Sadece oda bu otel icin daha mantıklı.

Otelin küçük bi servis minibüsü vardı onunda genelde geliş gidiş saatlerine denk gelemiyorduk denk gelsekte genelde hep dolu oluyordu. Kahvaltı çeşitliliğide daha geniş olabilirdi.

Going to Haram is a downhill & easy 10mins . Value for money & great breakfast. Room service & reception is always helpful . I had problem with locker & they resolved instantly. Always available & good attitude towards clients. I recommend it .

It’s nice. No complaint. But Restaurants are bit far away.

Good Breakfast, and hotel hat good facilities. Manager was very helpful and extremely service minded. The sister on the reception (dont remember name) was very helpful. She was one of few who could fluent English and was extremely helpful.

First of all housekeeping was extremely rude and treated me and my family very bad. Manager understand the situation and was very helpful. The bus transport of hotel to Haram is not following given timing, which is quite frustrating since you never know when the bus is gonna drive.

It’s a very disappointment to talk on reception they person who’s setting on reception he treat very very bad. He not even give one Bottle of water

First of all, before my booking, the deal was free shuttle to alharam any time I wanted and free breakfast , I like the deal, I make reservation for 5 days ,but when we get over there it was no free shuttle breakfast wasn't free they asking for payment ,after 2 days of my staying they got shuttle but I never use it ,that is not recommended

Otelin koyduğu servisin saatleri özellikle servisin en çok lazım olduğu sabah ve yatsı namazı çıkışlarına uymuyordu sabah namazı 5 bitiyor 5 te servis yatsı namazı 9 da bitiyor 9 da servis vardı 2 sefer söyledim biz ibadet için buradayız servis namaz saatlerine göre ayarlanmalı diye ama çok karşılık bulmadı Birde son haftamızda çalışan iki şöförden gündüz çalışan Pakistanlı şöför saatleri uyuyordu ama akşam çalışan şöför ismini bilmiyorum 3 gün üst üste 40 dk kadar beklediğimiz halde gelmedi ve biz 5 numaralı Makkah busla döndük şöföre sorduğum zaman polisin geri çevirdiğini söyledi ama diğer bütün otellerin minibüsleri girebilirken ve biz geldiği yolu görebilirken çokta inandırıcı gelmedi beklediğimiz yerden aradım söförü niye gelmiyorsun diye konuşmalarını ve tavrınıda sevmedim 2 günümüz kaldığı için canımızı sıkmamak ibadete konsantre olmak için artık beklemedik ve 5 numaralı Makkah Busla döndük Bilet 4 riyal kişi başı taksilerde 30 riyal istiyor Çok önemli olmaya küçük bir meselede akşam yemek saati 7 -10:30 idi namazda 7 de başlıyordu akşamda 10 gibi döndüğünüzde yetişiliyor ama o saatte yiyip yatmak sıkıntı veriyor 6 olması tavsiyesini yönetime söyledim düzenlerinin böyle olduğunu söylediler Akşam yemeği 30 riyaldi parasına göre güzel yemekler vardı 15 20 gün kadar para ödeyerek yemekhaneyi kullandık

Hijyen yönünden otel gayet iyiydi. Hizmetleri de çok iyiydi. Biz hiç yemek yemedik. Bu yüzden o konuda değerlendirme yapamıyorum.

Otel, Harem'e biraz uzak ve yolu ful yokuş. Bundan dolayı biz otobüs kullanmak istemiştik. Fakat otelin otobüsü 1.5 saatte bir kalkıyordu. Bu yüzden otobüs saatleri kısaltılsa biraz daha iyi olur.

Location is 800mtr from clock tower. Very good wifi, clean rooms and helpful staff. Helps that check out is upto 2pm so lots of time after zuhr. They also have nice affordable cafe downstairs, no frills, sandwiches cakes etc. The walk to the haram is downhill and very doable. However the walk back is uphill and steep. The bus frequency is not very good, only once an hour and late evening once every couple of hours. Taxi will charge a lot if you state Emaar elite as it requires a U-turn (20-30 riyal) but if you instead get dropped at the hotel across the street and across the roads yourself its 5-10 riyal.

The bus service was very hit and miss and not frequent which made the walk back from the haram up a steep hill very difficult for kids and older adults

The breakfast was good and value for money, the staff were very nice and friendly, the location was ok going to Haram but when you’re coming back you have to climb the hill, they do have a Bus service if you want to use it . Am so coming back

The facilities are good and the receptionists are polite.

Stay there for 3 days but no clean up of room or housekeeping when not in the room.

