as it was in an industrial town, but still, the area was so quiet, and sunset and sunrise was stunning. We did enjoy walking on the beach. Staff were all extremely kind and helpful.

Unser Zimmer war von der Größe her hervorragend. Auch mit dem Whirlpool. Beverly und Khalid vom Personal bei den Restaurants waren außerordentlich nett und offen auch unseren Kindern gegenüber.

Die Küchenausstattung in der Küche des Zimmers war quasi gar nicht da. Alle Schränke waren leer. Gerade für eine Küche sollte eine Grundausstattung da sein. Die Matratzen waren mega mega hart. Zu hart!!!

Chalet wirklich behindertengerecht, wie angekündigt, v.a. das Bad. Tolles Personal, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, grade für meinen Mann als Rollstuhlfahrer.

Die Preise für Getränke am Pool sind extrem überteuert ) Rial für 1 Lemonsaft und 1 Kaffee), zumindest zu teuer auch das Dinner. Den Strand sieht man nur aus der ferne, muss mit dem AUto fahren, dann ist er allerings herrlich (einsam und sogar ziemlich sauber),

Sehr schönes Zimmer, hervorragendes Frühstück und Dinner-Buffet.

Pool wurde gerade renoviert, Strand zwar schön, aber nicht zum Baden geeignet. Guter Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Salalah, aber die Umgebung lädt nicht zum Bleiben ein.

In short, the restaurant staff are veey friendly, polite, professional and attentive ( I'd like to give a special mention to Beverlyn). The vleaning staff is very responsible and organized (Vijay is a good example). Regarding the food, I consider it is excellent. I always enjoyed every dish served at the buffet and on the restaurant menu. I would like also to highlight Chef Rasheed Hamza, who always showed a special interest in ensuring his dishes met my expectations. It certainly seemed that wsy. The garden, yard and accommodations are very comfortable and clean. I hope to return soon.

Freundliches Personal Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet Schönes Badezimmer

Die Klimaanlage und das Notausgangszeichen im Zimmer haben sehr hell geleuchtet. Die Matratze war eher auf der härteren Seite.

Good service, housekeeping and Mr. Bindubivas very helpful regarding any problems you face within hotel room premises. Nice F&B variety and sea view.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit Appartments und Terrasse. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut, sehr freundliches Personal. Khaled war sehr aufmerksam und unterstützte bei der Essensauswahl.

Die große Terrasse war leider nicht nutzbar, da keine Stühle und Liegen vorhanden. Die Terrasse sah eher aus, wie noch nicht fertig gestellt- mit Bauabfällen und keine Begrünung. Am Pool war es so laut, dass man sich nicht unterhalten konnte. Der DJ hatte die Musik voll aufgedreht und es dröhnte aus den Lautsprechern. Auch als wir am Vormittag allein am Pool waren, wurde die Musik so aufgedreht und zudem noch in der gegenüberliegenden Bar ebenfalls. Das war ausgesprochen rücksichtslos uns als Gästen gegenüber. Personal hat auch nicht unterbunden, dass Bierflaschen in den Pool genommen wurden.

Facilities like washing machine available, but soap pods not provided. Apartment came with terrace but no chairs or loungers. Chairs were provided later once we requested.

Bar service excellent, Mr Ravi was a great host. Definite visit, will come again for good time, he made the visit relaxing.

We decided to spend a day here during our trip from Salalah to Muscat . Mr Naser at the reception insured we have all our needs met . The staff at the restaurant and the breakfast team were also very helpful.
