En las fotos parece muy limpio, pero estaba sucio y descuidado en general. El ascensor no va a todas las plantas.

Great staff, very helpful. Central location. I forgot some luggage that was delivered to me in the airport by a Grab. Excellent service from the staff ❤️ so I didn’t lose my luggage and still was able to catch my flight. Comfy bed, clean room. Breakfast was so-so, and in another hotel, but basically it was okay.

Rather worn facilities. Only partially lift to the room, but staff brought up the luggage so no big deal. Shower with 15 L water heater had to be turned on manually. But it’s Old Quarter, has it’s charm. Coffee at breakfast was probably the weakest part of the breakfast, very weak, even to European standards.

* The furniture is old and needs renovation. * The bathroom has a persistent unpleasant smell, even when it hasn’t been used. * The stairs are extremely narrow, making it difficult to move around. * The elevator is very small and only starts from the first floor, which is inconvenient if you have luggage. * The wardrobe was not properly cleaned. It still contained personal belongings from previous guests, including deodorant and other items. * The street outside is very noisy throughout the day and even late at night, making it hard to rest. * Breakfast is not served inside the hotel. Guests have to leave the building and walk to another location. * The hotel’s main entrance is locked after 12:00 AM. If you return late, you have to knock on the door and wake up the receptionist to get inside.

We had a wonderful stay at Silk Hanoi Moment Hotel & Spa and were especially impressed by the outstanding staff. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s attractions, restaurants, and shops. A special thank you to the reception team, especially the ladies on the morning and evening shifts and the gentleman who assisted guests during the late-night hours—they were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay

The only minor inconvenience was that guests need to go up one flight of stairs before reaching the elevator, which can be challenging when carrying heavy luggage. We also noticed a slight odor in the bathroom, possibly due to a plumbing or pipe issue. These were relatively small concerns and did not significantly affect our overall experience

Na recepci byli nápomocni May, Jun Vu, vždy když jsem potřeboval s něčím pomoci, nebyl problém i přes to že neumím moc anglicky, vždy jsme se domluvili

Расположение. Убираются хорошо. Хороший завтрак в соседнем здании на очень интересной улице где можно увидеть самый настоящий Вьетнам.

Я забронировала улучшенный большой номер с балконом. Номер и ремонт и особенно ванная комната очень старые. Видимо фото были сделаны очень давно. При входе в номер встречал неприятный запах из ванной. Очень не понравилось что при выезде из отеля сотрудники хотели сами поставить себе оценку на букинге. Видимо поэтому у этого отеля высокий рейтинг. Я не знаю какие другие отели в городе Ханой. Мне не с чем сравнить, но в других городах Вьетнама отели за такую цену намного лучше.

Dès le matin, beaucoup de bruit à la réception, ça crie fort. Impossible de se reposer Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner dans un autre endroit, quelconque, et très basique. Il n'y a que les oeufs qui sont ok.

The staff was very appreciative an helpful an went above an beyond to accommodate us plus the breakfast each morning is always a plus they provide we only stayed for two days but from the bottom of my heart ❤️ they treated us like family

Excelente habitación para el precio que se pagó, el cuarto estaba bien amueblado, el hotel muy bien ubicado, desayuno bastante bueno y el personal es muy amable. Vale mucho la pena.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are what you can expect for 20€/night for 2 ppl. Breakfast was suprisingly good with small buffet and possibility to also order omelets and banana pancakes ala carte. Good coffee!! Overall 7/10.

Hôtel bruyant, dans la rue en face de l'hôtel mais aussi dans l'hôtel avec certains clients. Le personnel de l'hôtel n'est pas intervenu malgré ma demande et j'ai dû intervenir personnellement.

Great hotel and best staff and clean

People at the reception are amazing and did make sure to assist us to get the best Hanoi experience. They helped me by booking a transfert to the airport at 6am (same price that Grab) and did packed a take away breakfast for me.

The room and bathroom are little bit small but if you are looking for a place just to sleep its perfect!

The staff was very friendly and tried to help with all questions.Breakfast (in the neighboring building ,1 minute walk, not in the hotel itself) was modest, but quite tasty and fresh. The staff prepared breakfast quickly.

The room is large, but tired. It's clear it hasn't been updated in a while. The bathroom has old fixtures, and the water was constantly leaking. There are signs of dampness. If you're looking for a quiet room, this isn't the hotel for you. The soundproofing is poor, and it's very noisy in the evening.

Old, but clean and comfy! Excellent location, in the heart of everything, without any noise what's so ever.. rooms were spacious and sunny. staff was loveable, willing and ready to assist you in everything, anytime of the day and night!!! Roads around felt really safe.. would definitely suggest it

The hosts were lovely. The reception was always staffed. They helped with everything and it was important to them that I felt comfortable. I will definitely be back😊

Broken and dirty room. Room on 7th floor, but elevator only starts from 2 to 6. Stairs really really narrow, absolutely not comfortable with bags. Breakfast really bad. Breakfast place hot and without Aircon. Payment with card charge extra 5%.

Gem and her team were absolutely amazing, very welcoming and were there to help with any enquiries I had. The room itself was really lovely and had such a wonderful vibe to it. Great stay in a great location being right in the heart of the old quarter.

After a few days I fell a little ill and unfortunately had to cancel a tour I had already booked. But I plan on doing it next time I visit Hanoi

One of the cheaper stays in Old Quarter. Very walkable to many shops, street food and tourist spots. A working elevator.