12- 20 Agustos tarihleri arasında konakladik. Oldukça memnun ayrıldık. Ana yemekler gerçekten cok lezzetliydi. Kahvaltilarda oldukça iyiydi. Kahvalti da belki Türk damak tadına uygun biseyler daha olabilir (börek, domates, bal gibi). Oteller çalışanları tamamı cok naziklerdi. Ellerinden gelen yardımı yaptılar. Tertemiz bir şekilde buluyorsunuz temizlik servisi sonrasi odaları. Mutfak personeli ayrıca cok nazik ve misafirperverdi. Checkoutdan sonra 12 saat daha otelde kaldi eşyalarımız o konuda cok yardımcı oldular.

Servis tek sorunu. Bizim zamanımızda bir kaza oldu denilerek servisin olmadığı söylendi. İlk gün kullandık sonra maalesef 4 5 gün servis yoktu. Geldi denildiğinde ise bekleme noktalarına saatlerinde gelmedi. Yakın otel belki ama cok dik belki 30 35 derece eğimli bir 800 m çıkıyorsunuz. Servisle ilgili otel yoneticisiyle gorusmeye gittim. Ayarlamaya calistiklarini söylediler. Başka otellerin servislerinin kullnailmasina razı olup olmadıklarını biliyor musunuz diye sorunca da izin vermediklerini söyledi yönetici kisi. Otelde konaklayanlardan kullanan baska kimseler oldu farklı otel servislerini ama rizalari olmadığını duyduğumuz icin biz kullanmadık. Mekke buslar (kisi basi 4 riyalden) i kullanmayi ya da yürümeyi tercih ettik. Ama gun icinde epey yorulduktan sonra cok zor oluyordu o yokusu cikmak, inerken bi sorun yoktu acikcasi. Birde otelde müşteri kullanımına sunulmuş çamaşır makinesi yok. Çamaşır temizleme servisi var parça başı 8 riyaldan fiyat verdiler(ihram 10 riyal). Bu iki durum dışında kalan herseye tam not verebilirim.

Communication was poor. I called up to five times on a particular day to request for drinking water. There was an offending odour oozing from the toilet.

Tesis çok temizdi. Yemekler güzeldi. Kesinlikle bu fiyata bu kalite çok iyiydi. Bir daha tercih etmeyi düşünürüm.

Tek sıkıntı serviste bir sıkıntı yaşandı ve 3 gün boyunca bu sorunla ilgili hiçbir şey yapılmadı. Böyle bir otelden yeni bir servis ayarlamasını beklerdim. Fakat herhangi bir yardımda bulunulmadı.

Location is not suitable for elderly and those who have health issues. Going to haram is walking down the hill but on the way coming back is not easy. You have to walk up the hill which is about 600m. As I am heart patient so it was very difficult for me. Most of the time I took taxi on the way back to hotel from haram. I never seen their shuttle service. They said shuttle is available one hour before the prayers. It’s very inconvenient.

Shuttle service was mentioned when i booked this hotel.... Yet there wasn't any and they said they were sorry it wasn't supposed to be mentioned... This is too bad... The hotel is already 2.2 km from haram... Every time a taxi was required to reach there... So wasn't worth the value for money

موقع الفندق ممتاز، ويُعتبر قريبًا جدًا من الحرم مقارنة بالعديد من الفنادق الأخرى. كما تتوفر حافلات للنقل، مما يجعل الوصول أكثر سهولة وراحة. ويوجد أيضًا مقهى داخل الفندق. أما موظفو الاستقبال فكان تعاملهم محترمًا وودودًا ومتعاونًا

بصفة عامة كانت الإقامة مقبولة، لكن توجد بعض النقاط التي يمكن تحسينها. كان صوت المكيف في غرفتي مرتفعًا نوعًا ما. لكن أكثر ما يستحق المراجعة هو الحمام، حيث كانت تنبعث منه بشكل متكرر رائحة غير طيبة أثناء فترة إقامتي. لذلك أرجو من إدارة الفندق إيلاء هذه النقطة اهتمامًا خاصًا. هذه الملاحظات ليست بقصد الانتقاد السلبي، وإنما هي نقد بنّاء بهدف تحسين مستوى الإقامة للضيوف مستقبلاً. نحن نذكر هذه النقاط بكل احترام ومحبة وحسن نية، ونتمنى لجميع العاملين في الفندق دوام التوفيق والنجاح

The hotel staff in the front desk is so welcoming and mashallah it feels so good to have someone welcome you with so much of happiness mashallah.

The only thing the hotel needs to work on is Shuttle bus services for Haram very frequently.

