اعجبني الكادر الأجنبي فقط اما الكادر السعودي كان حدي وجاف في التعامل الفندق قريب بالبابص 10 دقائق لكن العودة مزدحمة جدا الباصات متوفرة يوجد مطعم وتومينات قريبة

لايوجد موقف سيارات على الرغم من تثبيت في موقع بوكنك ان الفندق يحتوي على مواقف للسيارات وهذا ازعجني جدا الفندق غير نظيف الحمامات سيئة للغاية الفطور سيء ولا يوجد اي تنوع والأكل غير جيد الازعاج في كل مكان ولا يوجد اي مكان هادئ رائحة التدخين في كل مكان لايوجد ماء ساخن الدوش مكسور الخزنه مكسورة اقمت 4 ليال لم يغيرو اي شي ولم يضيفو اي شي لا الاغطية ولا المناشف ولم يضيفو الماء او باقي المستلزمات لا انصح به اطلاقا ماعدا مسالة القرب من الحرم بالباص

Only Parking issue but if Hotel management can arrange open parking only for customer it will be good and plus point

مواقف السيارات شوي تحتاج الى خدمات أفضل من الموجود

all was well. especially i admire an Egyptian salesperson I forget his name , he was very cooperative. actually I arrived hotel on 14-08-2026 but suddenly i saw i booked hotel with wrong date (21-08-2026) , this Egyptian salesperson help me to reschedule booking date .

I was expecting 3 beds in one of the rooms. But was given 2 and my 3 children ve to endure

The bus ran every half hour, which impressed me.

The food at the restaurant was not good, nor was the service regarding food delivery. I hope it improves, as it is a truly excellent hotel in every sense of the word.

الفندق نظيف مقارنة بالسعر 5 نجوم قريب ولكن تحتاج تاكسي للوصول للحرم بالسياره دقائق اما مشي متعب لانه في طريق طلوع لا بأس 10 ريال للحرم لو صرفت تكاسي 20 او 40 بدل ما تاخذ فندق قريب جدا للحرم بالاف لان الاسعار بجوار الحرم غاليه جدا

نظيف وكانت الغرفة تعتبر أوسع من المعتاد. والموظف ماقصر كان دخولي مبكر. وفر لي غرفة

Staff behavior at the check-in counter is very rude. They shall be polite.

Bus services to Haram are not frequently. Especially before 30 minutes of prayer times, we didn't find any shuttle services

الفندق جيد ونظيف وموقعه جيد وشكرا لكم

ملاحظتى في المطعم لم يكن الاكل كافي ولم يكن فيه تنوع في الطعام خدمه في المطعم مكنتش افضل شيء للاسف

Nice location, Haram transport excellent.

Otelin konumu güzel, çalışanları ilgili. Check in ve check out konusunda çok yardımcı oldular.

Ancak demirbaşlarda ciddi yıpranmalar var. Banyo ekipmanları eskiliğinden dolayı her an kırılacak bozulacak gibiydi. Banyo temizliği tarafına özellikle dikkat edilmesi lazım. Genel bir bakımdan da geçirilirse otelin deneyimi fiyat performans açısından çok yükselir.

الموقع من ناحية القرب من الحرم

التكيف عطلان جلسنا حوالي نص ساعة الين تمت الصيانة رغم إبلاغ موظف الاستقبال اقفال النوافذ عطلان ممايجعل مستوي الأمان ضيف جدا خصوصا مع وجود أطفال دون سنة العاشرة وايضا تم وإصلاحها بعد طلبنا منهم

Value for money.room was available with no waiting.

Aircon was sluggish and slow.very long to cool the room

1- bathroom was so old and not clean like shown in the pictures 2- bed sheets were used 3- bus timming to haram is random and when ask the reception about the bus, they say we don't know when it will come. I was using Taxi

Everything was good except the toilet.

The smell in the foyers and room always cleaning and housekeeping always coming to check if everything is okay. Shuttle service available just need a little patience when waiting for a shuttle but no issues at all.

Close to Haram

Despite telling them my special needs. They didn’t cater me. I have celiac disease and eat gluten free food only. I was carrying my food and they didn’t let me heat it or arrange any oven.

Staff was not friendly, they took time to register, there is one receptionist only

Overall, my experience was mixed. The reception staff were very good and helpful, Room is ok, and the shuttle bus service was good also.

However, the room service staff were very rude and unhelpful, and they didn’t assist with anything. I understand that it was a busy time since I stayed during Eid, but that shouldn’t affect the way guests are treated. The rush is understandable, but it’s not the guest’s fault.
