Отличное месторасположение на берегу реки с красивым видом!! Хорошие номера у нас был потрясающий номер внутри человека !; очень отзывчивый персонал помогли нам решить все проблемы с экскурсиями и с автобусом следования по нашему маршруту!!

Отсутствие чайника и кофе также не было холодильника что очень странно!!

Beaucoup de poussière au niveau des lustres mais sinon chambre propre. Chambre sous-pente donc mur incliné des deux côtés et de petites tailles. Repas du soir proposé mais nous n'avons jamais vu personne pour commander. Piscine à disposition mais haut un peu fraîche et sale.

El personal súper atento, me ayudaron con los tours, los transportes y la comida en el sitio muy rica. La habitación muy cómoda y con excelente vista al río!

Très proche de l’embarcadère du site de Phong Nha à pied. Vue sur le fleuve et les montagnes. Chambres dans des containers très originales. Vélos gratuits. Possibilité de louer des scooters.

Attention si vous avec la chambre en dessous de la terrasse vous entendrez fortement les escaliers en métal accrochés a votre container

It was cute, the rooms super comfy and good air conditioning. Breakfast and drink were good.

Had issue with ants in the room, but the staff was lovely and handled it very well by changing my room and doing my laundry. The pool is super dirty and not usable, so don’t be fooled. Not social at all, better for couples.

La vista era eccellente. Per il prezzo, si ottiene una vista fantastica, una posizione centrale a soli 500 metri dalla grotta di Phong Nha e molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La fermata dell'autobus è a solo 1 km di distanza. Ne è valsa assolutamente la pena. Ho persino avuto l'impressione che costasse meno di quanto ho effettivamente ricevuto. La camera era pulita e il personale incredibilmente gentile e disponibile.

Nuestra estancia aquí fue increíblemente relajante. La casa tiene un diseño precioso, es cómoda y el personal es muy amable. La piscina está limpia y refrescante. La comida es sencillamente deliciosa. Gracias, Lulu y su familia.

La struttura ha una posizione fantastica. Si trova in riva al fiume, vicino al centro città e a soli 500 metri dalla biglietteria delle grotte di Phong Nha. Ci sono molti ristoranti e caffè nelle vicinanze. Sono sicuro che avranno successo. Le camere sono pulite, ariose e offrono diverse opzioni per sedersi.

The architecture and deocaration of the homestay was very nice, the rooms were very clean and did not have porblems with mold. The place has nice rexlaing areas by the river side. The rececipnist speak really good English and she was very helpuful when we neded to find information about things thaat were closed due to the river being closed for swing and kayking due to risk or sudden flood.

The breaskfast was very tasty but in my opinion it should the breaskfast dishes should have 3 items on the plate isnteas of just two (the options were either 2 eggs and a bread, a banana and chocolate creppe or a plate of fruit). The reception area and the first floor showers that people can use after thay had cheacked out could be alittle cleaner, it was not disgusting but still could be organize and clean a little better. The swimming ppol was not open.

The pool didn't really look clean and there were ants in the room. We tried the bikes, but they are quite old, so we brought them back.

Everything was amazing. The staff were so friendly. There were paddleboard we could use. Incredible price for the view. 10/10

I think the photos didn't quite resemble the reality. The rooms were a lot smaller than expected and there was little to no privacy. However, for the price I can't complain.

Pool looks not clean, Roomfloor was broken

The view was incredible and it was the highlight of the stay including the balcony.

The breakfast was average. In comparison to other stays across Vietnam it was not satisfactory. The drinks menu is limited. All juices are with sugar and I have never drunk stronger coffee in my life. Breakfast was small, its 1/4 of tomato and 4 slices of cucumber for „salad” part. We were always hungry after the breakfast. The pancakes are very good though. If only there were a little more of them than just 1 pancake.

Hele fijne homestay. Lulu heeft goed voor ons gezorgd, kon alles voor je regelen wat je wilde zonder hier opdringerig over te zijn. Leuk terras met uitzicht over rivier met heerlijke hangmatten. Gratis fietsjes te leen.

Helaas waren de fietsjes best krakkemikkig, ook de sup bleek lek. Deze zijn gratis te leen, maar toch kunnen ze wel een update of onderhoud gebruiken.

Snelle respons op vragen en veel advies

De opzet is leuk maar het is hard nodig dat er wat onderhoud wordt gedaan. Schoonmaken is ook nodig. Je zou er kunnen suppen maar 1 board was lek en de andere te zacht. Oppompen ging ook niet want de pomp was stuk. Dit vat alle andere gebreken goed samen

La piscine pourrait être nettoyée, mais je crois que tout le monde se baigne dans la rivière, donc ce n’est pas important.

La ubicación es idónea, todo está muy limpio, la terraza es agradable, el desayuno está bueno y el personal es muy amable y te ayuda con todo. Nosotros alquilamos unas scooters. Hay 2 duchas y 2 baños comunes donde nos dejaron ducharnos despues de hacer el checkout. Lo recomiendo

Sehr nette Gastgeberin,wir haben für eine nacht gebucht um die Höhlen anzuschauen.die Gastgeberin hat alles organisiert.hat super geklappt.die Lage ist gut .Man schaut von der terasse auf den Fluss.die Appartements sind sehr gemütlich und haben bequeme Betten und Klimaanlage.ein Badezimmer ist auch vorhanden.wir hatten ein zimmer mit Balkon und seitlichem Flussblick. Zur Abfahrt gab es für jeden noch ein wasser. Absolut empfehlenswert und ein unschlagbarer Preis.

A perfect location and a great host. She helps you with everything. The rooms are spacious and clean and you can have breakfast at a beautiful balcony on the river.

