Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Great location, close to the old city center, silk street, lake, night market and puppet theaters. Quite big rooms, comfortable beds. Very helpful people at the reception. The breakfast was in the nearby building on the top floor with a view, good choice of food even though not to big. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back there.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji względem starego miasta. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z balkonem na 9. piętrze. Był bardzo czysty. Z balkonu rewelacyjny widok po zmroku. Winda dojeżdża na 8. piętro i jedno piętro trzeba pokonać schodami, ale obsługa chętnie wniesie cały bagaż, także nie stanowi to problemu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą na Whatsapp. Z wyprzedzeniem zarezerwowałem też u nich rejs dwudniowy po zatoce Halong Bay, który był rewelacyjny. Wszystko było bardzo dobrze zoorganizowane i koordynowane przez Whatsapp. W gratisie przywieźli nas też z lotniska. Zostawiliśmy też w hotelu bagaż do przechowania podczas naszej podróży po północnym Wietnamie na 6 dni, bez problemów. No i jeszcze coś o śniadaniu. Znajduje się na 10. piętrze w hotelu obok, nie jest to żaden problem tam dotrzeć, a śniadanie w formie bufetu (od 6:30) jest bardzo urazmaicone i obfite. Zdecydowanie polecam!

La dutxa no té cortina i no s'agafa bé al mànec. La iluminació és molt freda i no té llums per llegir.

surprenant, l'accueil de l'hotelest en fait la réception d'une agence de voyage. Ce n'est pas ce qu'on attend d'un hotel mais heureusement, le personnel est adorable et arrangeant. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas dans le même immeuble, il manque un peu de place (tables) si vous arrivez à l'heure d'affluence vers 8h30.….

Es difícil encontrar porque hay que entrar por una agencia de viajes (que luego nos resultó muy útil)

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026La posizione é perfetta per visitare la città. Lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile e ci hanno aiutato in tutto quello che abbiamo chiesto, addirittura facendoci fare la doccia molte ore dopo il check out.
Ci è rimasto difficile trovare la struttura perche non ben segnalata e al piano terra sembra un'agenzia di viaggio piu che un albergo.

Although breakfast was served at a different hotel, it exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. There was a good variety of food, and it was a great way to start each day.

Żeby was nie zmyliło, przejście do hotelu ale właściwie do windy hotelowej przebiega przez lokalne biuro podróży. Ale dla podróżnych z doświadczeniem to bułka masłem. OK

Le personnel est sympathique et au petit soin. L'option petit déjeuner à deux pas dans un autre bâtiment est juste extra. Pour le reste plein d'options possibles (taxi, lessive, excursions, ...)
C'est compliqué de ne pas apprécier cet endroit. Nous étions dans les chambres en hauteur qui peuvent préserver du bruit éventuel. Vous serez dans un coin très touristique pour information.

Petit déjeuner varié, très bien situé. Je recommande vraiment. Nous étions une famille de 3 personnes. Je vous recommande aussi de prendre vos excursions avec Ninh binh que propose l'hôtel ( guide tony)

Midnight airport transfer with proper arrangement, the transportation fee lower than grab. They packed breakfast for us to eat at the airport.

I think the AC in the 8th floor is not enough for the room size. But the electric fan did help to cool the whole room.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Ubicación, en pleno old quarter. Irás andando a todas partes. Es hotel y agencia de viajes, de hecho la entrada es la agencia, no la típica recepción de hotel. Con ellos cogimos desde casa el crucero a Halong Bay y genial, se encargaron de todo. Además nos ayudaron a pagar el taxi (los domingos la mayoría de cajeros están cerrados o sin dinero). Desayuno genial (se hace en otro lugar al lado). Aunque sin duda si hay que destacar algo son los recepcionistas y su amabilidad.

When I got to the property very late at night I couldn't see anyone there even though I was assured the reception was 24/7. In the end I only needed to knock and there was a person inside, so everything went well but it could have been a bit more clear
