It was a wondwrful experience having to celebrate my anniversary at this hotel! Truly the best hotel! To my fellow muslim, alhamdulillah they only serve halal food for breakfast 🙏🏻

Nous y venons pour la 2eme fois et nous ne sommes pas déçu ! Même quand l’on fait des remarque telle que « je n’ai pas aimé la nourriture du resto aujourd’hui » ils font le nécessaire et le lendemain c’est super bon ! Ils sont très à l’écoute et au petit soin ! C’est un superbe hôtel ! Super qualité prix !

Staff was so rude no customer service skill not helpful when was told I suffer anxiety from height was told no room to move me and left to stay in the room as my anxiety was very bad n told me they are duly booked for the month when I told them I will a very bad review for ruining my holiday n I had a ring after saying they will move me the next day reception staff need a lot of training as lack of manner

Nous avons adoré l’emplacement, la plage, les piscines, le personnel, la chambre, le restaurant, le lit gigantesque est très confortable.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas plus de rangement et plus d’espace dans la chambre

J'ai aimé le lit qui est immense. J'ai aimé la piscine qui est magnifique.

Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié qu'un membre du personnel vienne nous réveiller en pleine nuit à 4h du matin, le 24/08/26 pour faire le "check out". ma fille mineure était complètement paniquée: elle a hurlé dans la nuit MAMAN QUELQU'UN TENTE DE RENTRER DANS NOTRE CHAMBRE 😱 .il a fait une erreur de chambre mais ensuite nous n'avons pas pu dormir. Il n'y a eu aucun geste commercial de la part de l'hôtel pour s'excuser alors que nous avons perdu cette nuit, ma fille n’a jamais pu se rendormir et moi non plus. C'était effrayant. L'hôtel est assez éloigné de tout donc il faut prendre des taxis chaque jour pour se balader. Il faut traverser la rue pour aller à la plage. Je n'ai pas été impressionnée par le petit déjeuner pourtant très cher. Et surtout j'aurais souhaité une télécommande pour la climatisation pour pouvoir la régler de mon lit, il faut se lever pour éteindre allumer ou réduire. Nous avons eu également un souci avec une prise près du lit de ma fille qui ne fonctionnait pas et une personne est venue immédiatement la réparer. Je n'ai pas aimé non plus les portes vitrées des toilettes et de la douche ce qui permet aucune intimité pour la toilette et pour les besoins.

اخذت سويت بمسبح خاص ولكن لا انصح ابداً، المسبح صغير جداً ولا توجد به خصوصية ابداً، مطل على الشارع و يوجد عمال صيانه في سقف المبنى المحاور.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well maintained. It is quite unassuming from the outside — I actually wondered at first if I had arrived at the wrong place — but the moment you walk past reception and see the inner pool area, it is stunning. Everything was extremely well looked after, and staff were constantly maintaining and taking care of the property. The staff were absolutely delightful throughout my stay. The food was also very good, and I particularly loved the bar and pool bar area (and admittedly enjoyed quite a few cocktails there!). My room was comfortable and well equipped, with a kettle, fridge and a very good smart TV. I especially appreciated that the fridge was restocked every day. There is also a lovely beach directly across the road and a 7-Eleven nearby. Overall, I genuinely really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again.

There were only a few small things I would improve. The food and drinks were a little expensive compared with other places in Phuket, although the quality was very good. The location is also quite far from Phuket City, so it can take around 20 minutes by car depending on where you are going. This is worth keeping in mind if you plan on travelling back and forth frequently. Inside the room, I would really recommend adding some extra hooks or dedicated towel rails. With swimming and beach towels, there wasn’t really anywhere convenient to hang wet towels without using the rail intended for robes and clothing. A proper luggage rack or space for larger suitcases would also be useful, as mine mostly had to stay on the floor.

Disappointing stay – Hygiene and Noise Issues ​Our recent 5-night, 4-day stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. ​Cleanliness Issues: From the moment we checked in, we felt the room was not properly cleaned. Throughout our entire stay, the hygiene standards were very poor. The bed linens and towels had a very unpleasant, musty odor. Additionally, the hotel corridors and the breakfast area suffered from persistent, off-putting smells, which made the environment very uncomfortable. ​Noise and Disturbance: The noise levels at this hotel were unacceptable. We were unable to sleep properly, even at night. Our room was located near the pool area, which meant we were subjected to constant noise all night long from staff preparing for breakfast and cleaning the kitchen areas—the sound of clattering dishes and loud conversations was incessant. Furthermore, the hotel seemed to allow large groups to play loud music and create disturbances without any regard for other guests. ​Dining Experience: We were very disappointed with the breakfast. Beyond the unpleasant smell in the restaurant, the food quality was poor. The coffee was not drinkable, and the overall experience discouraged us from having breakfast there at all. ​Facilities: While the hotel is located in a nice, peaceful area, the facilities are in poor condition. The gym is extremely small, poorly equipped, and did not meet basic standards. ​Overall, we did not get the rest or the quality service we expected. We left feeling that the hotel lacks proper management and attention to hygiene and guest comfort. I hope the management takes these points seriously to improve future experiences.

The whole resort needs a full refurbishment, I would not class this hotel as 5 stars definitely 3 star with all the rust and limescale! The pictures online made it look nicer than what it actually was!

The resort has a beautiful design and a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool area is stunning, and the facilities are well maintained. The staff were friendly, and overall the property looked great.

The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. It did not meet the standard I expected for a resort of this level. Everything looked nice, but the room could have been cleaned much better.

المعاملة سيئة جدا دفعة زيادة على الغرفة طلعتلي غرفة مطله على جدار و الاكل جدا سيئ.. موظفي الاستقبال لا يحترمون و ما بيعرفو يحكو مع الناس و يعملونك ب صوت عالي و لا احد يفهمك في الفندق حتى غزنة ثياب لاتوجد و الغرفة تدخل فيها الحشرات الاوتل غير نظيف والأكل 0 ليس جيد كل الاوتل على بعضو ما اعطيه 0
