Everything was well organized, and I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I am very happy with my experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a pleasant stay.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Very close to the Holy Mosque with a parking. Reception staff hospitality, specially Talal & Samir. House keeping staff were very helpful, specially Farid & Ashiq. Our stay was so nice overall, and whenever I visit Al Madina I will stay there. Thank you.

اخذت غرفة بالدور الثاني لكن مافيهم عزل ازعاج اذا تجي تنام تسمع كل شي حولك كأنك نايم باللوبي كثير مرات صحيت فيها بسبب الاصوات اللي برا غرفتي لان مافي عزل

All the necessary facilities were available, which made our stay very convenient and relaxing. A special thanks to Fareed, one of the workers, who was extremely respectful, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. He provided every facility with great care and always treated us with respect.

One thing which disappoint me that the room which i booked was not given to me, instead they give me small size and very conjusted room even there was no space for pray. But during booking they showed me some other room but actully they give me very small room.

Although I had booked a 4-bedroom, she noticed we were 5 and generously upgraded us to a 5-bedroom. Truly grateful for her excellent service—may Almighty Allah bless and reward her in this life and the hereafter.

The room was small as compared to my previous experiences, so the wash room was also smaller then expected. If you are booking have a look on room size and before occupying reconfirm.

-Tiny rooms with jammed beds and so little space to move -Walls, curtains and carpet were all dirty -Soundproofing is 0, you'd hear everyone around but also the noise of AC condenser units outside -The bathroom smells nasty, if not, it smells like cigarettes