Le personnel était très agréable, l'hôtel se trouve à proximité de tout, il y a possibilité de louer des scooters avec l'hôtel n'hésitez pas à négocier le prix…

Notre chambre donnait le long de la rue, donc le soir on entendait pas mal de bruit et le matin très tôt aussi malheureusement... Pour les paddle et les canoë il n'y en a pas beaucoup de disponible comme pour les vélos, premier arrivé premier servi…

De homestay oogt mooi. Ze hebben heel wat zelfgemaakte leuke meubels. Het ligt vlak naast de rivier waarop de bootjes naar de Phong Nha cave varen. De opstapplaats is 10 minuutjes verwijderd van de homestay. Er zijn eetgelegenheden, barretjes en winkeltjes gelegen in de buurt. ( 10 - 15 minuutjes ) Je kan in, maar ook vlak naast de homestay een motor huren om de buurt daar wat te verkennen of naar Paradise Cave te rijden.

Hygiëne en communicatie Het zwembad was heel troebel. Daar zijn we niet in geweest... Ook in de badkamer troffen we nog lange haren aan op de vloer. Er stonden slechts 2 fietsen om te gebruiken.

Personnel très gentil, de très bons conseils pour les visites à faire aux alentours possibilité de prendre la douche et accès aux toilettes quand on revient du train couchette alors que la chambre n'est pas encore disponible. Différentes zones de repos et de repas. La literie est confortable

Trop poche de la route et du bruit. La cloison entre les différents appartements et l'extérieur est très mal insonorisée. La chambre n'est pas faite quand on ne reste plusieurs nuits (Réapprovisionnement en eau) La piscine n'était pas entretenue et non baignable C'est dommage quand on prend un logement avec piscine.

I booked it because I found it different from other hotels here. Surprisingly, it was very crowded. It's truly unique, so I think guests who prefer luxury like 4-star or 5-star hotels shouldn't book here. Because it's located by the river, surrounded by nature, mountains, and trees, with a unique design using wood and thatched roofs, I think there might be insects (although I haven't seen any). The staff here were incredibly helpful and assisted us when we needed them. We fully enjoyed the beautiful scenery. 10/10

De kamers zijn prima, voorzien van airco. Je kijkt uit op de rivier. Ontbijt is prima. Je kan er ook avondeten. Vriendelijk personeel.

Mooi uitzicht op de rivier.

Het zwembad was groen. Accommodatie was onhygiënisch en luidruchtig. Wij waren er drie nachten en er werd niet schoongemaakt of handdoeken gewisseld. Bij het uitchecken zeiden ze dat je hier om moest vragen, nog nooit meegemaakt. Binnen 5 minuten was de kamer weer klaar voor de volgende gasten. De pannenkoeken s’ochtends waren verbrand en toen we dit aangaven kregen we er die nog niet gaar waren van binnen. Het idee in een zeecontainer te slapen was voor een keertje leuk maar niet weer.

Quieter area which was nice and great views. Dont book if you have mobility issues though - lots of stairs. Cute and friendly dog and lovely staff, the ladies took us on a scooter tour of the valley! Lulu very helpful.

The river view is fantastic. The rooms are very uniquely designed. All rooms have balconies. I feel the location has great potential.

Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and we would not recommend this accommodation. If having a pool is important to you when booking, this is not the place. Although the property has a pool, it was clearly not maintained and was not suitable for swimming. When we arrived, we found a live rat struggling in the pool. We informed a member of staff, who simply laughed and later told us he had removed the rat after it had drowned. When we asked whether the pool would be cleaned, he laughed again and said it was unnecessary. The water was grey, with leaves floating on the surface and dirt and large stones covering the bottom, making it obvious that the pool was not cleaned regularly. Each guest is provided with only one towel for the entire stay, meaning the same towel has to be used after showering, swimming, and washing your hands. There was also no housekeeping during our stay, so towels were not replaced, bins were not emptied, and the room was not cleaned. The rooms are converted shipping containers, which become extremely hot during the day. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was unable to keep it cool. There is also a viewing platform and access to the upstairs rooms directly on top of the containers. Guests constantly walked across it, and the noise was so loud that it regularly woke us during the night. Because there was virtually no sound insulation, we could hear everything happening outside, including conversations from the kitchen while we were inside our room. The overall condition of our room was poor. Several holes in the privacy screens had been patched with adhesive bandages, one of the doors had been taped around the edges with duct tape, and both the towels and bed sheets were dirty when we arrived. The accommodation also does not have enough bicycles for the number of guests staying there, so they were often unavailable, leaving us to walk approximately 1.5 km into the centre.

Nhân viên thân thiện và vô cùng nhiệt tình, đáng yêu. Phòng xinh xắn, dễ chịu. đồ ăn ổn giá vừa phải. Homes trang bị cho nhân viên hướng dẫn thêm cho khách về lịch trình đi chơi của các khu công viên hơn nữa thì tốt quá. Nói chung là tôi có trải nghiệm rất tốt tại homes và sẽ quay trở lại, giới thiệu thêm bạn bè.

People

A frame building was gorgeous!!! Two massive beds. Great bathroom, access to the river, paddle board and Bong!!! A gorgeous retriever/labrador cross! She came swimming with us too! Lulu was really friendly and helpful! Breakfast lovely. I absolutely loved it here. Bikes used free to cycle to a brilliant vegan restaurant they recommended us.

Nothing to dislike.

Stunning views, clean rooms, and incredibly helpful staff. We will definitely return.

Las vistas y las habitaciones eran limpias, cómodas y muy bonitas. El desayuno de los mejores.

El alojamiento está algo alejado del centro y de la parada de bus. Son 20 minutos caminado, pero si vas con mochila a las dos de la madrugada cuando llegas con el bus nocturno es incómodo. Y la piscina está súper sucia. Imposible bañar-se.
