アットホームな雰囲気の宿でとても居心地が良かった。ひとり旅であったが、運良く他のゲストと夕食に行くこともできた。 オーナー夫妻には、ツアーの手配をしてもらったり、タピオカ餃子の美味しいお店を教えてもらった。

近場に美味しいデザート屋さんが複数あり、ついつい食べすぎてしまう。

Esperienza davvero positiva, i proprietari sono stati disponibili, ci hanno prenotato un tour a Phong Nha e un trasferimento con macchina privata fino a Ninh Bihn. Per il viaggio ci hanno dato pure acqua e snacks. Inoltre colazione davvero abbondante e molto buona, camera pulita e accogliente, rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale

Accueil au top, la dame est incroyablement gentille, elle nous a même fait nos lessives. L’hébergement est vraiment top, chambre séparé de la salle de bain, grand couloir, gros balcon avec une vue magnifique. Tout était parfait. Je recommande ++++++++

La ragazza che ci ha accolta è stata dolcissima, ci ha permesso di rimanere fino alle 10 di sera in struttura aspettando il pullman e ci ha permesso di fare la doccia nel loro bagno. Ci ha anche offerto yogurt e caffè. Una persona deliziosa

Extraordinaire !! Un petit établissement très mignon, d'une propreté irréprochable, et surtout une équipe d'une gentillesse rare !! Un très bon emplacement également : plein de cafés, restos accessibles à pied, proche également des belles plages ... La gérante nous a organisé des visites selon nos envies et dont on a vraiment pu profiter ! Elle nous a même aidé pour notre trajet retour. Un établissement au-delà de nos espérances ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Our host was supportive and engaging in our needs, assisting us in any activities exploring Dong Hoi and surrounds. Facilities are homely and simple but provided and met all our needs, the place was very clean and the 4 of us slept very comfortably within the room . Dong Hoi was one of our favourite places to visit whilst in Vietnam, especially our day trip to Phong Nha Caves which was kindly arranged by the host when we arrived, our tour guide was excellent and very knowledgable. We enjoyed the slower pace and less touristy aspect of Dong Hoi and had fantastic and memorable local foods in the town whilst there. We also loved our home cooked breakfasts each morning!

Nothing, everything was above what we expected for a homestay and met our needs perfectly, we had a wonderful time and would visit here again if we come back to Vietnam in the future.

Le personnel était très accueillant, très à l’écoute. Y’avais un supérette dans l’établissement et le petit dej était super bon. Nous sommes arrivés à 4h30 du matin et à 5h la propriétaire est venu nous ouvrir et nous a proposé le canapé en attendant notre chambre, nous avons fortement apprécié le geste. Des excursions sont proposées par l’établissement, et on peut réserver la veille pour le lendemain À l’arrivée un plan de la ville avec des recommandations ( tourisme ou café/restaurant) nous sont fournis

La période on nous y étions il faisait particulièrement chaud et humide et la Clim ne fonctionnait pas mais nous avions un ventilateur et un déshumidificateur.

Everything was perfect. The room, the breakfast and dinner as well. Above all the hospitality and warm welcome. Unforgettable experience.

Super tolle liebe Vermieterin die bei allem hilft. Habe auch die tour nach phong nha bei uhr gebucht, die echt absolut super war. Das Zimmer auch sehr nett und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch hat sie uns spät abends essen sehr lecker gekocht weil wir im Ort nichts fanden. Die dachterrasse ist ein Traum. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Spacious room, balcony was lovely, breakfast was great and a nice distance to everything around. We were given a map to explore Dong Hoi which helped with the limited time we had.

Alles top. Sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Inhaber. Immer erreichbar per WhatsApp. Ich konnte spontan sogar auf 2 Übernachtungsgäste erhöhen, obwohl ich erst für mich alleine gebucht hatte.

I really liked this hostel. It was owned by a lovely family who were all very helpful. The hostel offers breakfast and dinner, as well as tours. I highly recommend staying here.

Siamo finiti in questa struttura per caso dopo aver cambiato i piani a causa dell’assenza di bus disponibili durante le festività del Têt. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e dolcissima e ci ha aiutato in ogni modo nel programmare la nostra permanenza a Dong Hoi ed i nostri successivi spostamenti. È stata lei a consigliarci l’escursione alle grotte di Phong Nha, davvero impressionanti e da non perdere! La camera non era grandissima ma pulita ed essenziale. La struttura è dotata di un minimarket all’ingresso e di una bella terrazza vista fiume. Buona colazione su richiesta.

