The common area provided free drinks all day, a space to reheat and eat food that we picked up at markets, ample seating for our group of 8, and a great pool to relax in at the start and end of the day. Our family room was clean, had all of the basic supplies, and a large TV. Ahead of our visit, I had asked the hotel to book a private van and driver for us, to visit Doi Inthanon National Park, and they did so with recommendations for the full-day itinerary that I wanted to plan. It was a great service.
The beds are quite hard, which some of us were really not used to. Also, some hooks in the bathroom would've been helpful, given the very small counter space.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Tanto la habitación como la piscina están geniales. El tobogán fue lo que más le gustó a mí peque. Además, la zona habilitada con mesas para poder tomar algo se agradece. Es cómoda y cuenta con microondas, termo de agua caliente, tazas y cubiertos. Estuvimos muy agusto y si volviéramos a Chiang Mai repetiríamos lugar, seguro.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026Modern, clean & quiet. The rooms are modern and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The pool is just like the pictures and my children enjoyed using the pool. Free water, juice, coffee and tea. You can also purchase alcohol and soft drinks at reception. The location is quiet and peaceful.
Space not utilised & lacks vibe. There is a beautiful space for a restaurant near the pool yet no food is served there? Just free water, juice and tea. Guests would eat there if it was actually open as there are not many options near the hotel for eating out. We had to go into old town for dinner. The cafe at the front doesn’t open until 9.30am & closes at 5pm. So if you’re out on a tour you can’t go there before or after your tour to eat. It’s also closed on Wednesdays. Website also says there is a bar but it’s not operational. It’s almost like all the plans were there but then they’ve fallen through.

The rooms are well maintained, with very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean floors, and a stylish, contemporary feel. The staff are generally friendly and attentive, contributing to a pleasant stay. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to leave my suitcase at the hotel while traveling outside of Chiang Mai for a few days.
WiFi was painfully slow and unreliable. There was a strange smell emanating from the bathroom.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026L'hôtel était très propre. Le mobilier au bord de la piscine étaient très pratiques : tables et chaises et lits suspendus à dispositions ainsi que des boissons à volonté (eau, jus de fruits, café...). Les chambres étaient grandes et design.
La piscine était très froide car elle n'est pas exposée au soleil. Nous n'avons pas su en profiter. Nous avions une chambre au 4 ième étage, les bruits de la tuyauterie dès qu'une autre chambre utilisait la salle de bain nous réveillaient en sursaut (Nous sommes pourtant habituées à dormir dans le bruit et l' agitation de la ville). Vous pouvez rajouter à ça les bruits des chambres voisines car il n'y a pas d'isolation (ronflements,...). L'hôtel nous a changé de chambre pour les nuits suivantes en nous mettant au 5ieme et dernier étage. Les bruits de tuyauterie étaient encore présents mais c'était plus supportables. Malheureusement, pour la qualité de sommeil, je ne recommande pas cet établissement. Malgré avoir checker les avis avant la réservation, je n'ai lu que très peu de personnes le mentionner.

La chose qui a gâché notre séjour à l'hôtel, c'est l'odeur d'égouts et de fosse sceptique qui était présente de manière très prononcée le matin et dans la journée. Quel dommage. Nous n'avons pas osé leur remonter l'info mais votre plate-forme le permettra.

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025Das Hotel liegt ein kleines Stück außerhalb der Stadt, aber trotzdem in einer sehr belebten Gegend. Für uns als Familie war es perfekt. Der Pool ist toll und eine gute Erfrischung. Es war toll, dass es Wasser, Osaft und Apfelsaft umsonst gab für die Zeit am Pool. Ein Kphschrank mit Getränken zum kaufen ist auch vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Roller die wir über die Rezeption gemietet haben waren sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sehr ruhig.
Die Betten sind sehr hart. Wir haben aber trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen.

C'est dommage qu'au vu des équipements et des espaces que l'hôtel dispose, ils ne soient pas exploités comme par exemple le petit déjeuner qui est en supplément a la carte, le café collé à l'hôtel qui ouvre seulement vers 8h et ferme déjà a 16h Pas de bar à l'hôtel La piscine était très froide La literie est très inconfortable L'isolation des chambres une catastrophe on entendait le voisin du dessus prendre sa douche, aller aux toilettes, parler et crier Problème de fortes odeurs de remontés des canalisations dans tout l'hôtel. Reviewed Dec 5, 2025飯店不論是公共設施，空間，地點，房間，飯店人員，我都想給滿分。氛圍讓人放鬆，環境乾淨又文青，出外忙玩一天，回到飯店真的很舒服。飯店人員每位都是親切有禮，退房後要等紅眼班機，也是能讓我們在公共空間停等，甚至還麻煩櫃檯人員，隔早租車老闆來向飯店取車，也是應允，這讓我真是感謝萬分。日後再來清邁，還不給它狠狠的住起來~

Die Betten waren Stein hart und die Lage war für schnelle Stadtbesuche leider zu weit weg.
