Her şey çok güzeldi olumsuz bir yanı yoktu.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026This room was so clean, beautiful and spacious. We booked 2 rooms a quad room and triple room. Both rooms had tables and chairs so easy to bring food from outside and eat. There was also space to keep our luggage. They constantly topped us up with water and tea/coffee/milk. They had these electric air fresheners around the hotel so it constantly smelled nice. There was also an auto setting of the AC which meant even when turned off it was a nice comfortable cool temperature which if you turned the AC on the room got colder. I liked that facility. The beds were also nice and big! For our budget this was perfect for us. We sacrificed the extreme proximity for some extra quality of stay.
Only down side it was a bit of a trek trying to get to the womens salah area especially with small children. The closest gate to the hotel was 314 and if you were late you'd have to walk all the way to around 324-326 which adds up and takes around total 15 minutes to get to prayer. Which in the grand scheme of things isn't too bad. It was just hard with kids. Also most of the food places and shopping are around the other side again between gates 326 to 339 ish.

We had to pay extra for the parking which is a overly high fee in my opinion. We still accepted it. However why do you need to get off your car to go to reception to make payment before you can get in especially in the hot weather ? Thats very annoying to a customer. Somehow they cant charge the parking fee on the room. They know how to collect the deposit for the room inadvance but they cant charge the parking fee on the room and collect it before you leave. Also the parking staff was very rude and didnt speak english so we couldnt communicate our issue with the staff. I tried to explain him when we are leaving the parking area that we will come back and we can sort out whatever the issue is once we come back but he insisted us to see the reception. It seemed like everytime you go in and out of the parking you need to see the reception.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Excellent staff and wonderful cleanliness and services. We checked in very late nearing fajr as we were coming from Makkah after hajj rituals. The staff was cooperative and accommodating and allowed us to check out late. They also held our luggage till our car arrived.

Parking availability , I had to pay 50 SAR for 3 hours parking beside the hotel and was alerted that i could have a parking fine The security was unprofessional, المشكلة الاساسية ف اماكن الانتظار غير متوافرة نهائيا في الشوارع او الفندق ولا اسفل المسجد النبوي ومعرض دائما للغرامة وسحب السيارة وتعرضت للمضايقة من امن الفندق حين طلبت ان اركن سيارتي اسفل الفندق

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Tam anlamıyla bir otel. Zaten bizim diyanet işleriyle anlaşmalıymış ve medine gelindiğinde bu otelde konaklıyormuş Türkler. Zaten otelin içinde hep Kazak Türkler Özbek Türkleri dünyanın dört bir yanından gelmiş Türkler vardı. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Yataklar rahattı tuvalet ve oda olanakları olması gerektiği gibiydi. Konumu da yürümeyle Mescide 5 dk falan. Fiyat olarak da bu şartlara göre uygundu.
1 gece sahur sonrası yanımızdaki odalardan birinde konaklayan Arap Misafirler inanılmaz derecede gürültü yaptı asla uyuyamadık resepsiyonla görüştük. Duruma müdahale edilmeyecek zannedip biz odalarına gidip uyardık yine devam edildi ardından bi yarım saat sonra otel görevlisi gelip uyarı yaptı. O şekilde çözüldü fakat diğer odalarda gürültü olursa direkt sizin odadaymış gibi hissediyorsunuz.

Odalar biraz soğuktu odanın kliması sadece soğutma yapıyordu sıcağa ayarlanmıyordu o yüzden geceleri biraz üşüdük maalesef, otel konum olarak yakın fakat kadınlar bölümüne bir tık uzaktı biraz yürümek gerekiyordu
