Vị trí thuận lợi, trung tâm, có thể đi bộ ra bờ sông Nhật Lệ. Phòng ở, chăn ga gối đệm và nhà vệ sinh đều rất sạch sẽ

Vì phòng tôi đặt là phòng đôi cuối cùng còn lại nên chỉ có 1 cửa sổ bé kiểu ô thoáng, không có view, cửa phòng vệ sinh ngay thẳng cửa vào phòng. Nếu bạn đến đây chỉ để ngủ và đi chơi thì rất ok còn nếu ngồi chơi trong phòng thì sẽ không phù hợp vì sẽ bí. Tôi thấy các phòng khác trong villa đều có cửa sổ rộng, thoáng. Phòng khách sạch sẽ.

Nette schone kamer. Basic. Ze spreken geen Engels, maar met translate goed verstaanbaar te maken. Ze hebben ons heel goed geholpen met een geweldig behulpzame chauffeur.

Jammer dat je bij het op slot doen van je kamer ook de airco automatisch uitzet. In de hitte niet echt ideaal. Daarnaast zijn de foto's wel heel vertekend. Je kunt kamer met uitzicht op de tuin boeken. Er is een kleine patio voor het hotel, dat is de tuin. Er is niet heel veel meer. Als je dus een kamer met uitzicht op de tuin boekt, zit je voor aan de straat. Aan de achterkant is geen tuin. Het is niet lawaaiig.

Clean and fantastic value for money - we had an overnighter and was perfect. Manager didn’t have any English but enthusiastically used Google Translate to help us with anything we needed.

Was advertised as beachfront, was 300 metres from the riverfront, 3 kilometres from the ocean.

Great location. Great staff - they found me a bus back to Hai Phong. They spent a lot of time to research and phone around. They booked it for me. When I was at the bus station they turned up to make sure I was there. A great touch.

The room was filthy, the amount of dust, dead insects and even the sheets were not clean enough I had to pay for an early check in, to be checked in a dirty room

Beautiful clean and new property located so close to riverfront, restaurant and coffee shops had a wonderful 4 days exploring dong hoi and surrounding attractions. Highly recommended

Beautiful, spacious, spotless, airy and well presented. Large , bright bedroom and bathroom , well equipped with toiletries, towels, hairdryer . Lots of storage . The communal areas both inside and outside are an added bonus . Super comfy bed. Staff were very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend .

Minor things : No fridge in the room, though there is a fridge in the communal kitchen . Room Advertised as having patio /terrace but this was external to the room . It was in very close proximity so it wasn’t an issue .

Perfect stay for our day trip as a couple to Paradise Cave and the dark cave. Stunningly decorated rooms with large windows and with an ensuite bathroom. Very clean and quiet which made it a perfect base, plus a smart tv was a bonus to unwind with Netflix after a long day. Thank you to the hosts who were very accommodating and friendly!

Staff were friendly, but not helpful. For instance, they did not know how to get us a ride to Phong Nha.

The rooms was very nice and beds were comfortable. The room had air-conditioning which was good but took a while to cool the room down. We only met the staff on check in and once again on check out, they were happy for us to leave our bags on our check out day which was really helpful as we had a train later that day. Location was good and there are some nice cafes within walking distance. I would recommend staying here.

It would be good to have a small fridge in the rooms to keep water cold as it was 40°c when we stayed. Also a kettle would be good as we have had in previous homestays.

Very clean nice room! Lots of coffee shops around, not far from a beautifully quiet beach (30 min walk or short drive).

Really modern, clean and comfortable rooms in a quite area next to the seaside. We only spent one night, and it was pleasant.

The room was freshly painted, clean and had a lovely bathroom. We had use of a well equipped kitchen. We also had use of the balcony which we really enjoyed. Lovely walk to river and the local area had everything we needed and the locals really friendly and helpful. Can't recommend highly enough. Would stay there again.

This is a lovely place to stay. It is exceptionally clean, the room is large with a high ceiling, good aircon, and great bathroom. The wifi is strong and reliable. There’s a nice balcony upstairs overlooking to front garden and street. There are many cafes nearby for breakfast and guests are welcome to use the kitchen. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. We successfully used google translate to communicate which worked well. Dong Hoi is a lovely little town to visit and we highly recommend Lena Homestay!

If you are planning to visit Dong Hoi, just book this place. The location is outstanding and you can go walking almost everywhere from there. They have a laundry service for some dongs. Highly recommended!

Nothing to complain about this place, we were planning to stay only one night and after the first night we decided to stay one more to enjoy.

Rất tiện nghi, sạch sẽ. Tôi đã từng ở khá nhiều ksan khác nhau tại Đồng Hới. Từ 3 sao đến 5 sao. Tuy nhiên về sự sạch sẽ có thể các khách sạn 4 sao còn chưa đc bằng so với ở đây. Ga gối, đặc biệt khăn nhà vsinh rất sạch. Đây sẽ là địa điểm tôi lưu lại để lần sau tiếp tục thuê. Xung quanh ksan gần nhiều quán ăn, cafe tuy nhiên lại khá yên tĩnh, cảm giác như đang ở Hội An vậy.

An oasis in the desert for me…. Accommodation was perfect. Close to a river and the sea inlet for views and pleasant off-road walks. Nearby local market for fruit and veg. Several nearby restaurants of various cuisines. Lovely staff - most helpful and kind. I will try to stay again on my return journey back north.

Wat een fijne plek om te verblijven! De locatie is echt top en alles is makkelijk bereikbaar. De mensen van de homestay zijn super lief en gastvrij — je voelt je meteen welkom. De kamer was mooi, ruim en heel schoon, en de douche was echt heeeeurlijk 😍. Absoluut een aanrader als je hier in de buurt verblijft!

Nous sommes arrivées à 5h du matin car nous avons eu un problème avec notre bus et nous avons été très bien accueillies malgré l’heure tardive! Personnel très gentil et très réactif par message. De plus, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages la journée à la réception. Chambre très propre et bien équipée, on recommande!

Clean, quiet room. Good location near the river. Staff helpful. Stored our luggage when we went on a cave trip and ordered taxi to the station when we returned.
