Maintenance could be better

Lage ist Top. Alles in sekunden per Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt, Restaurant, Einkaufsstraße, Strand, .... Preis is ok. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Chalet gibt es Wasserkocher und einen Kühlschrank.

Chalet: Sehr laut. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend Reparaturen. 1 Tag war kein warmes Wasser möglich. Tv geht nicht. HOLZBoden hatte ein Loch. ZIMMER sehr dunkel. Bei Regen gab es Stromausfall. Holz im Ganzen Chalet nicht gepflegt.

Close to all the attractions and accessible to Cenang beach and all kinds of food restaurant. Room was comfortable and spacious.

Room need to be refurbish as the flooring some already broken. Toilet we need to wife the stagnant water every time bath. Electrical socket only one functioning.

Buena ubicacion, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. Personal amable, y no hay que pagar para dejar las maletas antes del check in o despues del check out.

Instalaciones muy viejas, paredes muy desgastadas. El desague del baño no esta bien diseñado y se queda encharcado. Poca luz en la habitacion, las ventanas no dejan entrar mucha luz.

Very rude staff, non co-operative, no support staff also the rooms are old.

لاشي فندق سيئ جدا جدا ولايرتقى لمستوى فندق

تجربتي مع هذا الفندق كانت سيئة جداً، ولا أنصح أي شخص بالسكن فيه نهائياً. الفندق متهالك، والأثاث قديم جداً، ومستوى النظافة لا يرقى أبداً إلى مستوى فندق مناسب للسكن، وباختصار الفندق غير صالح للإقامة. طاقم الاستقبال غير متعاون، ولا توجد خدمة لحمل الحقائب، حيث يتوجب عليك حمل أمتعتك بنفسك دون أي مساعدة. أنصح جميع الزوار، خصوصاً العمانيين والخليجيين، بالابتعاد عن هذا الفندق. عند تسجيل الدخول يتم طلب مبلغ تأمين، وبعد ذلك قد تواجه مشاكل عند تسجيل الخروج. في حالتي، حاولوا تحميلي مسؤولية أضرار قديمة في الغرفة من خلال عرض صور لأشياء تالفة كانت موجودة مسبقاً، وطالبوني بالتنازل عن مبلغ التأمين بحجة أنني تسببت بهذه الأضرار. رفضت دفع أي مبلغ وطلبت منهم استدعاء الشرطة إذا كانوا مصرّين على ذلك. وبعد أن أدركوا أنني لن أقبل بهذا الأسلوب الاستفزازي، قاموا بإعادة مبلغ التأمين وطلبوا مني المغادرة فوراً. مرفق لكم صور الأضرار التي اتهموني بأنني تسببت بها، وهي أضرار كانت موجودة مسبقاً في الغرفة قبل استلامي لها. كما أن الغرفة كانت في حالة سيئة جداً من ناحية النظافة والصيانة. عند تفقد الغرفة وجدت تحت السرير ملابس داخلية نسائية ورجالية (أعزكم الله)، كما وجدت بقعاً على الفراش، ورفضت استلام الغرفة حتى تم تغيير الفراش. مرفق لكم صور الفراش لإثبات حالة الغرفة عند الاستلام. باب الحمام كان تالفاً، وباب الغرفة أيضاً كان بحالة سيئة، حيث تسبب قفل باب الغرفة في جرح عميق لأحد أفراد عائلتي. مرفق لكم صور قفل الباب الذي تسبب في الإصابة. كما يوجد بالقرب من المصعد باب طوارئ يؤدي إلى درج حديدي خارج المبنى ينزل إلى الطوابق السفلية. هذا الدرج غير آمن إطلاقاً للأطفال، ولا توجد به وسائل حماية كافية، مما قد يؤدي إلى سقوط الأطفال من الطوابق العليا، ويشكل خطراً كبيراً على العائلات. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كانت رائحة الغرفة كريهة جداً، والإضاءة ضعيفة، ومستوى النظافة بشكل عام سيئ للغاية. هذه نصيحتي لكل من يفكر في الحجز: لا تفسدوا رحلتكم ولا تخاطروا بتجربة سيئة مثل التي مررت بها. ابحثوا عن فندق آخر أكثر نظافة وأماناً، خصوصاً للعائلات

Building old Cleaning not good No wifi in chalet

The only positive point is the location. The resort is within walking distance to Pantai Cenang, Cenang Mall, and many nearby shops and restaurants.

