Everything was amazing. Food, location, and care. Also many thanks to Mr. Ala Manager of restoraunt. He was so kind and careful.

الفندق جميل والطاقم جدا محترمين وقريب للحرم وسعر جميل أول فندق بحياتي ماقروشني وقت الخروج وهاذي الميزة لوحدها تجعلني اقيمه 10 لان اغلب الفنادق يبدا بالاتصال من الساعة 11 ويخرب نومتك ويعمل لك توتر ولكن هذا الفندق خرجت من عندهم الساعة 2 دون ان يتصلو بي سأكرر الزيارة بكل تأكيد

هناك رئحة طبخ تصلني بشكل قوي وغرفتي بالطابق 7 اخبرتهم وقالو سنتعامل مع الأمر والرئحة خفت

Hotellet var rigtig rent og personalet var rigtig venlige. Værelset var rent og flot. Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen og vil anbefale det til andre.

1 adet çamaşır yıkama makineai bulundurmalılar. 2 küçük çocukla kesinlikle kıyafet problemi oluyor. Buna rağmen dışarıdaki başka bşr yıkama yerini tarif ettiler.

افطار وعشاء ممتاذ موقع قريب جدا من الحرم النبوي كانت تجربة ممتازة إدارة فندق محترمة من حيث الاستقبال نقل الامتعة ونظافة الغرف وأدراه المطعم وفريق الخدمة بالأخص الأستاذ علاء مدير المطعم وإدارة الامن واشكر بالخصوص أستاذ فارس أبو أسامة ، حقيقي تجربة لازم تتكرر ان شاء الله لا انصح باستخدام مواقف الفندق نظرا لكونها لا تتوافق مع السيارات الكبير

كل شيء جميل .. الموقع قريب من الحرم المدني وموظفوا الاستقبال رائعين ومتعاونين . وموظفوا المطعم جميعهم متعاونون وودودين ونخص بالشكر مشرفين المطعم السيد طه والسيد علاء ماقصروا .

للاسف عدم وجود عازل صوت بين الغرف … فنسمع الاصوات وازعاج النزلاء يصل للغرف اذا كانوا بممرات الفندق.

Close to masjid nawabi

The toilets did not have any air freshener and were very small and congested. Considering the price of the hotel, I expected much better facilities, cleanliness, and overall standards. Unfortunately, the experience did not feel worth the price we paid.

Odakar cok küçük 24mt oda parası ödedim ama 16mt odayı verdiler fiyat dengesiz bile bile mi yaptılar bunu bilmiyorum

Hamza and Ahmad were excellent support staff. They allowed us early check in , late check out and provided space for luggage storage also.

Tesis ve odalar çok temizdi. Mescidi nebeviye çok yakın. Bir daha gelirsem burada kalırım.

Bathroom too tight not originally bathroom only room extention too small to fit crowded i think and there was an iron cupboard in the shower i was afraid to open i thought it was electricity other than that everything is very good staff location beds all was so good but the bathroom was a down hill to me clean but crowded you can barely use it

One of the reception is rude , he is not polite, I was to check out at 12:30 and he calling and calling and he’s not talking to us politely

يارب يارب يفضل بهذه الجودة اللهم بارك راااااائع ده يستحق خمس نجوم نضافة وذوق في التعامل وكل اللي نحتاجه اللهم بارك بنتي الرضيعة كانت تعبانة واول ما دخلنا الغرفة الله يكرمكم تقيأت على اللحاف شعرنا بالحرج واتصلنا بهم لكن تقبلوا الموضوع بصدر رحب وقالوا لنا اهم حاجة انتم كويسين؟ وبعتولنا لحاف اخر بسرعة واحنا نازلين صلاة الظهر طلبنا تنضيف الغرفة يادوب رجعنا من الصلاة لقيناها ماشاء الله تبارك الله اتنضفت وحطوا مياه وشاي بصراحة اتمنى كل ما أنزل المدينة ننزل في هذا الفندق الرائع وعمي مذمل راجل منتهى الاحترام ووجه منور اللهم بارك صراحة كلهم اللهم بارك عليهم ربنا يثبتهم ويحميهم انا صورت فيديو للغرفة بس بوكينج طالب تحميل صور فقط

It's location, very close to the haram, and on the Rawdah side. Housekeeping services are very good, and Nauman provided excellent services. Restaurant at M floor is reasonable and Taha and Alaa are quite accommodating.