This is the best place we’ve stayed during our two weeks traveling around Vietnam. The family that hosted us was so loving and welcoming that we truly felt at home. The owner, Hoài, and her husband went out of their way to help us book tours and bus rides, since we were planning a cave tour in Phong Nha, one of the most breathtaking places we’ve seen in Vietnam. They also provided us with a map of the city, and their personal recommendations were always spot on. The room we got was very clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony, which added to the charm of the stay. The whole experience was peaceful, and we had so much fun. Plus, my girlfriend even got the tastiest little pastries from our host Hoài on International Women’s Day, which was such a sweet surprise! 😁

Elképesztően kedves volt a házigazda, mindenben segített, tanácsot adott a kérdéseimet illetően. Nagyon finom palacsintát csinált reggelire, így nagyszerűen indult a napom és a szállásadómnál foglaltam a Dark Cave túrámat is, ahol hihetetlenül jól éreztem magam. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom a Dolphin Home-ot ha egy családias szálláson akarsz megszállni.

Hoài is the sweetest host you will ever find. I stayed 3 nights at her beautiful homestay, but I could have easily stayed for many more. From the moment I arrived, she has always made sure I had everything I needed. She gave me a very handy map of the nearby area with suggestions regarding what to do, the various sightseeing and where to eat. She has also recommended me an incredible tour in Phong Nha which I adored (and I'm not the one to ever do tours) and took care of everything. The breakfast was delicious (her omelette is the fluffiest, most delicious one I've ever had, to be honest) and she always invited me to have some snacks whenever I passed by (sugar cane, corn, bananas...). She let me use her bicycle for free whenever I needed it and kindly reheated (and beautifully plated) my leftovers a couple of times. The terrace overlooking the river is stunning and everything is very well curated. Her homestay is a real gem. Hoài also made sure to keep in contact with me to make sure I arrived at my next destination safely, which I was so very grateful about. The homestay itself is about 45km from Phong Nha, which is easily reachable by motorbike/local bus/private transfer. I was actually happy to have chosen a more quiet and out of the chaos homestay. Hoài has a big, big heart. I loved staying here and I would go back in a jiffy! I highly recommend Dolphin Home Homestay, you will not regret it!

Really well organized lodging, the owner that runs Dolphin House is wonderful and can help with any questions (no matter how insignificant).Location is excellent, cleanliness, l could go on! All that and as a cook of 40+ years l have to give a 5 star rating for her scrambled eggs! Will stay again next visit.

My room was in the back of the building and though it had light there was no actual view, make sure to book a view room

Struttura pulita e con tutto il necessario, bagno un po’ piccolo ma compensano perfettamente con il terrazzino affacciato sul lungo fiume. Colazione buonissima!

Sans aucun doute un des meilleurs logements que l'on ait pu avoir au Vietnam ! Les hôtes sont adorables et aux petits soins, avant même notre arrivée ils nous ont aidé à organiser un tour (au top je dois dire !) et un bus pour partir de leur logement (a prendre en avance avec les festivités de têt) Le petit déjeuner, non compris, est très abordable (60 000 d) et est vraiment très bon A la fin du tour que nous avons fait grâce à eux, ils nous attendaient avec un goûter Ils sont vraiment attentionnés et la chambre est propre et confortable. La salle de bain également et l'eau y est bien chaude !

Das Homestay hatte für einen kurzen Aufenthalt für nur eine Nacht alles was man braucht. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zugtickets wurden gebucht und die Kommunikation war perfekt. In der Nähe einige Restaurants und Bars.

Hoai is very friendly and provided lots of local recommendations for places to eat! Her English is great and the peanut butter coffee was delicious. The room was comfortable and quiet with great views. I was also offered a free upgrade to a bigger room although I didn't take it because I wanted the balcony view.

Nothing bad, there is no elevator so if you have problems with stairs it may be difficult for you.

It was in a good place and the owners were very nice and there was a grocery shop that was owed bye the hosts

I can’t think of anything other than there were not enough blankets but they solved that problem after being asked

Siamo stati solo una notte e i nostri host ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa, aspettandoci fino a tardi la sera dell’arrivo con una cena calda e ottima, proponendoci dei tour nella zona, accogliendoci fino a tarda sera il giorno del check out in attesa di un pullman mettendoci a disposizione servizi, doccia e preparandoci un’altra ottima cena a prezzi super convenienti. Ottima anche la colazione. Per quanto mi riguarda è stato bellissimo essere accolti in una casa dove vive una splendida famiglia, vedendo una quotidianità lontana dalla mia. Molto comodo e ben fornito anche il negozietto da loro gestito. La camera e il bagno erano puliti, il letto comodo, c’è a disposizione un ventilatore e un condizionatore in caso di necessità.

Personalmente nulla. Se danno fastidio i rumori alcune camere sono un po’ rumorose perchè affacciano su una strada ma nulla di esagerato. Ambiente rustico ma con l’accoglienza e il calore di questa famiglia questo aspetto passa decisamente in secondo piano!

Dong Hoi doesn't have much to offer, we just used it as a stopping point on our trip. Definitely stay at dolphin home if staying in dong Hoi though

Great location and the owner is very helpful and sorted out an issue for us with our train tickets but calling the station. Room was clean and tidy but aircon wasn’t great so very hot! We had a fan which helped a little.