The room cleanliness and overall service need significant improvement. The bedsheet had visible stains when we checked in, and although housekeeping came on the second day, the bedsheets were not changed. The room had a musty carpet smell upon arrival, and the bathroom walls as well as the shower control area were visibly dirty and looked like they had not been properly scrubbed. The check-in process was also lacking. No information was provided regarding housekeeping schedules, WiFi access, or other hotel facilities. Guests are expected to figure everything out themselves or repeatedly ask the front desk. Customer service was another major issue. The staff were not friendly and did not display basic customer service skills, whether in person or over the phone. The in-room telephone for contacting the front desk was not functioning, making communication inconvenient. A hair dryer was not provided in the room and had to be requested separately. The room only came with one pillow, which was uncomfortable. While towels were replaced during housekeeping, the floor mat was not changed. Overall, apart from the convenient location, the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service standards did not meet expectations.

Friendly staff nice location but the room wasn't even fine, windows broken can't be open and room started smelling bcs of closed windows, that was terrible.

Excellent location in the heart of Pantai Cenang, within walking distance to the beach and dining spots.

The room could benefit from better maintenance and refurbishment. There were some cleanliness concerns, a slight musty smell, worn carpets, and furnishings that felt dated.

Very dirty bedsheet with stain and smelly. We request to change it later but still felt so irate because i have lay on the dirty bed! They keep close the swimming pool and everyday top-up the clorine. I stayed for few days and see the same action everyday. Its so dangerous for kids and baby

I think hotels offer a lot of non-optional options to those who book online, because there's no cancellation policy. The bathroom tap wasn't working, and there was no toothpaste. The carpet was extremely dirty. The depository only accepts cash at check-in. There were no other options.

Well I expected a bell boy. But seems the hotel has self service, which is fine. They have a strict rule of check out not even 1 minute is flexible. But overall good .

Fantastic location. Having walked quite far we would say this is the best location you can stay on this beach. There is so much around too.

The location is perfect it was right across the cenang beach and room was spacious although there was small 8ssies with cleanliness in corridor area

The rooms were decent and it was fairly close to the beach. The rooms were clean, although the stairwells were not. The front desk staff was friendly, and the cleaners were good.

Наличие двух двуспальных кроватей и расположение это единственные плюсы для меня. Пришлось бронировать в последний момент, поэтому выбора уже не было. Это отель только как запасной вариант, если больше ничего нет.

В отеле старые ковры, которые очень воняют, много плесени в душевой, таракан прыгнул с раковины на пол. Для меня был большой минус это душ в потолке (дают шапочки ) и отсутствие балкона, так как нет места для сушки купальника, а в душевой влажность и там только тухнет.

The apartment is spacious and it’s easy to find food nearby. There’s a neighbour selling food in the morning, and the food was delicious. The swimming pool is big, and the apartment is close to the beach. 🌊

The window curtains are too transparent, allowing people to see inside, so they should be changed. Most of the furniture is quite old. The toilet window also needs better coverage, as people can still see shadows from outside.

Hotel vieillissant manquant clairement de rénovation et d amélioration , fenêtre ne s ouvre pas , moquette usée avec des odeurs Douche carrelage bomber vous vous retrouver dans une flaque d eau a chaque douche . Ascenseur unique pour un bâtiment de cette taille insuffisant et escalier de type métallique dangereux et bien raide

senang access ke pantai hanya seberang jalan sahaja dan tak perlu jalan jauh. Bilik pun dekat dgn pool mudah untuk anak-anak mandi. Waktu malam pun meriah dengan aktiviti di pantai

Great location, room had everything we needed, even a small sofa. Water, tea & coffee replaced each day. Nice pool only small but cools you down.

No sun beds around the pool only chairs.