They only have three lifts and sometimes you have to wait for long.

So clean and the receptionist are so welcoming

The dinner is poor because they served me my dinner to the room and they delayed, while the waiter feels like we are disturbing him after they waisted our time for almost 2hrs. Also the food was served with no drink or water as well

Fantastic family stay—clean, close to the Masjid, and exceptional service! We had an amazing stay in Madinah with our two young kids. The hotel is very clean and located wonderfully close to the Masjid, making it incredibly convenient for family trips. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality from the staff: Room Service: Mr. Rayhan (Room Service Supervisor) was incredibly accommodating and quickly provided the perfect amount of bedding to meet our family's needs. Dining: The Restaurant Manager and the Head of Food & Beverage provided flawless service, and our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the food. Front Desk & Sales: Mr. Ahmed Alhazmi at the reception gave us a very warm welcome and excellent service. Later, when we decided to extend our trip, Mr. Huzaifa (Sales Supervisor) made the booking extension seamless and hassle-free. Our time in Madinah was perfect, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with young children!

Cleanliness, professional staff especially Noman and Murad. The Food and beverage dept were excellent.

A group of Guests that almost took over the entire property with their prayers and incantations. They were all over my floor preventing us from accessing our rooms!

Location and distance from haram

Very near to Gate 305 of Masjid Al Haram. Even if you listen Adan you will get salah in Masjid Al Nabvi. The breakfast is very good open buffet please add some gravies in Nashta for Pakistani and Indian. The wall clock for time is missing in the room. Overall best.

مشكلة الفندق: 1-قلة المصاعد وصغر حجمها؛ يوجد ثلاث مصاعد فقط صغيرة .. وأحيانا تنتظر فترة طويلة جدا. 2- السرير لم يكن فيه لباد؛ كان قاسي جدا.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very modern and clean. Breakfast was great. Close to Rawdah. Variety of food options nearby. Close to Quba street. Close to Safiyyah Museum which has many food options.

The only issue was the female prayer gate was quite far from the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly situated on the jannatul baqi side near the As Safiyyah Museum and Park. What stood out, was the customer service we received on our arrival. Our son had undergone an emergency operation on our arrival in Medinah and we moved hotels to be closer to the hospital. In my stress and sleep deprivation in running back and forth from hospital, I had accidently made a double booking selecting no refund on cancellation. I spoke to reception on my arrival and explained my error who immediately put me at ease and reassured me that they would correct the booking for me. Further, we had to leave for Makkah the moment we knew our son would be discharged as we had a small window of time to perform our Umrah before flying out. The hotel, were amazingly accommodating in allowing us to have the room a few hours longer past the check out time (without charge), giving time for my husband and younger son to return from the hospital and get ready in ehram (husband and older son), before leaving for Makkah. I wish I had taken the gentleman's name at reception. He was very compassionate, patient and understanding. May Allah swt reward him.

Slight improvement would be the bathroom to be updated - specifically the shower cubicle. The water would seep through the shower door causing a large puddle in the bathroom. Also the Wifi in the room was not a good strength, however, I had an eSIM which gave me excellent connectivity.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ajwaa Al Madinah Hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and its location is perfect—just a 3 to 5-minute walk to Al-Haram. The reception staff were outstanding, friendly, and very helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Mozammel from Bangladesh for his kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. He made our stay even more comfortable with his warm hospitality. We truly appreciate the excellent service, warm welcome, and generous hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah, and I would definitely stay here again.

Very good staff, clean rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere. The receptionist was very friendly, cooperative, and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience

Staff were helpful, rooms were clean and had lots of space. The hotel was located perfectly to the haram, alongside its calming ambience which ensured a good experience. Would recommend to others. I felt safe to explore the hotel on my own, staff were professional and supportive.

Facinating..Very clean, nice decoration, goog size of toom,near Alharam ,waling distance but far from females praying area..

In the south of Alharam the direction of Qibla you can not pray in your area because you will be ahead of Imam, so you need to reach the Haram before praying...Most of good restaurants are in the north of Alharam ..

My charger for iphone was in the sochet i realized when i left medina and i contacted them , but they told me it is not there im 1000% sure that i left there it is value is 80$ American ,