L hôtel est situé au sommet d une colline du coup la descente vers Makkah est facile mais la montée est très dur surtout avec la chaleur et après la fatigue de la Omra , la navette est tout le temps garée devant l hôtel et assure la descente des clients lorsque ils sont présents mais elle abscente pour la montée, on l a attendu plusieurs fois à l endroit prévu et aux horaires prévus mais jamais elle était là à chaque fois on est obligé de prendre un taxi qui profite de la situation puisque ils savent que la montée est très dur et ils demandent des honoraires exagérés on était obligé de la monter 2 fois on est arrivé essoufflé à l hôtel et lorsque j ai réclamé ça aux réceptionnistes il a juste proposé de nous donner les numéros des chauffeurs pour vérifier avec eux s ils vont venir ou pas et il nous a pas informé qu il y avait une navette gratuite qui fait partie des transports publics qu on aurait pu prendre au lieu de prendre un taxi, c est le chauffeur du taxi qui nous a donné l information , pas d hospitalité et un manque de respect

I like that it’s clean staff from reception to room cleaning was really nice location is not far from haram there is everything close to you supermarket gift stores restaurants.

The location if you going to haram it’s very easy going down and not far but to go back it’s uphill and very challenging if you have an elderly and using the bus i don’t recommend as people are pushing and very busy taxi is 30riyal to go back even thought it’s 3min drive.

Except a minor incident when we found that our room was not completely clean the rest was not bad. It was not exception either way. Because my mom was on the wheelchair it was difficult to reach inside the hotel every time. The hotel is located on a slope side, the hotel boundary has many curves. the wheelchair ramp is high which caused two times incidents. One time my son was pushing the wheelchair and because of difficult ramp was lost control of the wheelchair. If I wasn’t close by it would be a disaster. I grabbed the wheelchair before it reached to the road. The other time I was pushing wheelchair up my shoes slipped because of the ramp. Surrounding of the ramp was covered by different vehicles most of the time which makes it difficult to maneuver the wheelchair in a small space. The hotel provided the wheelchair and twice the wheelchair’s wheels rubber came loose from the wheel. How we manage the situation only people can imagine who’s family members on the wheelchairs. The staff was cooperative and cool. We didn’t try their food. They have shuttle service but the van leaves passengers the halfway. The van covers the slope side. We has objection why the van doesn’t go further but we get used to it. From that point to masjid AL haram we walked just like everyone else. However the shuttle service was a big relief. The hotel has nice prayer area. No laundry available.

Good service. Staff was friendly. From Hotel to Haram, it was 10-15 minute downhill easy walk. On way back from Haram to hotel, it was slightly hard walking up hill. However, they have regular shuttle service to back it up.

The staff were welcoming. They attended to myself and family needs with so much grace. I appreciate my stay and would recommend them. They have a bus that takes you to haram. There are other buses that takes you haram as well. They let my in-law in her well before normal time (4pm on arrival day). When we forgot our card in the room they provided us with a spare quickly. My family utilised the massage (not free: cost a token).

The hotel is new and well maintained, cleaning staff is very cooperative and keep the whole building clean nicely.

There is no hotel parking and there is loud traffic noise for the room I have stayed with facing window towards the main Ajyad road.

Location it is far from King Abdul Aziz Gate it is on height while coming back not on mountain but the road is steep. Not recommended for families very difficult for women and children to reach and come back by foot.

Excellent option to stay near Masjid Nabwi SAW. Hotel is clean. Staff is cooperative. You’ll feel good staying at this place. Our housekeeper Mr Hussain was very well mannered.

Receptie dame was zeer vriendelijk en prompt. Bed was heel comfortabel. Ontbijt lunch dinner was heel lekker en divers. Restaurant medewerker WA’IL is heel gastvrij en let op de gasten dat ze niet tekortkomen. Locatie is op loopafstand.

Everything was good. I would say they should inform customers before customers arrive that free bus service is haram.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Personally, I always think the people make a big difference, and everyone here was so warm and friendly. They greeted us, took the time to chat with us, and constantly checked to make sure we were satisfied. We could hear a lot of noise from the street in our room, but they resolved the issue for us on the very same day, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was the only downside for me. There wasn't much variety, and I didn't really enjoy the food. However, the dinner was excellent. There was something different on the menu every day, and it only cost 30 riyals per person, which was great value. The hotel is within walking distance of the mosque. However, you have to walk downhill on the way there, which means you'll need to walk uphill when returning to the hotel. This may be a bit difficult for elderly guests. Fortunately, there is also a shuttle bus available that you can use. We stayed there for almost 20 nights and had a very positive experience overall. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
