السرير ناقصك ملحن لانه من النوع الراقص ازعاج أعمال البناء المجاوره للمبنى اغلب الخدمات بالسيارة مثل مغلسة ملابس 24 س سوبرماركت ويمكن الاعتماد ع خدمات التوصيل لكونك ع شارعين رئيسين اليوتير بعيد

Exceptional hospitality by the staff specially Mr Mahboob. Great location close to the metro.

There is some construction work around the hotel so some noise.

تعامل الموظف حيث انه تم التمديد ساعتين وقد صعد الي الغرفه لكي ادفع اول مره في حياتي اقابل نفس هذا الموقف طلبت فاتوره الي اليوم الثاني لم اتحصل عليها بحجت ان فرريق الماليه يتمتع باجازه

The location was convenient, and the replacement apartment was reasonably clean. However, these positives did not make up for the misleading booking experience, the wasted time, and the poor handling of my complaint.

My experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The apartment I was initially given did not match the unit, view, or specifications advertised and paid for at the time of booking. In my view, this was a clear misrepresentation of the accommodation. Instead of receiving what I booked, I had to complain repeatedly, wait for the issue to be handled, and waste a significant part of my stay moving my belongings to another apartment because of a mistake that was entirely on their side. What made the situation worse was that management later treated my acceptance of the replacement apartment as though I had waived my right to compensation. I never agreed to waive any rights or close the complaint without fair compensation. Providing a replacement apartment was not compensation; it was merely a delayed correction of their original failure. The inconvenience, disruption, and loss of time had already occurred, yet they still refused to take proper responsibility or offer a fair resolution. The most concerning part was their attempt to avoid accountability rather than apologise and handle the matter professionally. Based on my experience, I would not trust the advertised photos or description without obtaining written confirmation of the exact apartment number, view, and specifications before booking.

Furniture is old and need renewable. We faced issues with the elevators and didn't get fix for more than 3 weeks

كانت إقامتي في ليل ومنام للشقق المخدومة جيدة جدًا. الموقع مناسب للمسافرين عبر طريق الرياض، والشقة كانت نظيفة ومريحة. أشكر موظف الاستقبال عاطف على حسن تعامله وابتسامته وتعاونه. تجربة جميلة، وأرشح المكان لمن يبحث عن إقامة مريحة ونظيفة

Clean and good staff

They asked me to pay 500 SAR as an insurance which I wasn’t prepared to pay. The bed very low but fine.

The room was spacious with a comfortable layout, and the high ceiling made it feel even more open. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its convenient location, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it very easy to get around the city. The best features of this place were the excellent air conditioning, strong Wi-Fi, and consistently hot shower water, which was especially appreciated during a longer stay. I also really liked the fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils. The staff were friendly, professional, and quick to resolve any issues. A special thanks to Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Khalil, who responded promptly to my concerns and resolved them efficiently. His excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable.

The main area that could be improved is the sound insulation between the rooms. However, the hotel has a quiet hours policy from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM, and thanks to the residents respecting this policy, I could barely hear any noise during my stay. I would also recommend replacing the current curtains with blackout curtains to better block sunlight, and upgrading the mattress to a firmer, higher-quality one for improved comfort. For guests staying for extended periods, it would be helpful to provide basic cleaning supplies, as housekeeping is only provided once a week. Finally, adding an air purifier and humidifier would further enhance the comfort and overall guest experience.

​I had a wonderful experience staying at Stella Stays. The location is absolutely perfect, and the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. ​What truly made the stay memorable, however, was the incredible hospitality. The entire staff was very nice, but a special shoutout goes to Abdulaziz. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and remarkably supportive. Any time I needed assistance, he was highly responsive and went above and beyond to help. ​I highly recommend this place and will definitely look to stay here again!

حجزت غرفه نوم مع صاله واطلاله على المدينة ودفعت مبلغ اضافي عن الشقق الاستاندر عشان الاطلالة زي ماهو معروض بالصور اللي بالشقه ومع الاسف طلع ماهو حقيقي وعطوني غرفة بالدور الثاني، ولما طلبت فوق قال مافي شيء متوفر.؟؟؟ طيب ليه دافع زياده انا ؟

I love Everything about the property . It feels homy and cozy,The facility is clean inside out. I booked several times in this place and tried different rooms and none of it disappointed me . The receptionists were all kind and accommodating and the maintenance were easy to ask for help and very polite . I wished i have a lot of money to stay here forever 🥺

كنت احتاج تنظيف الغرفه اليوم الثاني لاني حاجز يومين ولم يتم ذلك بحكم سياسه الفندق فقط الأسبوعي يتم التنظيف .. هذا فقط لكن باقي الأشياء طيبه

انا حجزت في فرع العليا ولاكن ما توفر المكان و نقلوني فرع الملقا ماشالله تبارك الرحمن من اجمل الشقق .. و بخصوص الموظفين عبدالعزيز الخليل و هاني النخلي اهنيكم ع هالاسلوب و التعامل الجميل و الراقي .. الله يعطيكم العافية و لنا لقاء اخر باذن الله

Apartment with all comforts and clean

There is a lot of construction work around the building, with worksites operating day and night, which creates constant noise. At the end of the day, there is regularly no staff at the front desk. Between new arrivals, delivery people, and other requests, it often takes a long time before someone is available. We are asked to use their application for any request, but it does not always provide concrete help. For example, I had to wait about 30 minutes to retrieve my luggage and at the end I had to go and find a member of the maintenance staff myself in order to resolve this issue.

The shower water cut multiple times, the parking is so tight it's horrible for big cars

In short if you’re a light sleeper, look elsewhere. - bed sheets, bathroom and surfaces were exceptionally clean. - price was 30% less than surrounding hotels. - staff were tender and kind in their “words”.

- located in front of metro even at 6th floor train car and other cars noise is very loud. - walls are very thin “out of decency and respect this is all I can say”.

The hostel is very clean, and the staff are highly ethical and very helpful.

It is very far from all services such as grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping malls. There is no outdoor parking, and the underground parking is very dangerous to enter and exit, with a very narrow passage that causes damage to guests' cars.
