Big rooms, comfy beds and air conditioning.

Neat and clean, and simple accommodation situated in an area where there were numerous cafes and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious and the bathroom was nice.

At night there was a weird smell coming out of the air conditioning for maybe an hour.

Tiện nghi vừa phải, nếu ở địa phương không phục vụ du lịch thì chỉ có giá = 1/2 là cao.

Squeaky clean great location by the water next to some cool restaurants and coffeeshops. We only stayed overnight for a quick stop over and it was perfect. Family run!

Расположение отеля для короткой поездки полностью устраивало, рядом достаточно кафешек, можно погулять, ознакомиться с городом, рядом рынок. Пляж не искали, был февраль, не сезон. Номер шикарный с большим обзорным окном с видом на город.

Отель немного подустал, есть проблемы с сантехникой, старенькая мебель.

Alles bisschen veraltet. Wir haben nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen. In der Zimmerbeschreibung hieß es Balkon mit Seeblick. Der Balkon hat gefehlt.

Quang en zijn vader zijn erg vriendelijk. Onze kamer lag op de 8ste verdieping en je had een verrassend mooi uitzicht. Ook is de locatie erg goed, voor drinken en eten op loopafstand. Taxi vanaf het station kost een paar minuten en ongeveer 70.000 dong, goed geregeld. Verder hadden wij geen tour geboekt naar Phong Nha en zochten wij een taxi, Quang besloot zelf om een dagje ons rond te rijden (tegen betaling uiteraard). Dit was geweldig!! Mega goede service en Quang is een hele leuke aardige man. We konden met hem over van alles praten, hij was van onze leeftijd, dus erg leuk. Daarbij is het hotel niet duur, dus zeker een aanrader!!

The location was perfect, right in the centre of the city. The room was big and had a nice view of Nhat Le river.

Room and all the furnitures were quite old, wet and not really clean. The toilet and bathroom had a very bad smell, may be because of the drain.

I love everything about this place. This is my second time staying here. The staff are friendly, the price is reasonable, and the room is clean, spacious, and filled with natural light. The bed is comfortable, and there’s plenty of space to relax. I couldn’t ask for more! This place is truly a gem, especially compared to other hotels in the neighborhood that charge higher prices for worse conditions.

Wir haben uns kurzfristig für dieses Hotel entschieden, um dem schlechten Wetter in Phong Nha zu entfliehen, außerdem hat unsere Unterkunft dort nicht gehalten, was die geschmeichelten Bewertungen versprochen hatten. Hier fanden wir ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, ein großes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon, zwei bequemen Doppelbetten, Kühlschrank, AC, TV und eigener Wäscherei per Kilo im Haus. Kommunikation per Übersetzer App und netten Gesten war problemlos. Phong Nha ist in 1 Autostunde zu erreichen, die Paradise Cave in 1,5 Autostunden. Dong Hoi verfügt über einen Regionalflughafen sowie einem Bahnhof mit den Zielen Hanoi und Ho Chi Minh City.

Minh was such a great host that we spent two nights here either side of our trip into the phong nha national park. Very comfy beds and huge rooms, wonderful host and lots of good restaurants in short walking distance

No negatives, all our needs were met!

Great value, large comfortable room

Location and staff. The owner’s son was very friendly and accommodating. We arrive very early morning around 6am and he let us check-in. When we were leaving Dong Hoi to grab our bus he told the grab driver where to drop us off. Definitely a great hospitality. There were lot of nice restaurants around.

Nothing comes to mind. The hotel seemed to be under renovation some bits but I’m sure that will be covered soon. Shower could have had a curtain but that might’ve just been our room.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Very helpfull people, I forgot to return the key from the previous hotel in Hanoi and he mailed it for me. Son speaks perfect English. Large room.

Hard to watch tv as it is on the side wall, but that's the only unused wall they had. And you don't really go on holidays to watch a movie anyway!

Excellent hotel, lovely modern large room with AC, TV, mini fridge and good shower with warm water. The owner, his son and all the other members of staff treat us like family rather than customers. They are very kind good people. Please if you come to Dong Hoi stay here you won't regret it. We will be back ❤️

Choosing this hotel was a great decision, the owner is a very nice person, as well as the entire hotel staff, very polite, nice and helpful. The owner had prepared a map for us with the most important attractions of the town, which was very helpful, he also offered us help in booking trips, recommended where to eat well and cheaply, and also arranged for us personal transport to the meeting point, from where we were leaving by bus to Hanoi. He extended our check-out by a few hours and took care of our luggage after check-out, so that we did not have to wander with luggage around the town. I have not met such cordial people as this hotel staff in the whole of Vietnam, we highly recommend this place, you will not regret it.

Had a really good night sleep in really comfortable beds! And the employee behind the service desk could speak english really well!
