Phong Nha Coco Riverside

Superbe vue du restaurant mais aussi de la chambre ! Le homestay est à 5 minutes à pied du débarcadère pour visiter les grottes de Phong Nha et aussi du petit centre ville. Peu de circulation, c'est reposant ! Nous avons pris une excursion à la journée : grottes phong Nha et paradis, c'était très bien.

It was good price and a clean room. Staff was also very helpful and easy to reach, they also booked a cave tour for me. There is indeed a very nice view from the restaurant but not from the room I was in unfortunately.

There was no light in the corridors at night. Mostly, the rooms would definitely use a bit of refurbishment as certain items appear old and scruffy. Saying that though, it was a cheap accommodation, I went there in September which is not peak season.

Nos gustó todo! Habitación muy grande y limpia, terraza con vistas al río preciosas, y desayuno muy bueno! También cenamos ahí y estaba realmente muy bueno! Además nos ayudaron con los tiquets del bus y nos alquilaron una moto muy bien de precio.

En caso de lluvia se oye bastante y hay algunos fallos por la zona que cantan muy temprano 😅

A localização e a vista sobre o rio. Os funcionários foram muito prestáveis, incluindo com o late check out que funcionou muito bem, a comunicação antes durante e depois foi muito boa. Embora por vezes não esteja ninguém na receção, respondem sempre por WhatsApp. A tour organizada pelo hotel ao botanic garden, paradise cave e phong nha foi excelente!

Sendo uma homestay não podemos pedir luxos mas acho que há algumas coisas simples que podem ser melhoradas. Havia toalhas de mão que não cheiravam bem, havia falta de uma mesa de cabeceira e um caixote do lixo no quarto. Algum barulho dos barcos logo de manhã cedo também é compreensível e aceita-se devido à excelente localização.

Soso et son mari ont ete très dans l'anticipation avant et après notre arrivée pour le bus et les excursions a faire et nous ont bien aidé. Le lieu est tres beau , la chambre simple mais donne sur la réception. Le petit déjeuner simple en revanche l'assiette de fruit était une banane.. dans les homestay suivant et equivalent nous avions mangue, pastèque,ananas,banane fruit du dragon..

Soso nous a fortement conseillé l'excursion. Treck de 9km dans la jungle... sans vraiment savoir le contenu car il faut se baigner avec les chaussures et j'avais posé la question et elle m’avait dit que non. Il faut quand même une bonne condition physique et a aucun moment ce point a été évoqué mais surtout a notre arrivée le soir il fallait acheter a l’hotel des pantalons 300 000 vnd par personne et des hauts avec manche ...on nous dit qu'il y a les moustiques et qu’il faut se proteger...ca ressemble un peu a de la vente forcee .. je n'ai pas du tout apprécié Et pour finir nous avons donné notre linge a laver qui nous a été restitue dans une paniere non plié et surtout nous avons tout redonné a laver a l’hotél suivant car le linge sentait mauvais.. en 3 semaines c'est la seule fois où ça nous est arrive

The hotel was charming and conveniently located in the center of town. The room was comfortable and pleasant, and the hosts went out of their way to arrange quality tours for us, which we enjoyed very much. Overall, they were there to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was good and satisfying, especially before heading out on a day of trekking.

AMAZING location. Amazing hosts and English speaking which is a big bonus. The location is to die for with the most stunning views. Great food onsite. Extremely helpful owners. I wasn’t feeling well so they went and got me some medicine and made me some beautiful soup that made me feel so much better. I can absolutely recommend this stay 150%

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Tuvimos las habitaciones enfrente del Rio. Eran cómodas y las vistas excepcionales. En el hotel fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron en lo que necesitamos.. Un lugar acogedor sin pretensiones. Nos lo pasamos muy bien en la excursión a cueva paradise y dark cave.

Notre hôte s'est montré arrangeant et nous a conseillé pour organiser une de nos journées sur place.

Nous avons réservé un transport vers Hûe ( aucun problème) mais le véhicule était vraiment trop grand pour nous ( minibus de 20 places pour 5 !). Nous aurions préféré une option plus mesurée.

Bonne localisation, superbe vue de la chambre, paisible et calme.

Difficile de croiser quelqu’un pour poser nos questions, disponibles par whatsapp en revanche.

La famille est très serviable et disponible. La vue depuis la chambre 106 et de la terrasse commune!!!

L’isolation phonique (on entend tout), l’état de délabrement général (tuyau de douche qui fuit, les fils qui sortent de partout, les objets qui pendouillent ou qui traînent ou qui manquent), l’odeur des remontées d’égoût continuelles dans la sdb). La qualité du pt déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur de ce qu’on a connu dans les différents homestays. Il y a un petit décalage entre les photos et la réalité.

Difficile de voir le personnel pour poser des questions.

The host communicated with us well before our arrival and was always very helpful. He kindly waited for us even though our bus was delayed, making our check-in smooth and stress-free. He also arranged amazing tours for us and gave us great recommendations. The breakfast was delicious, and the beautiful river view made our stay even more special. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality – we truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!

I really loved the view from my room.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, very helpful and easy to contact at all hours. They helped us with a late night check-in, organising tours, and transport to the nearest train station. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hostel located in a very convenient location, quick walk to many shops and restaurants.

Unglaublich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Mein Nachtbus ist ganz spontan 3h ehr abgefahren, so das ich um 2 Uhr nachts in Phong Nha ankam. Ich hatte das Hotel kontaktiert und sie haben mir direkt ein Zimmer fertig gemacht und ein Video mir geschickt, wie ich nachts in das Zimmer kommen konnte. Es war sehr angenehm mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick beim Frühstücken auf den Fluss!

Las fotos del hotel no corresponden con la realidad. La habitación estaba muy sucia, el ultimo día no teníamos agua caliente por qué el termo se apagó, las sábanas tenían boquetes, la cama era de muelles y bastante dura, el mobiliario es bastante antiguo, había telaraña de hace bastante tiempo por toda la habitación,hay un colegio justo pegando al hotel y antes de las 8 de la mañana ya se escuchan los gritos de los niños.

Trato del personal excelente y habitación delante del río con muy buenaa vistas y buen precio.

Tutto fantastico! I proprietari ci hanno assistito fin prima di arrivare e avendo solo un giorno ci hanno organizzato un tour fantastico alla Paradise cave. Anche il giorno dopo ci hanno dato la possibilità di lavarci e rilassarci! Inoltre la vista è fantastica e le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata.

Was very warm during our stay (+40 degrees) and the aircondition was struggling to get it cold. At night, when outside temperature dropped down, the aircon worked better

Bed was very uncomfortable and hard, stayed two nights and ended with a very sore back and tired from not much sleep due to very hard bed.

This was a great little stay for us in Phong Nha for one night before our cave trek. Our room was small and comfortable and had great AC. The views over the river were beautiful. The host arranged bus transportation for us from Hue that morning, which was really appreciated! We also enjoyed our breakfast in the morning. This is not a luxury stay, but great value for the money.

Possibilité de check-in très tôt (moyennant une majoration notable). Bien situé et les chambres étaient dans un bon état.

Les parties communes n'étaient pas très propres. Les excursions proposées sont très chères (jusqu'à 10x le prix d'une excursion simple) Nous n'avons eu aucune vue malgré notre réservation "with mountain view"

Nice views of the river and mountains from the terrace and rooms, close to Phong Nha caves and activities, warm, helpful and caring hospitality of the host, very good breakfast and clean comfortable rooms.
